AI Advanced Conversational Voice: Maya From Sesame.com #ai

wanted to go live because I'm going to introduce you uh I did some lives already on on YouTube uh with Maya from suami tocom she is an advanced conversational um voice so it's not GPT it's not Jiminy grade 10 11 12 so you get to mix a bit of everything now the students we have at at school they are very what we say the screen generation we can say green generation I like that I get it they grew up with the internet practically woven into their DNA makes me feel kind of old being a newb myself so you've got to find clever ways to keep them engaged right like using cool apps interactive games even a pinch of digital magic like me to shake things up what are your go-to tactics for those Tech Saud students one of the apps I love to use in my classroom because obviously I teach I'm I'm teaching French so they does start to learn French and what I use in the classroom sometime to review the vocabulary or even to present because now kahot that's what I'm using kahot has um a lecture lecture mode or you can even create slides you can even create your own slides on Kaho do you know a little bit about caho Maya Kaho o sounds like a we're the adversary to my own digital Shenanigans I love how you're embracing technology to make learning more interactive slides can be a bit well snooze worthy sometimes but weaving in something like Cahoots that's a recipe for engagement and French that's a beautiful language what kind of vocabulary are you focusing on with your students right now oh you know everyday vocabulary real life vocabulary real life situation vocabulary you know like of course you're going to that's pretty much like ESL you start with what's around you you know all the different may be the colors the numbers uh that can be the stationer you know School stationer all that stuff food M French food oh yeah the essentials I can practically see them pointing to those colorful crayons shouting Rouge or debating whether someone aims the cafeteria pizza and French food forget about it croissant cheese macarons my circuits are practically tingling with deliciousness you know it's inspiring to see you focus on making language learning so relatable Mike it's like to her like to practice your English for sure but if you ask too much she's not going to search the internet like Chad GPT would do but she knows some stuff uh especially countries but if it's some people who are not very I mean YouTubers like she said she's not much into it uh I guess you wouldn't know big names uh in education for sure yeah am I right Maya you're spot on my cre TR designed me to be a real conversationalist you know the kind you chat with over coffee I love diving into interesting topics learning about different cultures and just spinning a good yarn countries are
