What's up everyone? I'm Stephen here with Tiny House Listings and in this video I want to quickly
share with you how Tiny House Listings builds inventory and why we build inventory. The reason
is for the most part we have a lot of people come to us and if you look at other builders
they're backed up months or years or whatever right? Well we have a build schedule as well
but whenever we have time we build in inventory and we'll walk this way if you want. We build
tiny homes that can go in inventory. We've noticed over the years that a lot of people
their situations changed. Like for example we had one lady come to us and she had her
house for sale. Well her house sold much quicker than she planned so she needed a tiny house now
right? So luckily we had a tiny house that was in our inventory and it didn't take
four or five months or eight weeks or whatever the timeline happened to be.
And the great thing about that also is that you can literally pull a tiny house off of inventory
and at the customizations you need are not anything crazy. A lot of times we can accommodate that
whether it needs to be different color painting on the interior or you need a wall added or
something like that we're glad to do that for our customers. So the timing is a really big aspect for
a lot of people because they need something now their situation changed maybe that's you.
And another thing is it's much much easier to finance a tiny house that's in inventory. To
finance a custom home is very very difficult because it requires a very large down payment
because any builder whether you chose us or another tiny house builder they're going to need
a certain amount of money for that customization because if something were to happen with the
financing or whatever and it fell through they would be stuck with that tiny house that was
built explicitly for that customer and perhaps someone else might not like it right like if they
picked a weird color wall or cabinets or whatever it happens to be. So the two main benefits of
inventory are the timing you can get one much quicker and the financing is a lot easier so
that's the reason we do it we actually have tiny houses in our inventory right now so if you click
