Which Tiny Home Would You Choose? 🏠 | Full Model Showcase

did you know that tiny listings actually builds tiny homes we aren't only the marketplace but we build them and in this video we're going to quickly go over each of the four models that we offer and their use case so here we go all right so the first in the lineup is our lad which stands for Life After debt now we are standing in a 20 by8 lad this we've since discontinue this length uh we've actually moved over to 24 ft as the minimum you can also do a 10ft wide version of this uh but we just kind of want to hop in here and show it to you this is our entrylevel tiny house and it's actually made for one person typically one person or it makes an excellent Airbnb because at the price and like I said we want to have a model for each price point uh beginner mid and a little bit upper and all those for the most part have to do with their size so this tiny house is fully functional has a fully functional bathroom toilet shower cooktop fridge huge Pantry living area Windows throughout behind me in the bedroom area there's actually a platform bed that uh comes standard with this tiny house and the great thing about that is it creates a huge space underneath um so there's plenty of storage got a fulls siiz apartment fridge here this tiny house is every single thing that you would expect in a tiny house just shrunken down a little bit so many of the tiny homes that we build are on the mobile home style axles and we the reason we did that is we found out that most tiny homes on average only get moved twice this tiny house is a little bit different we actually put RV axles on this one because it's much more mobile this tiny house could actually be used as a camper if you want and it's excellent for extra backyard space the lad is a wonderful tiny house is fully certified again we built this to be budget friendly and it's a starter tiny home is what we consider it all right so now we are in the model tiny model tiny has been by far our most popular model and um when we originally set out to build it back in 2020 really and then we revamped it in 2022 and then in 2024 we did a complete revamp this tiny house was mostly meant to accommodate most people so we originally reached out to over 200,000 people we got 200,000 responses we took that information compiled it and this is what we came up with for sure downstairs sleeping is the biggest uh request for tiny homes and all of our tiny homes have this but we built this open floor plan around that idea this tiny house is definitely meant for a single person or a couple and it comes in two different sizes you can get a 28 footer in terms of length and 32 feet now we also starting last year we do the standard 8 ft wide for a tiny house which has been kind of the defacto for tiny home since the beginning but we also do a 10ft wide this one's only 8 ft wide and it's fully certified just like all of our other tiny homes it's very much open we have the bedroom on that end and it has a privacy wall which also uh doubles as closet and storage and down here on this end as you can see we have a very very long kitchen you can actually sit here and eat more preparation space this is a very very functional tiny home and this tiny home we actually built it with the idea of living in it for the long haul just like the Mondo which you'll see next we've noticed a lot of tiny house people who come into the tiny house Frey and they decide they want to live in a tiny house and they move not too long after cuz it wasn't open right like people tend to feel a little bit claustrophobic but not of the tinyes we build cuz they're open floor plan this one again has everything and it also has just like the lad it has washer and dryer hookups it has full Beautiful shower bathroom privacy like everything in this tiny house is everything you'd see in a regular house again shrunken down I'm not sure where this one's going but we've had these go all over the country I think they're in 30 different states now so we've built a lot of them and again they're fully certified now if we have tiny homes in inventory which we typically do you can Finance those and the model tiny is no exception so this is a wonderful tiny house really good for one to two people all right so you've seen the lad you just saw the model tining so next we're going to head on over to amondo all right so now we are in the Mondo the is I guess you could say a flagship tiny home this is the largest tiny home that we offer and it's actually the largest a tiny house can be legally if you want to have it certified which is 399 ft which this is 40x 10 so you can call it uh 3.99 if you like we built the Mondo for people who love tiny homes but they just can't downsize to the point that other smaller tiny homes are and the Mondo is very very spacious now we also offer a 32t length tiny house and that one's going to have one master bedroom on the front when you go up to 40 ft it adds another bedroom here off the back so it's a two-bedroom both downstairs sleeping tiny hous now there's not very many of those on the market so we consider this one a pretty unique tiny home and the 10t wide you can probably see just in this shot that it makes a huge difference when you go from 8 to 10 ft has a galley Style Kitchen fully functional bathroom now it has a 4ft standup shower you can actually go to a 4ft tub if you like this tiny house is fully functional it has every single thing that you could possibly want you can see there's a loft above that's an optional Loft that just gives you more space there's also a loft above the bathroom but at a really high level the Mondo is built for people who a lot of the people almost everyone that we've sold so far people who are selling their home and this is going to be their forever home uh so they can live in this house very comfortably for a very very long time this tiny house can actually be shipped anywhere in the United States or Canada we're really really proud of this model this is the largest one we offer now if you go have a one-bedroom Mondo that's going to sleep one to two people if you go up to a two-bedroom you could either have one or two children in that in this one is actually going to our Mountain Haven tiny house community and the people who own this tiny house are going to be using this second bedroom as a a work at home office but as you can see there's tons of natural light in this tiny house fully certified if you buy one that's in inventory you can Finance it otherwise it's a cash purchase this tiny house has everything you could possibly want and that's the reason we built this one much larger and a lot more space all right so you saw the lad you saw the model tiny and you just saw the Mondo next we're going to go to the tiny Plex that one's a little bit different it's more of a separate use case so let's go check that out this is the last of the four models that we offer and it's called the tiny Plex it's actually the first of its kind that we know about it is two tiny homes on one trailer so we're in the front section now as you can see we have it prepped for shipment that's why you see the tape all over the cabinets and everything but the idea behind this tiny house is that it's going to be two units in one everything is completely separate there's a firewall right here so if anything were to happen on this side you're good to go on the other side there's multiple toilets multiple kitchens bathrooms beds hot water heaters everything wire uh breaker boxes so it's two complete separate tiny house houses on the same tiny house and the reason we built this is we noticed there's a lot of people who are multigenerational families uh so for example we could have a daughter on one side and maybe her husband and then like a single parent on the other side lots of use cases like that we've also seen companies that um house Workforce like uh traveling nurses or traveling doctors and so this is a perfect use case for that now if you're an investor this would work really well because you only have to pay to have the tiny house set up once and you could transport it once set it up same price as a single unit so you can save some money there and you can rent out both sides another thing would be to be a owner landlord so on one side you could be the owner right you could live in this tiny house and then on the other side you can rent that out and have it pay for itself so that was really the idea behind this a lot of use cases for this tiny Plex it's a very big unit it's 10 ft wide 40 ft long so that makes each size about 200 S ft and it's fully functional it has a storage above the bathroom there storage beneath the platform bed huge Windows everywhere this one this part particular when it just as a small space has six total Windows if you include the door so lots of natural light we love this tiny house there's a mini split that Heats and cools it so you may be thinking both tiny houses have to be the same that's definitely not the case you could have different cabinets on the side actually even the metal exterior can be different colors you can do different flooring on this particular tiny house so let's just say if you go in one tiny house unit it could have a totally different feel different character as the other now it's going to have the same layout just flipped but other than that you know the different color shower the floor the ceiling which we love the ceilings that we put in there and the exterior can be completely different that's up to you yeah so that makes it really unique for each side so the tiny Plex is basically again two tiny houses in one all right so there you go we just gave you a quick tour of all four of the tiny homes that tiny house listings offer and gave you a use case for each one and kind of gave you the overall highlights quickly showed you the four models that we offer and
