Dollar Tree Easter Wreath with Deco Tubing |Crafting with Hard Working Mom

[Music] hey I'm Lori welcome to my Channel today we're going to be doing something really cute from Dollar Tree supplies we're actually going to be using one of the Dollar Tree frames and a bunch of their Deco tubing some of their little ribbon this is Easter themed some of the little eggs I also picked up a little bit of the decorated tool and this is going to be super fun and super easy you're also going to need some pipe cleaners but we're not going to use the whole one we're going to kind of cut them up so Deco tubing is so cute and fun and you can get it in all different colors so I thought these would be really cute to do for Easter there used to be a person who would do whole wreath with just the Deco tubing and I thought that was so and it gave me the idea to add in a little bit of ribbon and maybe even a little tool here and there so I just picked up these tiny little ribbons this is all from the Dollar Tree we have little bunnies little eggs now I got some solid colors none of these are wired ribbons but for what we're going to do we don't really need it this one has little bun faces and our tool you see how cute this is it has little splatters on it so we're going to take our ribbon cut it in pieces 8 in and we'll use different colors of tubing together just so it's going to have some pretty color in it so I'm just kind of putting them together then I'm going to do little almost like little bow Loops like this I'm G to tell you how much like that okay so about 18inch pieces now this is stretchy so if it comes out a little bit longer a little bit shorter that's going to be fine but I'm going to cut some of these you could also do it with the smaller frames if you just wanted something cute and little so I'm going to take it and I'm just going to fold it over and make a little Loop and then do the same thing with the other side let's see let's do we want about 3 in of the little cut pieces and about a 3in little Loop then we'll do a loop again we can put our little ribbon in here like this right grab one of our pipe cleaners I'm going to put it around and then I'm going to fold it up like this and tie it really tight and the reason I'm doing that is so that it'll stand up like this see how it stands up that's cute I don't even think we need our ribbon to be quite that long about 6 in I think and then all we're going to do is tie it right in the middle onto our frame but what I'll do first is I will cut up all of my little ribbon and all of my tubing and make these little pieces as you can see there's quite a bit I can put several ribbons in one I can put one so 6 in so I can just take it fold it over like this to get my pieces to cut let's put a little tool in with this so I think we're going to do let's try a 6 in piece okay I'm just going to go on the diagonal okay like that I'm going to put it in my deco mesh tool just to hold it and then I'm going to grab my ribbons I'm I'm going to grab my Deco tubing okay Do my little Loops remember we want about 3 inches there you'll see you'll have some that are a little bit longer just trim it off okay I'm going to put this down in here okay and I'll grab one of my little ribbons here and you could put multiple ribbons in it just however you want to do it okay now I'm going to take my I'm G pull this out take my pipe cleaner go all the way around fold it up and twist it on real tight oh that's super cute see then we're going to go on we're going to put it right next to this one you can kind of spread it out we've got our cute little ribbon in there oh that's so cute so let's make one more bundle and then I'm going to make a bunch of the bundles off camera and come back I also have little cute eggs we can put in the middle of these so we can do any of these we can do a combination of ribbons together so we could do like these two together isn't that super cute let's do one with that I really like the tool but I think maybe what I'll do is do like every other one with tool okay so I have my four together do my Loop put my two ribbons in there grab my pipe cleaner fold it over tie it on oh how cute is that see and there'll be some that are a little bit longer than you want just trim those off so I'm going to go make a whole bunch of these bundles and then I'll come back and we'll start putting it on and we'll put a little bit of decorations on it as well okay so I've gotten a whole bunch done so we're just going to put them on and then do a little decorating okay so I did also want to show you that you can take your pieces and instead of cutting your Ribbon at the shorter pieces you could also cut your ribbons longer so the same length and you could put them in with your tubing that's also a super cute look so you would the same thing you would just make your little Loops including the ribbon and then you just kind of pull it out after you got it together like that isn't that cute so it'll be the same process then you would just pull them apart a little bit spread it everything out so you can see all the cute little pieces just like that so you could do it either way more tubing little bit less Ribbon or more ribbon so now all we're going to do is we're going to put these on we're just going to take our pipe cleaners and we're going to put it on in between these two rows two and three just tie it on okay just like that and I'm going to put some with the tool and some without we ended up having a pretty good amount of tool so you don't want to Clump them together too much you do want to kind of spread them out a little just so you don't have to put as many so make sure you kind of spread out all your little tubing there look how cute that is there so we just kind of spread them out so there is 1 2 3 four five I'm thinking we're going to have to start with maybe six in a section there we go just kind of spread them out so they're not so clumped up together but how cute is that I love the colors I ended up with um eight about eight bags of the tubing a little bit less but I had uh green orange blue purple pink yellow so now I'm just going to go on to the next section doing the same thing okay just tie right here on the two middle Rings how cute so I'm just going to go ahead and do this and tie these all the way around and then when I come back we're going to put some of these cute little eggs in it I got them all on I love how this came out this is so cute I ended up doing six in each section so there's a to Total there is a total of 36 bundles and they're so cute okay so a viewer told me about doing this so we're going to try it out this is one of the um Car steering wheel covers and we're going to put it around the frame to cover up our mechanics use a zip tie then maybe we'll be able to stretch it out and I'm going to take my all Poke a little hole right through there okay our little zip tie through and I'm going to stretch it out really good okay there we go I think I'm going to feel a little better if I just have it zip tide on okay let's let's do this side all right now we can work on stretching it out here oh look at that it does work pretty well I do suggest [Music] using the zip ties just to kind of keep it while you're stretching it out I like this this is great so that covers all our mechanics okay look how cute that is okay so now I want to just take a few of these cute little eggs and put them in I did remember it was Grammy's craft Boutique that's who used to do these little Deco tubing wreaths I had to go look it up so I'm just going to cut the little strings off of these I'm going to use a low temperature glue gun and just get some glue on them them and just start putting them kind of around maybe in between my little ribbons here oh how cute is that okay this is a super simple cute project it did not take very long and I just kind of hung out and did it while I was watching some TV and talking all right right in there oh this is so cute this has all the little colors we used this would be so cute on a table on a door could make this into a centerpiece just put some cute little things in the middle let's see put one right there not right there right there okay you can also get little carrots from the Dollar Tree that would be super cute to put in here as well we go okay last one there we go okay let's take a look at it look how adorable this is I love this this is so cute and you can't see through it it just looks adorable you could put um a sign in the middle a bunny in the middle they have these cute little wooden bunnies and you
