In this video, I explore a charming abandoned farmhouse in Grey County, Ontario, Canada. Clearly abandoned for several decades, this home still holds all of the charm that it had when it was lived in and cared for.
From old metal bed frames, a furnace in the middle of the living room, a rotary dial on the wall with the phone number still written on it and more!
Abandoned houses definitely don't need to be filled with old contents to be considered unique and interesting!
what's up guys check out this beautiful
abandoned house right behind me here So
it's a gorgeous house Stick around for
the whole video You guys are going to
like this one Cue the music Cue the
intro See you guys inside
[Music]
[Applause]
[Music]
All right guys We are going to take a
look here at the exterior first before
we head inside It's really really
nice It's such a creepy perfect perfect
looking abandoned house It's like
exactly what I like to see in an
abandoned house It's got broken windows
It's got vines bricks
It's so
nice Like I love this door right here
and the window beside it Look at this
door here guys Very
colorful This would be so nice when the
vine when the vines start growing and
they it turns green This would be a
really nice house to shoot in all
different seasons I
think All right let's go
So here we go
Now I'm listening to you guys in the
comments and I see a lot of you guys
telling me that I move too fast in my
videos So I'm going to listen to you
guys and I'm going to go slow I'm going
to pan I'm going to show you things and
I'm going to take my time So this time
guys tell me in the comments if I did a
better job at taking my time and slowing
down All right
Okay So there's a little bit of stuff
left behind like uh like these
appliances
here
Wow Like I know we love mansions and I
know we love time capsule houses but
guys I just love houses like this These
are some of my favorites There's so much
like personality and uniqueness and
interestingness to each like the colors
and like the decorations
and you
know this here guys I mean check out
this light coming through that window
and it just kind of illuminates the
whole room It's a little bit bright
coming out of the corner there I don't
know if I can adjust that here but look
at that That natural light Oh I love it
There's the sink guys Right
there All
right So this is the
kitchen Very nice
Right
Okay Here's your
pantry This reminds me of uh some of the
houses that I explored in Saskatchewan
those old prairie
houses So here's your living room You
know what i'm going to try and adjust
that brightness guys I'll be right back
Okay I don't think that made a
difference but I got to try and learn
the settings of this camera that I use
here
guys So this is pretty cool but not very
convenient if you live here and you want
to hang out in this room and you got
this furnace just right here stuck right
in the middle of the
room And I mean okay I see It looks like
maybe No this is where it goes This is
it guys This is where the furnace goes
Right here in the middle of the
room Check the wallpaper
[Music]
Hey go upstairs in a bit It's pretty
nice upstairs
too And then here we got the old rotary
dial phone Guys check this
out Nobody's
home Isn't that
cool i'm old enough to have used one of
these All right
Going slow enough for you guys hope so
We got the lawn mower
here So check out these curtains guys
Check them out Oh the
drapes Drapes Curtains What do you call
them old and tattered ripped
up Okay so now we got to go over here
It's so nice out today It was cold and
rainy earlier but it's nice out now
Okay we got three big windows here
There is the brick that probably broke
that
one which is crazy for me that somebody
would do that because there are
neighbors that literally live right
across the street right there Very nice
people I talked to them They're very
nice people And somebody's throwing a
brick in the window with people right
across the street That's pretty stupid
Oh yeah I got to come back here when
these vines are grown in and when it's
all
green All right here we're going to go
get in and let's go upstairs now
When I was up here earlier there was a
cat sitting behind this Uh I wonder if
he's still
there Is he still there i don't know I
don't see him No there was a cat sitting
right there
So there's a bed in this room and a bed
in this room
too Somebody's tie
[Music]
And then I think these rooms are just
empty Just very small rooms
though This one's a bit bigger
So how does it look guys when I move
slower can you see better is the video
quality better when I move
slow i bet you it
is Okay So that's the upstairs
[Music]
I'll bet you this is how they would heat
up the stove right put it on top of the
stove or the furnace and then maybe it
would heat the can I don't
know Okay let's see Now there is a
basement Oh you know how I feel about
the basement guys These wooden
steps Dusty dust shooting up from down
here Hardly any room to get by down
here What do we got down here i just see
a bunch of
baskets
Yeah Looks like they might have had a
pig or something Maybe some chickens in
there And there a bunch of fruit
baskets And that's it
Okay And then this back room here has a
bunch of street signs
See there's a
bathtub Okay I think we're pretty much
done guys
So thanks for watching guys Thanks for
sticking with me through this one if
you're still here Hope you guys have
enjoyed this I love these simple old
abandoned farm houses They remind me of
when I first started this hobby and this
is the kind of place that I would do
before I got into the big stuff I still
love these old houses I hope you guys
like them too So do all those things
that I always ask of you guys Drop a
