it's really nice it's been empty for a couple of years at least and it's been a pretty hot spot on the exploring scene where I live these days so guys without further ado let's go get it cue the music cue the intro see you guys on the other side [Applause] [Music] [Applause] in today's adventure I'm exploring a very large abandoned mansion in a very wealthy neighborhood of Toronto Ontario Canada this home features a spectacular contemporary design has got lots of skylights and the home is filled with all kinds of natural light it even has ceilings that go from 14 to 16 feet in the foyer you'll find a japanese-style water and rock garden it also has a separate self-contained main apartment with a private entrance and even in the lower level there's a self-contained staff quarters this home has a large circular driveway and actually has room for sixteen cars to park in the driveway this large vacant mansion has five bedrooms nine bathrooms two kitchens into twelve rooms in total another interesting fact is that this home is among dozens of properties listed in a very large civil claim that contains allegations of mortgage fraud that investors say could be worth as much as seventeen million dollars the Law Society of Upper Canada has reviewed these documents related to three properties including this house right here and found them all to be fraudulent [Music] okay guys we're gonna get started here in this room with the wallpaper and the wallpaper also matches the couch everything just blends in perfectly here guys your floral print coach with your floral print wallpaper everything comes together nicely in here let's come back here check it out get a nice big wide view here look at that a super sexy guys here you've got we've got a fireplace and we've got a right here we go [Music] while probably Smuts to clean for some I still love exploring these abandoned mansions yes they're clean and there's never any dust but it's always so interesting to me to see how these people live and the lavish lifestyles that they must lead and the ways that they spend their wealth from indoor pools to saunas and marble to giant walk-in closets it's unbelievable to me to see how the rich people in the world live and how they design their homes some of them are tacky some of them are interesting and some of them have wallpaper lying rooms with matching couches either
