Place in the championship. Let's look at this race again, Paul
Again, it all it was this tire section out of the sandpit which causes all the problems. Yeah, I want to see where
What number 85 he didn't get round that's Fraser Lamp. He didn't get round it
So somebody chopped the front wheel off him
That was that was good Ramon Godina going over it and then it just unfolded
Yeah, when berserk because everybody just thought I need to get over this tire. I need to get over it now
Then once they went through Lasker set the pace out in front
Good, you know just kept it steady kept it focused
Kept it pointing in the right direction. Yeah, what's a nice strong recovery towards the end?
There's the overtake for Lasker going into first place nearly got booted over
Yeah, Lasker then
And he was rolling solid really strong
But again, it's not just
Physical
Focus but also mental focus as well as them. Yeah, absolutely
That's the biggest part of this game is
He's trying to keep your head game
Not not to think too much about the finish when you're getting tired and just keep clocking the laps and just keep in wait for that
Flag to come out don't do it
Don't think about the finish until that flag and that was that was the finish of Lasker. Unfortunately, you know
He was there to take up the pieces
Yeah, it was all neat and tidy through this first log section and then I just want to see if Godino came over on
Yeah, you got a bit squirrely there. He came over down
So it just went it was good
You know just drop just tuck in the front in the sand and then there's nowhere else for them lads to go
No effect. They were already committed to going over that was Lasker going in for the win
Yeah, then we had a couple of riders could be down there Charlie Crosland pulled over and then anything you could do
I could do just as well. Yeah, if you're gonna have a party at the rocks, I'm gonna join in
Is it comfy down there? Exactly. So
Yeah, and Billy Billy said to us in the in the interview before he was also saying how the tracks deteriorates and the holes
Are getting bigger and maybe that is helping, you know helping for these these crashes now as well
It's playing a contributory part
To why these guys are hitting the deck
But Lampkin kept going a strong second place, but Lasker
with a lap to go
Yeah, little moment of the rock. So I've gone but he didn't really put a wheel wrong
Did he in that and he was so unlucky in that first one because he could have just gone 1-1 tonight
Couldn't be very easily. Yeah, but well done. Yeah
Just seven points covered the top four riders in the championship standings in the Junior World Series
Toby Shaw began the night with the red plate. He wouldn't end it with it. It was a night of surprises in this class
Just to show how strong the field is
Max B's making his Super Enduro debut for the season in the junior class on bike 71
He led much to the delight of the German crowd
But also going strongly was Mark Fernandez the Spanish rider who began the night in third place Milan schmoozer was looking for big points
Too in front of his home crowd in this Grand Prix of Germany
There was plenty of action all the way through
But it was Fernandez on the Husqvarna who really was looking the part Max B's
Allowing Milan schmoozer his compatriot to draw up alongside him
And the two battled away
Schmoozer was hoping for big things in front of the German crowd and it was looking good in the early stages of the evening
Across the line it was Mark Fernandez to take the win
Roland Mischka just missing out on third place
The reverse grid race and this was another humdinger as well
So much going on throughout the field
Again Alex Poi who started the season so strongly in Poland really out of sorts here in Germany
That was him on bike 74
Up and over the bridge and it was Popovici who was the early pace setter on bike 17
However, he wasn't able to hang on to that lead. Berts Kresten on bike 4 was looking strong as well
And that was more trouble for Alex Poi on bike 74
Simon Kusch the Polish rider on bike number 8 was closing up and he was gaining ground on Kresten
As Popovici lost first place
Then Kusch eventually making his way past Kresten
And it was a really solid performance from Kusch
As he made his way to the chequered flag to take the victory
Kresten having to settle for second
And the drama wasn't over there. The third and final junior race of the night
one to forget for Milan Schmuzer
Despite a really good start
Also going well Max Spies in the early stages
However, it would be another race to remember for Mark Fernandez. Look out for him on bike 56
Kusch was going well
Toby Shaw not having the best of nights either
There was drama of plenty throughout
the German crowd really thrilled by the spectacle
But Mark Fernandez on bike 56
Arrived in Germany in third place
He goes to the next round in Romania with the red plate and a handsome lead at the top of the championship standings
What a night it was for the Spaniard and what a night it was for the Grand Prix of Germany
The Grand Prix of Germany proved to be another action-packed affair for the FIM Super Enduro World Championship
Billy Bolton qualified fastest in Superpole and he took the whole shot in the opening race of the night in Riza
Dominic Olshavi his nearest championship challenger in second place. So to Johnny Walker on the triumph
But it was Bolton who was setting the pace out in front. Walker following in second position
Olshavi who'd not qualified strongly was certainly looking much quicker this time around
Out front though Billy Bolton just could not be reeled in by Walker. No matter how hard the triumph rider tried
Olshavi had this moment Eddie Coulson on the stock future machine doing well to avoid him
Bolt was in
Unstoppable form and he made it
win number one for the night
Reverse grid for the second race of the night Freddy Gomez on bike 89 getting away quick
But so to Cooper Abbott on the Sherco the American rider
Getting to the front and taking the whole shot. Bolt just staying back. However
It all got a little bit out of shape further back down the order
But a great start for Olshavi from the second row
Making his way to second place. Johnny Walker also then pushing through into second
Meanwhile, Billy Bolt was making his way up through the rest of the field
It was Abbott, Walker and Olshavi out in front and then this moment for Walker down he went
And he bent bars on the triumph and he just could not recover
Olshavi and Abbott continued to scrap away out in front Olshavi taking the lead
But Billy Bolt continued to make his way towards his title rival going past the American Abbott and then this moment from Olshavi
Allowed Bolt to come through
And once Billy Bolt is in front
It's very rare. He's passed and he went on to wake it win number two for the night
third and final race
And Johnny Walker knew he had to get big points this time around. He got away. Well with Dominic Olshavi
Great start to for Mitch Brightmore
Johnny Walker was pulling away out in front
Olshavi still in second position
Brightmore in third. Bolt made his way up into second position
eventually
He had a little bit of a tussle with Dominic Olshavi, but eventually made his way through into second position
This was that moment again, the two riders just coming together nothing untoward in that
So Bolt set about chasing down Johnny Walker
sideways up and over the bridge
Johnny Walker just had to keep it together and was looking really neat really fast really comfortable
however, this moment just allowed Bolt to come through and
No matter how hard Johnny Walker tried he just could not match the pace of Billy Bolt
So Billy Bolt threw into first place yet again
And having taken maximum points in Sivopol and in race one two
He also made it race win number three
He takes the red plate into the next round in Romania
