There she is.
Wow, Diana.
My goodness.
What is that?
Hi, True.
Last night I went to Diana Ross' 70th birthday party,
so I wanted my hair really, really curly.
And I love my hair so much that I'm going to wear it for a couple dates.
Want a blanket?
Sure.
I can play here.
Okay, let me hear.
What are you going to play?
Oh, I'm so tired.
I have such a headache.
I haven't been this tired in a long time.
Hopefully I'm not pregnant.
What?
She's taking a pregnancy test.
Courtney.
What?
You're doing a pregnancy test?
Yeah, I'm so tired.
She could have two babies at the same time.
All right, guys.
They took the test, and I have no energy to look at it.
I'm scared.
Have Mom look.
Here, let me look.
There's no way that I'm pregnant and my surrogate is pregnant.
Oh, my God!
I can't.
Are you with me?
I'm not.
I can't.
You're such a liar.
Yes, it's Paxi's.
You're such a liar.
Paxi just did it.
You're such a liar.
No, no, no, I really did it before Paxi, but mine came out this,
and then I told her to pee on.
Oh, my God.
I've been feeling so tired, so nauseous,
and my hands are really getting swollen,
so I did take a pregnancy test to rule it out.
Thank God.
And luckily, I am not pregnant, but someone on our film crew is,
and so I could not resist this opportunity to have her pee on the pregnancy test
so it would come back positive just to show my mom just to prank her for a second.
My heart can't take this.
Okay, so it's your turn, so it's to me.
Oh, you see that, Scott?
Sure do.
Heck yeah, let's do it.
Whoa.
Sainty, look at my technique.
Batter up.
Yeah!
I'm super mom, super woman.
My hands are hurting, Sainty.
Have you been, like, doing weird stuff to yourself or something?
Playing with the old keyboard?
The carpal tunnel thing was last year from holding a phone.
Yeah, this is, like, different.
I don't know if it's coming back, like, stronger.
I feel like I literally am falling apart.
Yeah, but here's the thing, and I've said this to you before.
Do you think it could be because you take on too much and it's just stress?
I don't even know.
Go find it.
My hands are, like, numb.
That's pretty scary.
You've got to check that out.
So, about a year ago, my wrists were really hurting,
and I went to a hand doctor who told me that I had carpal tunnel.
Any pain with this?
Yes.
Here is the problem.
You are definitely showing some of the cardinal signs for carpal tunnel.
But lately, my wrists have started to hurt again,
but it's definitely a different feeling than before.
I feel this, like, in my bones.
All of my joints hurt so badly.
I cannot pick up my kids.
Guys, I might have to lay down.
It's starting to really worry me.
I really have to look into this.
You've got to get those hands ready, too,
because you've got another kid you've got to pick up.
I know.
I honestly, I don't want to, like, not be able to play with the kids.
You've got to just go to the doctor.
So, today I woke up, and my hands are a bit swollen.
Do you drink enough water?
Yeah.
My hands are really getting swollen now and really starting to hurt.
And based on the symptoms, I've Googled.
It looks like I have rheumatoid arthritis,
which is when your hands, over time, just kind of, like, lock up.
And, my God, it's so scary.
Don't ever Google anything unless you want to freak yourself out.
So I have to go to the doctor and see what's going on
because I can't live like this.
Maybe it's, like, the anxiety.
The fourth one is coming, and then I'm just, like,
I don't know what I'll make of it.
You're going to be fine.
My back hurts so badly.
Hi, I'm Chloe.
I'm Dan. How are you?
Nice to see you.
When did the joint start?
This happened to me on Monday with my hand stiffening up,
and on Sunday, my hands were swollen because they're swollen right now.
Right, yes.
And they were itching so badly.
And you've never had any musculoskeletal problems prior to that
except maybe carpal tunnel?
Correct.
Okay.
The worst-case scenario is that this is the start of a systemic process,
and it's rheumatoid arthritis.
But until I see some of your blood work, I won't really know.
So follow me.
Okay.
I just am, like, freaking out.
I have a baby on the way. I have law school.
It just really can scare you when you start really thinking about
how much this is going to really change my life.
Okay, so it hurts, and it's swollen here, and you're right-handed.
Squeeze tight as you can.
Where else in this hand does it hurt?
Right there, and it really hurt in my wrist.
Still a little swollen here.
Yeah.
Let me just make a couple notes.
As long as I don't have rheumatoid?
I'll do the tests.
Okay.
Very skinny again.
This is going to kill me, so I might just go with a diet Coke.
Look, I got it. I didn't even touch it yet.
Perfect.
I was going to get my own, but...
So Jonathan is the new face of this burger place called Burger M,
and I know the food god loves food
and wouldn't just put his face on something that was gross.
I am excited to try it.
By the way, do you use a charging case?
It saved my life.
How do you not have a case that charges the phone?
Feel this.
I honestly can't lift it.
You can't lift it.
It's not heavy.
No, I know, but I didn't tell you about my hands.
I woke up and my hands were stiff, and I couldn't use my hands.
I couldn't pick up a toothbrush.
I couldn't literally do my bra.
It was really bad.
At this point, I'm still waiting to get my test results back.
I've been trying to ignore the pain, but it's so scary.
Wow.
Yeah.
I have a baby on the way.
I have law school.
I can't live without knowing.
These few days are just torturous.
Thank you.
I have a milkshake for you guys.
Oh, my God.
I'm sorry.
It's so heavy.
What do you mean it's a shake?
Which one?
I want Oreo.
Thank you so much.
That's going to be too heavy for you.
Let me do that for you.
I'll feed you.
Thank you.
Is that heavy for you?
No.
I feel like that's too heavy.
Is that ranch?
Can you dip it?
Just a little.
It's so messy.
Don't put it in my mouth.
Oh, you're really a bossy bitch.
That is delicious.
I know.
This way?
Yeah, I don't know what's going on.
Your antibodies are positive for lupus.
So, I don't know what that means.
You have in addition to swollen lungs,
You have fevers, rashes, mouth squirts.
You're really tired.
But sometimes you can get false positive lupus sprains.
Do you want to do it once more?
Yeah.
Should I do it?
Yeah.
We'll work something out for you.
Bye.
Sorry, can we?
What's happening?
I'm like freaking out.
So, you don't know.
That's the scariest part is we just don't know.
I'll know on Friday.
This Friday?
Okay.
And they're going to give you the results right then?
Because I'm not waiting any longer for this.
The doctor did explain that there could be false positives
when it comes to blood testing.
So, he wants me to go in a couple of days
to go get these ultrasound scans on my hands
and my joints that will really determine what's going on with me.
But, you know, you really do get in your head
and think about the worst possible things that can happen.
So, for the next few days, it's going to be really hell living
wondering what I have, what's going on, and how to fix this.
Let's stay really positive until we get some results.
When are they able to give you the results?
So, Friday I'll know everything.
