Inside Stonebridge Manor: Waddell's Most Stunning New Homes

It's another beautiful gorgeous and also a breezy day out here in Arizona and where exactly am I? How about Waddell, Arizona in a subdivision called Stonebridge Manor. Our builder for today is Ashton Woods. Our collection is called The Retreat and boy are you going to love this home. I actually love this home. Let me tell you a little bit about it. How about four bedrooms, three baths, two and a half car garage, 2222 square feet. The really nice thing, the really cool thing about this home is one of the bedrooms, one of the areas, it could be a multi-gen area. However, if you don't want the multi-gen area, you can make that seating area for the multi-gen into a really nice large game room, flex room, computer room, whatever you want. But it's absolutely amazing. Make sure that you leave me something in the comments what you think about it. It's absolutely nice. Next up is going to be this wonderful beautiful home right behind me. It's a spec quick moving home that's ready right now. It is three bedrooms, two and a half baths, three car tandem garage and a flex room and it's 2491 square feet. But what's really nice about it, the interest rate that you can get on this and it's amazing. But you got to wait to the end to hear about that. There's a part in the home that can be used as a multi-gen and it has their own seating area or you can use that seating area as a flex room, a game room, whatever you want to use it for. It's just really great. They have one available right now for $508,990. So let's go in and show it to you and let me know what you think down in the comments. I will walk through and show you the various options you can have in this home. After all, it does say come on in so let's go ahead and go on in. All righty now, we are standing right here in the front door and you will notice this nice big piece of furniture here. I think it would be much better without it in my honest humble opinion. But anyway, we're going to take a couple steps up and then turn around to the right and this brings us right into the first guest bedroom in the front. Two nice size windows right there. Then as I back out, right next to that is going to be your shared bathroom. They have it with a tub and shower combination. However, if you're building from the ground up and you want to change it to a walk-in shower, you most certainly can do that. Then as I back out of that, here's guest bedroom number two. Window to the side. You get one nice window to the side and right over there are your slider door closets. Nice size room right there. And then as I back up, I'm going to give you a recap already and you're probably saying we just begun. So front door, guest bedroom, shared bathroom, guest bedroom number two. So now we're going to come back here, look down the hallway. We're going to start to walk up, turn to the left, coat closet here, garage door entrance right here. So back up just a few more steps. We're going to walk on down and then we're going to turn to the left again. And this is the interesting part. Oh, before we do, I'm going to show you your favorite room. Yes, yes. Yay, yay, yay. No, yay. That's your laundry room in case you wash your dryer laundry room. Okay, here I'm going to show you this closet first. We have linen and storage right here. This is where it gets really, really interesting. Look at this. This is your multi-gen area. Let me back up again for you. See, you have a door right here. You can completely close off for whoever's going to be in here. This large, big, huge seating area right here. You walk past this. Look, look, look. This is really, really nice. To the left is the bedroom, window to the side. They would have slider door closets. Give you another look here. Right here. And then as I back up and straight across the hallway is their private bathroom. Hello. And then right over here, it's a shove and shower combo. And again, if you're building and you want a walk-in shower instead, you most certainly can do that. So a lot of options here. I want to turn around, give another look at this room. It's large. I wish the camera would pick up the size of it, but it's really, really nice. And again, if you don't want to use this as a multi-gen area, this is where you can use it as a game room, a flex room, an office, whatever you need to or want to use it for. But if you are going to use it as a multi-gen, whoever's going to be living in there may not want you to ever come in there because it is just very, very spacious. I love that area. What do you think about it? So as I back up, now I'm going to swing you into the main part of the house, the kitchen, dining, family room. Enjoy. Alrighty, so let's bring you back into the kitchen. They have stainless steel appliances. They have electric stovetop and oven with a microwave right above. And you have a nice size island right here. And you have a lot of kitchen cabinets and counter space as well. Let you see that island right there. Nice window with the sink out to the side of the yard. A lot of people are liking that instead of it being right over the center of the island like that, but you would have that right there. Plenty of cabinets, plenty of counter space. Let me give you another look into the kitchen right here. So you can see that a little better. And then right across from the island, this is going to be your walk-in pantry, which is very nice. A lot of space right here. I'm going to zoom you back around to see another picture of the kitchen right there. And then your dining is right here. You can put any size, shape, or table in there. They have like a oval rectangular type table right there. Plenty of room right here between the counter and to the table. And then on the other side, right next to the family room, TV room, whatever. But this room right here is large. It's spacious. It's open. And then you have your four panel slider glass door. I forgot to get the price on that because you know that's an added upgrade. You know, if you're going with a quick move-in, it might actually have it, but it may not. You know, the builder puts in various upgrades when they do quick move-ins and specs. Sometimes they have it and sometimes they don't. I'm going to go in a little bit for you. There you go. Come back out. There you go. Isn't that nice? Very open, very spacious, really nice. And I love that multi-gen area. So I'm going to swing around and bring you into the primary room. And again, a very nice size bedroom, large window out to the backyard. Right there, the glare of the sun's coming in that window and I do apologize. Then as I back up and turn to the right, this is going to be your bathroom. A lot of room right here. Let me show you. They have it with a walk-in shower. And then on the other side of the shower is going to be your vanity. Hello! I'm going to stand in the middle so you can't see me. And then I'm going to get all the way up so you can see. Very nice. And then right off to the side, I'm going to assume this is going to be your linen. No, this is your water closet. Yes, you get one of those. And then on the other side is going to be your linen right there. And look, it goes almost all the way up. A lot of space in between the shelves too. And then I'll give you another look at the shower. And then as we walk out of here, it brings us right into the clothes closet. If you had uppers and lowers, you would have twice the amount of space, which isn't too bad. Then as we come out, I want to give you another look of the primary bedroom. And then we're going to swing back out. It's going to bring you into the main part of the house right here. Absolutely gorgeous, isn't that? So I'm going to bring you outside if they will let me take you outside. And they do. Alrighty now. Nice thing out here, the lot sizes. You have a variation. 6,500 all the way up to 9,000 square foot lots. They have artificial turf. They have pavers. They have this covered area. I'm going to swing around and show you. If you want to have a private pool, you most certainly can. The lots are definitely going to be big enough. Your HOA out here is extremely reasonable. And therefore, you do not have a pool. If you want a pool, you're going to have to build one in your backyard. But you know what? We have resources and recommendations of landscapers and pool people that we can offer you if you are wanting them. So I'm going to bring you closer here to see the back of the house on this side. There we go. Pretty darn nice, don't you think? I like the lots. I love the house. I like that multi-gen area. I'm going to bring you in and give you a recap on this home. You have a grassy playground. You have swings over there. Lots of grass to walk around with your kids, your two-legged and your four-legged kids. And then right over here, you also have cornhole. How about this? For $112 a month, I think that's what HOA is out here. You actually do get a lot out here. You just don't get the pool. See the basketball court, the cornhole. You have picnic areas here, the playground. A lot of space out here, which is really, really nice. Okie dokie, here is your FYI for you, the homebuyer. Always remember anytime, every time you go into a new build, always remember to bring your realtor. Why? Because the person inside is nice and as sweet as they are, and they will be very nice and very sweet. Who do they work for? They definitely don't work for you. They work for the builder slash seller. You want to make sure you have somebody working just for you and only for you. That's called exclusive representation. You know, buying a house is usually your largest and biggest asset you ever buy in your lifetime. And don't you want to make sure it turns out exactly the way you want it to? Of course you do. So don't be bashful. Don't be shy. Make sure you reach out to us. We'd be happy to. So don't go in and register in person.
