we go house to house making sure that they have their case followed up on or even registering it. They have not had the opportunity to register either because they do not have transportation, because they do not have resources such as internet connectivity or any situation that prevents them from visiting our recovery center if they are already registered. What we do is review their cases, inform them of what is missing, if there is any documentation that they need to continue with the process. We make sure to review the well-being of the survivors. We want to make sure that they are registered and that everything in their case is clear, resolving any confusion they may have. We must focus on their concerns to see how we can provide them with the assistance that they deserve and need.
