Hey there, it's April of yesternext year with my mom, Aiko.
Hi.
Well, the seven-day New Year challenge has ended, but the party's not over yet.
Congratulations to everyone who's either completed, started, or even just watched any of the videos.
Good job.
Yeah, we hope that it's helped you get moving and started your year off right, whether you
watch all or a portion of the videos.
It's all about, you know, just getting started and making a commitment, you know, to improve
your health.
And we've been so inspired by all of the amazing comments we've received from you.
There's been a lot of comments from all of you regarding how the challenge has really
gotten you started and you're off the couch and you feel the sense of accomplishment because
you finished day one, day two, or day three.
And some of you, I think, have done two days in one row because you couldn't, your schedule
didn't allow it the other way.
So it's great.
We're trying to respond to all your comments.
We're a little behind, but be patient.
We'll get to you soon.
That's right.
And have you been looking out for the secret words?
Well, hundreds of you have and have already submitted the seven secret words to enter
into our New Year Challenge Sweepstakes.
And the grand prize is a Yes2Neck sweatshirt and water bottle to help you with your workouts
this year.
Good.
All right.
So keep on going with that.
And if you haven't started the challenge yet, no problem.
It'll always be there.
But if you want to enter the Sweepstakes, the deadline for entries is January 17th.
So this week, or we won't be putting out another video, but next week, look for it.
And in the meantime, our friends at AARP Answers have posted our all-in-one 10-minute workout
video.
Oh, that's nice.
Isn't that cool?
Yeah.
So it'll work your balance, cardio system, and also help you improve your strength.
Another challenge.
That's right.
That's the award this week.
Awesome.
Right?
So feel free to check that out.
And so congratulations again on your amazing work this week, where it's really a joy to
help you get stronger and healthier.
And we look forward to doing that this year together.
All right.
So look forward to seeing you next week.
But in the meantime, keep moving and see you soon.
See you soon.
