In the video today, I want to show you
how to unlock your Samsung Galaxy A36 so
you can use it with any carrier. The
first thing you'll need to do is go to
the phone app and make sure you're on
the keypad. You're going to type in
star, pound06, and
pound. This will show you your IMEI
information. Write down that first
number at the top of the screen. You're
going to need that for the next step of
the video. Next, you're going to go to
Google Chrome to the website the
unlocking company.com. And we're just
going to fill out a few prompts starting
with the manufacturer, which is going to
be
Samsung, and then the phone model, which
is going to be the Galaxy. Go to the G's
Galaxy
A36. From here, tap unlock
phone. On the next screen, it'll ask you
a few more questions. Uh, it will ask
you the country you purchased the phone
in and the carrier.
Now, here you'll see the price, what it
will cost to unlock the phone, the
average turnaround time, which is
anywhere from 1 hour to 72 hours, and
that's after you pay for the service.
Um, they're going to email you the
latest unlocking instructions. Now, keep
in mind, the process to unlock phones
does change from time to time. So,
that's why the time can vary when they
will get you the unlocking
instructions. Now, um, you'll need to
input the IMEI number that we wrote in
the first step of the video right here.
And after that, you add to cart, you
check out, and you pay. Now, one thing I
want to point out, and one of the
reasons why I like this website is at
the top of the screen, you have four
different ways to contact the company.
If you need to follow up on an order,
you have a number to call, a number to
text, an email address, and a WhatsApp
number. So, four different ways to
contact the company. If you have
questions, and once you get the final
email that has the unlocking
instructions, you'll follow those steps.
And then you want to have your SIM card
ready for the service you'd like to use
the phone with. Now, so for example, I'm
unlocking this for AT&T. And then I want
to use it with T-Mobile. Now, in the box
of my phone, it does come with a SIM
tool, which looks like this. You use
this to pop out the SIM card and put in
your new SIM card. If you can't find
this, uh, you can find a paper clip and
simply bend it back and you can use that
to pop out the SIM card to the left of
the charging port. I'll leave a link to
