what is up guys here we go again urbex dave free photography back with another big abandoned mansion urbex adventure today guys i have been a big beautiful multi-million dollar mansion i'm right now on the balcony on the second floor on the spiral staircase and guess what this big beautiful mansion is going to be demolished for another house or a multi-unit dwelling guys there is so much going on in this house now while it is empty like most of these mansions have been these days it's just another example of a big beautiful mansion left to rot empty the basement is like four feet flooded there's still brand new appliances in the kitchen there's a brand new washer and dryer stained glass on the door this gorgeous staircase i'm about to show you guys let's get to it cue the music cue the intro i gotta walk down these stairs i'll meet you on the other side and let's go get it [Applause] [Music] [Applause] okay guys so let's just start walking around because this is one beautiful house and we need to check this place out so i just did a really quick walk through but uh we're going to take our time now and we are going to look and we're going to take this place in all right so let's start here with these curtains and these nice tall curved windows that bring in a lot of nice light and then they got those curtains there to just to lighten it up in here a little bit and in addition to those curtains he's also got these things right here that also break it up so you've got your white curtains at the back and then you got these brown pattern curtains here in front and every one of the uh windows has that in front of it so that would have been his decorating scheme in here with the curtains and uh you got pot lights going all the way around uh the power has been cut unfortunately so we can't see if they work but there you go it's a nice big room now check out the front door guys talk about fancy this is your front door your double front door with a stained glass window stained glass window right through it super nice and then when you look over here you say hey what is up guys what is up guys okay moving on go back here towards your backyard you got a nice door that goes out here to your balcony to your patio it's not a very nice backyard they got a little bit of a fireplace there but it's not the nicest backyard i've ever seen they don't seem to have a pool either which is rare alright so now we're gonna move along this way and here you've got once again you've got your spiral staircase which is the centerpiece of the whole house it goes down to the basement but unfortunately the basement's flooded halfway up the wall it's probably about three and a half to four feet flooded so sadly we don't get to see what the basement looked like coming into the kitchen i'm not straight here what's going on here there we go moving into the kitchen you got this nice arched doorway here and on your right hand side you've got some covered space some storage for your linens and such here this would have had a uh a curtain going across to block this room off from the living room and then here's your laundry room with like i said pretty much brand new washer and dryer like this washing machine still has the plastic on it guys look at this now don't get me wrong guys i am not in somebody's house that's being uh renovated this house is being demolished guys so they bought brand new washer and dryer and they didn't even take the plastic off and it's still here in the house i know what you're gonna say why not donate it to habitat for humanity right right okay guys we're in the kitchen now nice stainless steel fridge with a very large freezer on the bottom you got your microwave and your stove and here it is sorry that's the oven somebody corrected me that is the oven and the microwave and here is your gas stove right here and your vent all right here's your island right in the middle of the kitchen nice big kitchen hopefully guys i'll be able to find some photos online and if i'm able to find photos online i'll drop them in as i'm walking around and as i'm filming i'll drop in some photos of what this place looked like if i'm able to find them okay so you got a theme here of archways so above the stove is arched that walkway there to the laundry room in the living room got arts up there and then right here you got arches going up here into your i'm guessing your living area and so we got some curtains up here i don't know what's going on here guys but you got some hooks hanging from the ceiling so something would have been hanging here which is interesting again hopefully i can find that and figure out what was in this room then here's a nice long view from the end of this room all the way across through the stairs to the other main room so let's just take a walk through here guys there's me what's up guys here you've got some shelf space and you've got a closet in here nothing in it everything's empty guys and then walking over this way we have a bedroom here which has a plant on the floor i'm guessing that's a fake plastic tree yes it is there's that staircase again guys another fake tree and then here we got a bathroom here's your shower stall right here stand up shower what's up guys you can see my reflection here is your sink very weird looking sink and then there's your bathroom