Because I want to shout out and dedicate this house tour to families who are just starting or those families who have kids. Because as you can see, this is an exclusive zone of vision I did mention earlier. And we have a mini playground which is located in front of the property. And this is your property. Your property is not massive but it is spacious. Your lot area is 150 sqm lot area and your floor area is 210 sqm. As you can see here in our façade, our environment is very warm. Beige, light beige, light brown. Our gray is just a subtle color. This is your carport, a two-car carport and you have a simple landscaping here. Your fence and you have very pretty wall lamps. Look at it, it's so cute. It's not your usual LED wall lamps. And this is your service gate. Yes, it's spacious. I feel like you noticed that. Our service gate is very spacious. So let's go inside.
