thank you Mr speaker uh the city Senate committee sub one made one very small technical change um on the original bill that we passed out of the house on the section two it removed just the ID number of the uh physician uh this removes the name and the ID number when provided uh to the patient the hospitals and doctors reviewing will still have access to that uh information so it just struck uh the name from it that's all that Senate committee sub does uh and if there's no questions I would move adoption of Senate Committee sub one motion is that the House does concur with Senate Committee substitute one is there any discussion of Senate committee substitute seeing none those in favor signify by voting I i those opposed nay house does concur with Senate committee substitute one gentleman from McGoffen mr mr speaker if there's no questions I would move final passage uh and concurrence of House Bill 662 as amended by Senate Committee sub one clerk will take the role means 77 members voting I 17 members voting nay house Bill 662 is amended in the Senate concuring by the House is finally passed gentleman from McGoffin move the plincher without objection punches applied