mirror what is up guys and then you got your toilet there no bidet in this house at least not in this bathroom okay so now we have pretty much covered the main floor and i wish we could go down here but we can't as you can see we are flooded in the basement and let me just grab something here grab some of these rocks here and we'll show you okay basement is flooded okay kerplop what a shame all right guys let's take a walk up these stairs here this beautiful spiraling staircase up to the second floor floor really needs to be vacuumed and cleaned in here hardwood floor check out this light fixture right at the very top i gotta tell you guys if i'm a developer and i'm gonna buy somebody's house to tear down i'm gonna sell some stuff off and make some coin so here we are guys this is where i stood at the opening of the video let's just get a nice easy panning shot from the top here all the way over guys this is a beautiful house there's your there's your rail so we don't fall see and then we're going to turn around here and we get a view of the stairs there we'll start down okay there we go back up and then there's a view of the hallway where we're about to go and all the bedrooms we're about to see so moving on we have an interesting room here with uh blue painted walls you got light blue you got dark blue you got white then you got these stars here up on the in the ceiling so one can only assume that this might have been a boy's bedroom now you never really want to assume because you guys get mad at me when i assume that it's a boy's room or a girl's room so we don't know guys we just don't know then here we have a more uh plain jane boring bedroom and there's nothing in it you still got this hardwood floor that goes all throughout the house then here you've got your uh you've got your closet and then there he is what is up guys what we got here we got a drawing on the floor on the wall here some kind of a of a spiral thing good job whoever did that okay we're gonna go across the hallway here to this room which is another uniquely painted and decorated room which is red and white guys red on the top white on the bottom and then you've got a you've just got a curtain pinned so i'm wondering if maybe there was or is a squatter living in this house and they did that to keep the sun out here you've got another closet and there's nothing in the closet and then you've got your mirror and we say what is up guys i don't think i need my light on hey guys what's going on urbex dave here thanks for always coming by and subscribing first of all i and private shower a private shower bathtub okay and then you've got two sinks so you can get ready at the same time so if you gotta go to the bathroom the person who you also live with is able to get ready without interrupting your morning bathroom routine so we have two sinks here sink number one sink number two nice big mirror what is up guys you guys getting sick of that yet because i'm not okay so this is a really ugly storage with a big pipe running right down it and it's not very nice so this is obviously there just to hide that pipe and they never actually finish the inside let's back up a bit now here guys and we're going to walk into the master bedroom so you've got double doors right inside hardwood flooring still big mirror on the left-hand side what's up guys coming on into the bedroom here and you've got a nice big bay window that looks outside to the street brings in some nice natural light here you got a nice big walk-in closet guys what's this thing i got no idea right there we don't know walk-in closet you got some some shopping bags here some shoe boxes nothing of any sort of interest but that's a big walk-in closet and this is a big bedroom guys check it out and then you've got of course your ensuite bathroom which has let's go down here your typical toilet jacuzzi hot tub bath you've got a nice big glassed-in stand-up shower which oddly has a walt disney frozen uh bathmat very strange and you have again two sinks sink number one sink number two somebody didn't do a very good job of cleaning up when they put the soap and the toothpaste on the counter and is there water no water guys no water nice big fake flower big fake plant and you got what is up guys number one and you got what is up guys number two and if you look carefully right in the middle you got what is up guys number three okay let's move on out of here brown curtains this is probably the man's closet right sup guys this will be the man's closet because if i've learned anything being with my wife that the woman gets the most room in the closet space and the man gets the smaller closet am i right you know i'm right okay guys this is the part of the video where i settle down stop talking i won't be so excited i'm gonna play some nice chill music this is a really nice house so we're gonna play some chill music you guys sit back grab yourself a drink relax and the nicest mansions that i've posted so far i mean i've been posting a lot of mansions as has rhythm rider and i have to say while it's empty this is one of the most beautiful mansions that i've been in with this staircase with the hardwood floor with the kitchen that upstairs bedroom guys this is a beautiful house and i believe that i'm gonna have to follow this one up with a little bit of a
