Resetting Our Home for the New Year! *Satisfying*

What's up guys, welcome back to our YouTube channel. It is the 30th? It is New Year's Eve, Eve's ours, crap, I'm behind the camera. It is New Year's Eve, Eve, and we are doing a total reset for the New Year. Holiday reset, yeah. Cleaning the house, getting all the Christmas stuff down, just kind of resetting for the New Year. I actually like it this year because New Year's Eve is on Sunday and then the very first day of the year is on Monday. So I think that's like a good way to start, our total reset Sunday, Monday comes and we're just like at a New Year. We're just kind of getting the house ready for that. I feel like usually we wait till after the New Year to put away the tree and stuff, so it was sad to take it down. Yeah, but it's actually like, It's kind of nice to just be like ready. I feel like it's gonna be good. Except after the New Year, you're always dreading having to take that down so it's already down. It's gonna be good to start fresh and just start the year strong. So, let's start. You ready? All right guys, we got back from the grocery store. We got a bunch of groceries to kind of start the year off right and found a guy selling tamales in the parking lot. So, we bought 10 tamales because why not? These are gonna be for freaking lunch today, I tell you right now. But anyways, let's put these away. All right guys, time to take down the Christmas tree. It was a lovely Christmas season. Doesn't feel like we had it up that long, it was like a month. But now, it's time to take her down. I think we need a ladder, dude. Just get the start. I got the start. Okay. Now, if y'all are wondering how this big old tree gonna get in this little box, you about to find out. Now, it may look like we're overflowing, but once I close it up and taper it out, it'll be good. What did I tell ya? What did I freaking tell ya? All right, all of the Christmas decorations are put back in the boxes. And if you guys remember, last month, I had to take- After I reorganized all of them. I put them away badly, she reorganized them. If you guys remember last time, where I put up all the decorations to surprise you guys, I had to freaking take all this stuff down by myself. But this time, I have my helper, so it's gonna be a lot easier because it's for this tree. He was just telling me he thinks he can do it by himself. I was like, Sam, don't watch that. That tree almost killed me, y'all. You had to slide it off, and he looked like he broke his back, so he's not- But I did it. You're not allowed to do it. All right, let's go. Oh, shoot. How are you gonna do this? Okay, stop. Okay, okay. Wait. Like, if I can just get it up to here, then I can come down and just push it up. You can't get it up there. What do you mean? Oh, okay, okay. It's fine. Just, just- What are you doing? Just go towards me. Go towards me. What are you doing? I'm trying to get it. I don't know what's going on. Stand right here. Hold on to it. I can get it up higher if you can just hold it. Okay, well, don't shove it till I say. Okay. Can you get it? Yes. Yeah. All right, Christmas stuff is done. Laundry is started, and now we gotta clean the kitchen. It's not that bad of a mess, but it is a little bit of a mess, so let's start. Okay, guys, we didn't vlog this, but Jess just cleaned the bathroom for our TikTok. We're doing a TikTok and this at the same time, and I had to charge the battery for you guys because y'all died. She just cleaned this. This was a mess. Looks freaking muy bueno now. Now, the last thing on the list is to do this laundry. Y'all, we got a freaking pile. We got a pile of clean laundry. Our schedule got thrown off like when all of our family was here, so we didn't end up doing it. It all got cleaned, but then it just got dumped. So now, let's do the laundry.
