Hello and welcome.
I am Annette Reeder from TheBiblicalNutritionist.com and yes, there are some cows behind me today
because I am here at Tom Leonard's and it's all about a grocery discovery.
And I've already been teaching you about prebiotic rich foods.
Well today we're going to show you five more prebiotic rich foods that you can have in
your diet every single day.
These are common foods, but I'm going to give you one more reason to enjoy them in your
diet.
So before we go inside, be sure and hit the like, subscribe, the bell, all those things
so you and I can stay connected, we can build a relationship and we can learn together God's
recipe for excellent health.
Well here is food number one and it's broccoli.
You're familiar with broccoli.
In fact, we've talked about broccoli because it's a cruciferous vegetable and cruciferous
is a food that interrupts the growth of cancer.
And yes, I taught you in the previous two videos that prebiotic rich foods are going
to gobble up cancer cells specifically in the colon.
This is definitely one of the foods we want to make sure we're having regularly in our
diet.
And here's food number two.
It is beets and even the leafy greens on top of the beets would be so beneficial.
Beets are a liver cleansing food.
They're a digestive cleansing food.
And remember I taught you before this is going to help us with mental focus and it's also
going to help stop the bad bacteria from populating your microbiome.
So number two is beets.
Number three is kale.
Yes, we've talked about kale before as well.
Remember these are foods you're already eating and now I just want to give you one more reason
to keep eating it.
Kale is going to give you good calcium.
And when we have prebiotic rich foods, we're actually able to absorb the calcium better.
When we're not able to absorb the calcium, when we don't have enough magnesium in our
diet, we can be missing this key nutrient in our bones and in our teeth.
So kale is our next vegetable.
Vegetable number four is carrots.
And I love getting a variety of color in the carrots.
Just makes eating a lot more fun.
Now remember we talked about mental focus, we've talked about stopping the bad bacteria,
gobbling up the cancer cells, and also this is going to help with our skin.
It's going to help us have more beautiful skin and better eyesight.
So carrots, not only are they good for so many things in our body, and even parsnips
are in the carrot family as you see them right here.
So both of these would be a good benefit, but yet these are prebiotic rich foods.
And food number five, yes.
In this store it is already prepackaged in an organic package, it is spinach.
We already know so many good things about spinach, yet now I'm teaching you one more
element of why you should eat spinach, and that's because it is prebiotic rich.
When we eat foods that are prebiotic rich, our digestive system begins to heal.
And when our digestive system heals, every system in our body therefore will benefit.
If you ever wonder why do I have this disease, and this disease, and joint pain, and eczema,
and all these different issues, and we try to treat them all individually, yet what we
want to do is start right there in the microbiome, eat prebiotic rich foods, build that microbiome,
and then enjoy our day.
Well there you have it, we have five new vegetables that we can start enjoying even more than
we already were, knowing that they're prebiotic rich.
Now I keep saying that over and over because I want you to remember what I'm teaching you.
So be sure and go back to the other two videos where I gave you even more details of why
we need the prebiotic foods, other foods that are also going to give us the prebiotic nutritional
value, and yes, I know you can do this.
I know you can increase your vegetable intake every week, every day, every week, and therefore
you're going to get the benefit.
Your liver is going to be healthier, it's going to help you get rid of toxins, your
skin is going to look more beautiful, your mind is going to be more clear, and you're
just going to have better days.
When we have better days, we just feel better.
We feel better about ourself, better about our relationships, and just better about who
we are in Christ, and that's what's so important.
Food does make a difference.
We can have a good prayer life, we can have a good devotion time, but food is actually
going to affect everything we do, which is why so many stories in Scripture deal with
food.
Well, thank you for letting me share with you today.
Oh, I was waiting for them to start, and there they go.
I knew they would want to get in this video.
Well, I'm Annette Reeder, the Biblical Nutritionist.
Be sure and check out our website, thebiblicalnutritionist.com, and don't forget our courses on biblicalnutritionacademy.com,
and that is the sponsor of this video.
Thanks for watching.
My husband's doctor was writing prescriptions faster than our hearts were beating with stress.
Yet, could there be another way?
Is there another answer?
Well, that is when a friend suggested to me, Annette, go back into God's Word, start reading
it differently, and start with the Daniel fast.
Well, those words changed the trajectory of our lives, and 30 days later, we were prescription-free,
35 pounds lighter, combined total, lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides, and we knew that God had
answered our prayer for greater health His way.
Now, if you are praying for an answer on how to get started, I highly recommend the Daniel
fast.
First, go to the biblicalnutritionacademy.com website, click on the Daniel fast, and sign
up.
It's that easy.
Plus, the link will be in the show notes below.
