He absolutely has to follow her everywhere she goes. He always has to be up under her when they're outside. Some have described it like he's on a remote control, like he's being battery operated. Pippi really doesn't mind her little shadow. She's totally fine with it. Pippin's just his little protector. All he wants in his life is Pippin. He has to be usually touching her. As Pippin is on the couch, he has to be under her. He just becomes at ease. She's his comfort pillow. Oh, Frank, that tail gets you every time. What can we do when he's outside as kind of a safety measure because he's tiny? So I got this idea around my three-year-old's birthday party. Hey, let's just tie this balloon around him. I think that will be a good deterrent. And it kind of stuck. The only time he goes outside without his balloon is if Pippin and I are right beside him. But every other time, he always has to wear his balloon. Sometimes if we can't get him to come out, the only way to get him out is to bring Pippin in the room. Pippin does not like the door to be closed. They like to have full access to each other all the time. You can see the happiness that she brings to him. I didn't expect it to be such a unique relationship. It is so cool.
