all right ladies and gentlemen this is
joe's video games
we just got this little cool toy pinball
machine and we figured we'd shoot a
little video because it looks neat
this is the atomic arcade pinball that
tomi made i think t-o-m-y
and as you see it says instructions my
brother was just figuring out how to
play it
and it's got instructions on it he never
read them so it says instructions switch
the power on that's what you're hearing
right now
turn the reset to three that would be
this little ball counter over here
see joe i told you
i'll roll over and bumper scores shown
on particle count press counter reset
this is up here it resets the scores
shoot ball into play all right joe go
ahead check this thing out so you shoot
the ball
and it's got little flippers
oh you oh you pull it down and each time
you do it
i think you were just supposed to pull
it down it doesn't matter
so it's got little flippers and little
uh energized pop bumpers
and even little slingshots on the left
and right
we're trying to figure out
i guess since you're at zero you can't
do it anymore
is that out is that that word
all right we're gonna try it one more
time we're gonna see if we can figure
this out folks it's almost smarter than
us
so let's see that should have been over
there we'll let it get to the bottom
so it's there and so you set it on three
you turn the power on
you reset that now just try pulling that
down and see what happens
okay now let go of again does it
it won't go over it's got to get over
there oh so you got to turn it
now
oh there you go okay i think we figured
it out
but we thought is pretty cool the way
the pop bumpers work
and this will be much much cheaper than
our other pinball machines check that
out
this was back when they knew how to make
cool toys
i was what do you think late 70s early
80s probably
i it really drinks the batteries protect
c batteries
yeah it takes c batteries and it's
probably uh
i guess that's how that works
did you just lose one did it lose did
you turn to one extra one
no it was right
all the cool toys took c batteries
anyways you know that
except the game boy
this is atomic
scores at
10 725
ah slid it right around you all right
last ball you better make it count
well i guess maybe you turn
you cheated
gotta get a good score one way or the
other
what about the lights for just to show
you
proton pumper
man that one's like getting it
the right flipper stronger
i might have to adjust it
might have to restore it
yeah it does seem stronger that right
kicker's stronger too
like the right slingshot
almost seems like there's a magnet
did you see that yeah maybe a magnet
works or something i don't know these
are cool too because they there's
nothing to break
yep
very cool all right so there you go that
is the atomic arcade pinball machine
look how cool
we'll look at the bottom
yeah i tilted it
1979 it says made in japan
it's got a little foot there that's
pretty cool
it takes big c batteries
pretty cool a nice little toy nice
little solid toy and most importantly of
all it's 2015.
so that means 36 years and the thing is
still working so there you go folks
we'll see you next video
