Tom Holland and Zendaya are engaged! TMZ broke the news, reporting that Tom popped the question to the Challenger star over the holidays. Citing sources close to the couple, the outlet is confirming what many already suspected after Zendaya sparked a frenzy, debuting a massive ring on that finger as she attends the Golden Globes on January 5th. E! News has reached out to reps for the couple, but did not immediately hear back. The pair first met on the set of the 2016 film Spider-Man Homecoming. They denied dating rumors four years before photos of the duo kissing in a car went viral in 2021. Tom addressed those pics to GQ in November of that year, stating, "'One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn't really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world.'" Zendaya also opened up to the outlet that same month, revealing, "'When you really love and care about somebody, some moments or things you wish were your own.'" Tom also recently revealed why he doesn't walk the red carpet with Zendaya at her film premieres, telling Men's Health in January, "'Because it's not my moment, it's her moment. And if we go together, it's about us.'" After years together, while the couple is still pretty private about their romance, they do get our spidey senses tingling on social media where they occasionally show support for one another. Back in 2022, the Euphoria star took to Instagram with this lovey-dovey pic in honor of Tom's 26th birthday, writing, "'Happiest of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest.'" And when Zendaya received a CFDA award in 2021, Tom supported her, writing, "'An incredible achievement for the most incredible person.'"
