We explored an absolutely insane abandoned mansion sitting right on the beach in Long Island — and it once belonged to a notorious doctor with a dark past. Locals say no one’s lived here for decades… and after stepping inside, we understand why.
What started as a casual urban exploration turned into one of the creepiest experiences we’ve ever had. From strange medical equipment left behind, to secret rooms and bizarre documents — this place was anything but normal. Who was this doctor, and why was the mansion just left to rot?

Well, what's up everybody? Today we're
exploring this beach house mansion. I'm
here with Brian from The Proper People.

place has.
Okay. See, we're heading into the c
kitchen
area. It's
um it's nice. Nice circle to
it. Pretty crazy, actually. That's
actually really
cool. This whole room is just a
circle.

their china still in the cabinets.
Look at this soda bottle. I don't even
know what that
is. Simply
cola. There's some water in there.
Okay.
So, this was uh this actually expired in
O2. Drink it. No.
Who's on the phone? Your mom.
Oh, look at
these nice
tapestries,
actually. Oh,
wow. They're hiding like bookshelves and
I think probably our wine. Oh yeah,
look. Wine
racks. Pretty cool. Pretty fancy.

Most of the flooring's
gone. Oh, wow. I'm not walking in there.
That whole floor is just
collapsing. Oh, there's a massive poop
in there. It's
great. Oh, wow.
Just another spot I'm not going to step
in. Mold
city. So I think we're heading to the
living
room.
Okay, now this is pretty
cool. Everything is left in this place.
Like it looks like literally they were
playing trivia pursuit and went out the
back door and like it's like that's so
weird. There's some very interesting
artifacts in
here. Let me show what this is.

It's a newer style TV kind
of. Nice little
bedroom. Yeah. All this guy's clothes
are in here still.
Go cowboys. I
guess. I mean, come on. Their towels are
still hanging
up. They left this place in a
hurry. Okay, so we're go up the second
stairs.
Okay, so this floor looks terrible,
too. But this is this
room. Not going to go any further cuz
look at
that. Wow.
See what I mean, guys? Look at this.
Hey, Brian, go to the kitchen real
quick. Yeah, I saw the hole in the
floor. Yeah. Over there. Look
at Just wait for it, guys. Go up there.

Hey, so we're going to be careful
here. Definitely want to go into this
room,

Okay, this is the top of the kitchen. It
was circle. So, this room is circle,
too. This is a pretty sick little room.
I love the bunk
beds. Um, I don't know if I should walk
in here or not. I'm not going
to. Pretty
cool. I literally went to the store and
got the smallest.
Like they must have had a candle lit and
it just totally just melted the entire
thing. This is a china cabinet and the
dining
room. It's loaded
still. They literally didn't take
anything out of
here. Okay, this is inside the china
cabinet. There's some cool stuff in
here.
though. I don't know what this Oh,
emergency candle. That's cool. Still Oh,
they're still in

there. Now we have emergency flashlight.
So, oh, this is sterling silver. Nice.
Surprised no one took
that. What else have we got in
here? Just, you know, it kind It's kind
of ugly, honestly. Some ugly ugly
china. These look nice. That one looks
like has a pentagram in it. What the
heck? If you guys see that, but like
what the heck?

that stable. That's I mean if I wanted
to get this shot, where else would I put
this chair? I don't know. Use the chair
there. Get the shot around it. I don't
know, man. Pretty interesting. So, this
place also had a gazebo, which is pretty
cool. Overlooking the ocean.
