Luxury Countryside Finca in Menorca _ 9-Bedroom Estate with Pool _ Guest Houses Near the Sea

Hi guys, it's Albie here from the agency. Today we are not on Mallorca, we are actually on the island of Menorca, which I guess you could say is Mallorca's quieter little sister. Beautiful property to see today. The weather isn't with us, but we're going to take a look. We're on a plot of 90 hectares. The house itself has around 800 square meters, which is from the main house. We have a family house, a guest house and a really, really nice pool. We're going to take a look. Let's have a look now. We're going to start the tour off today in the heart of any home. We're here in the kitchen. We have a three bedroom guest house behind us here. All the appliances, you can see Smeg. We have a wine cooler down here. This is going to be the heart of the main part of the house. Then we have more social elements in the guest house down below by the pool. What's behind you? Behind me here, we have obviously the main breakfast, lunch area. Really nice original fireplace. There's a really good combination here of kind of the more newer maresque stone and then some of the more rustic elements that are in the house. You see here even with the beams, a combination of some original beams with some of the new ones that have been put in. You see the renovation here and the interior design elements are really second to none. Architecture is absolutely beautiful. This would be our main entrance area. If you're receiving guests, they're going to be coming through here, either straight into the kitchen, straight outside. Here, this is more of the reading space. We have a guest toilet over here and then leading on straight into the office space. Here we have a beautiful floating staircase with this old maresque wall, which takes us up to two bedrooms here in the main house. So now we're in the primary bedroom here in the main house. We have a really nice terrace out here for especially in the morning, great morning sun and then the bathroom en suite just behind us. So we're coming out now from the family house. So here, as I say, we have three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, one with its own little kitchen. This is more of a morning terrace. So here you've got these really beautiful big wooden shutters, which obviously, you know, for the evening, the morning time, block out the sun, but also when they're open like this, it gives you this whole little private area for each of the rooms. So here you see the space where the family house joins into what would be the main house. And here in the meeting point, we have this more of a, I guess it's more of a social area breakfast. I can imagine this is where family, friends all gathering down here, drinks, breakfast, lunches, you name it. And then to make your way down to the pool area in the afternoon. And one of the things I really like about this place, I feel like you have all of these different areas where you can have your own privacy yet social areas like this, where you can kind of all be together and you have that difference of, you know, I guess being able to be on your own, but also, you know, be with your friends and your family at the same time. And yeah, it feels like the hotel. Yeah. It's a little bit like, for me, the vibe is a little bit like Soho house. So, you know, they're opening one in Ibiza now, which I think opens in July this year. And you see like the elements of the stone walls, all this mares that's pretty much everywhere. It just gives you that feeling like a little bit of a retreat and just so happens to match my outfit absolutely perfectly. But we're now coming down to, I think, probably one of the best areas of the house. So originally, this was a barn unit. And then this has been converted into the guest, the main guest area, but also like a social zone. Okay. Can you hear me from there, Elias? Yes. Right. Okay. I'm going to come closer. I'm going to come closer. But you see this space here, as I said, it's one of my favorite parts of this entire property. Behind me here is more of a social space for events, dinners, that kind of thing. We also have two bedrooms, which are Jack and Jill with the sharing a bathroom in the middle. We have another two here, same story, Jack and Jill bathroom, which will lead out to external terraces. Here we have, which is more like a movie area. So relaxing fireplace. And this leads on now to the dining area. They're just around the table here. We have a chef's kitchen, which is fully prepared for events, catering, everything. Okay. We're down now by the pool area, which is just a short little walk here from the main kind of entertaining and the guest house. And I think what's really hard to kind of get a grasp here is actually the vast, you know, the vastness of the plot. We're on 90 hectares here, so we can't even see the end of the plot. But I think Elias, maybe you can throw in a couple of drone shots and get better perspective of where we are. But just to recap, so again, 90 hectares of plot, 800 square meters constructed area, nine beds, eight baths, pretty much location-wise, central in Menorca as you can get, complete privacy, but still on the golf buggy that I drove in on, you can actually end up down in the beach in around 10, 15 minutes. So location-wise, super secure, super private, but still close enough to the beach, which is where you want to be.
