This vacant Castle looking mansion was listed for sale in 2011 for approximately $2,000,000.

Built in a time when large single family homes on large plots of land were popular, sadly this beautiful old gothic looking castle will be demolished and replaced with multiple unit dwellings in condos and townhomes. Why let one family live on a piece of land when you can buy them out and put a dozen more on that same plot, right?

This is the new reality in the area that this abandoned mansion is located in, several large homes are now slated for demolition and development as newer condos replace older (and sometimes new) homes.

This incredible mansion had 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and parking space for 9 cars.

In the backyard, a gorgeous outdoor pool and patio, inside tall lofty ceilings with exposed beams, two staircases including a unique spiral staircase that connects the multiple levels.

This abandoned mansion was given to me by RiddimRyder and Zenning with Zay after they spotted it while checking for other abandoned places in this part of the city with so much to explore.

Entering the home through an already open door, I immediately noticed the home still had power and motion sensors would flash as I walked by them. But, knowing that Riddim and Zay spent a considerable amount of time here I wasn’t worried.

The home was interesting to navigate as it had so many rooms and multiple floors, a strange office positioned in between the 1st and 2nd floor, accessible by a small set of stairs. I found it strange to find things like artwork left behind, dishes in the sink and a bed, still with sheets and pillows upstairs.

There was oddly a lot of toilet paper and water bottles to be found in the house, like A LOT of toilet paper! It seemed like either someone was squatting or, more likely, the construction workers at the site next door were using the home for breaks (and naps).

This was an enjoyable exploration as I always like to see what the inside of these large mansions look like and to get a glimpse of how the wealthy live.

what is up guys back again with another free tog Rafi adventure guys today I am in an abandoned castle mansion from the outside it looks like a castle it's likely gonna be torn down guys probably for a pretty private show you guys real quick [Music] so that's a pretty private private area back there for the kids to play it looks like I know a little bit of a private patio so guys let's move on right on into the house here so the house that still have power guys I will give you that quick heads up but it is quite clear that nobody lives here and again from the area that we're in I'm pretty certain that this house is gonna be demolished and will be replaced with another another home I don't think that they're gonna keep this one this is a pretty interesting little nook here I guess they didn't want their large Samsung flat-screen TV it's a pretty good TV to leave behind so guys right now we're in the kitchen and dining room area the windows are pretty interesting if you look they got those uh I don't know what you guys call that guys sorry I don't know much about stuff about house building but whatever this is decorative over over the windows what do you guys call them these are microwave here tower still works kitchen island here some really nice gas dope well since there's power I guess we can open the fridge it's not gonna be anything dead in it no fruits dead freezes empty anyways so we'll move on to the end of this room there's a number of fake plants arranged and then they left some artwork there's a painting of Mick Jagger right there looking very happy to be here and you have some more artwork here this is just sort of like a playroom that looks like I've got a chalkboard here [Music] so we'll continue on through the main floor and then we'll head around from there that's your front door right there living room here fireplace I'm not quite as excited here guys as I usually am because it's early and I don't get so excited this early in the morning yeah I like to start my exploring days early but yeah ok so there's multiple levels of this house this goes up to a mid-level and then an upper level but as we move around to the back there's also a lower and another lower level so we will go down and we'll check out the lowest level first guys ok this is the door here and this here looks like to me I'm gonna guess this was a bedroom or a gym a bedroom [Music] cold in here windows [Music] lady you guys see this staircase I got a back right up so you can get a good look at it ready all pan up so you can see it isn't that cool wow that is a really interesting staircase okay let's head on down guys to the basement level here we just got a cedar closet and here's your laundry room pretty nice washer and dryer to leave behind even something still in the dryer just storage in here guys and then them no holy cow see this room furnace room and then this is like a kid's playroom down here a little stage this is pretty interesting intercom right here for the rest of the house and we got here well that's just exhaust be pretty cool to be kidding have a giant chalkboard in your playroom all right we'll move on into this room here this is the storage room and this is where the alarm panel is and your breaker panel and then yeah just a bunch of storage bathroom sup guys wine liquor storage mmm and another basement rec room another fireplace radiator for heat [Music] so that's the basement [Music] so let's take a walk upstairs look at all this storage space up here wow there's so much holy cow alright so what do you think guys take these stairs up ok guys let's head upstairs [Music] [Music] big skylight up there and then you can see down and into this office that where protocol is so we'll make a right over here little kids room probably [Music] nice bathroom holy cow look at this tub that's amazing look at this ceiling with a light fixture and then this incredible bathtub [Music] yeah a nice shower stand-up shower this is a really nice house guys [Music] [Music] Wow walk-in closet over here nothing left behind really [Music] alright guys moving on out of this room look at all the marks on the floor looks like crayon color marks all over the floor okay let's check out the rooms up here guys in the upper most level of the house is another bedroom here red curtains a little bit of furniture left behind de Guise nothing in it though desk here nothing in it guys and we move on into this bathroom here two sinks closet space toilet paper like toilet paper in this house guys really strange pretty fancy shower curtain there guys then we head into what I'm guessing is the master bedroom and this is the sketchiest part of this house guys is this bed still sort of sleepable put together like somebody could just show up at any moment and then come to bed super weird guys this is probably the sketchiest thing about this whole house is that this bed here is still nicely made and put together this couch here I don't know guys it's just weird to me it's just really weird and then there's another bathroom here weird stuff guys weird okay guys now we will move down to the mid level where the offices so where we're at now is there's your main front door of the house that's the room where the art was that's where we just came from so now right in the middle we have an office office with a fireplace see you up the back yard we'll go outside a bit there is a pool with a hot tub back there and then you have this window that looks down the main foyer into this fancy staircase here okay guys let's just take a quick walkthrough without me talking I'll put some music on and we'll just do some slow pans from some of the key rooms here in the house hope you guys are liking this one I'm really liking this one I'm still sketched out guys it's a really weird house Heat's on powers on that bedroom over there with the bed in it toilet paper in every bathroom so weird house guys it is a banded guarantee and give Martin my words it is abandoned but it's weird so anyways guys let's go take a look at some of the different rooms I'm gonna shut up now and play some music [Applause] [Music] okay
