This view is very, very nice. Look at this. What? I can't get over this. This is really,
really nice. This is what $100 per night gets you in El Nido, the Philippines.
Welcome to the beautiful El Nido here in Palawan, the Philippines. I'm currently
staying at Suites by Eco Hotel, which you can see behind me. It is a beachfront property here,
located at Corang Corang Beach. I'm paying $100 per night for this view.
This is pretty much my everyday morning view. We have some really cute little islands over there,
some fisher boats, and this beautiful beach. It's very, very calm here.
It's very busy in the morning because in the morning, people actually go out to go island
hopping. Right now, it's midday, very quiet. It's siesta time. Even that dog over there is
taking a nap. Today, I'm going to give you a little tour of this hotel where I'm staying at,
just because I thought it would be helpful for you to know what you will get for $100
when you come here and book this accommodation. As you can see, it's pretty new. It consists of
these two areas. It has two floors and I think over 50 rooms, if I'm not mistaken.
It's pretty big and located here by this beautiful beach. It has been such a pleasure just waking up
here and enjoying the view. What else do you want? They have these rooms here that are right along
this path. You have some little areas here for yourself and some hammocks on this side. There's
also a second floor up there, so you can check it out. This is pretty much the area. This here is
my little safe haven where I come every evening to relax and just lay on my little hammock here
that is right in front of my room. I can even stay here in the morning and enjoy the beach view,
which I can see directly from here. It's very close. I'm basically five steps away from the beach.
Okay, I think it's time for the room tour. Something that I have to mention is I've been
staying here for three days already, three nights. It's not how you see the room when you enter.
I had to make the bed, so yeah, just a little heads up. All right, are you guys ready? Okay, we are
entering my room here, which consists of this bed with two side tables. We have some
nice decoration here, white painting, some paintings over here, and a little TV station.
Unfortunately, there is no table here, so all of my stuff, all of my belongings are basically in this
corner. But yeah, this is the area. So it has an aircon, unfortunately box type, so it can be a
little bit loud. But yeah, this is the little area where you can leave your stuff. We have a full body
mirror here, some hangers for clothes, umbrella because it can rain here in the Philippines,
a little basket. We have some soaps here, lotion, a little safe for your belongings so you can lock it.
And yeah, this is basically the only storage room that you have, storage area. But I don't really
mind. I mean, the room is really nice and you have this fantastic view. It's a little bit overexposed,
wait a second. Yeah, here we go. Yeah, this is your view from the room. So it's really nice,
nice decoration. And we have a blanket here, which can be very practical because usually
in the Philippines, you get a very thin layer like this, something like this. So yeah,
if you have the aircon on, it can get very cold. So you need something to cover up. So this is very
cozy. Bed is comfortable. It's not the best bed, but it's great. If you don't like aircons,
there is a fan right above you. I haven't used the TV. I don't really watch TV that much,
but it's nice to have. And last but not least, the bathroom. Yeah, it's very simple. There's a
shower here, little mirror, and that is basically it. I mean, very basic, but it's okay. Water
pressure is okay. So yeah, I don't know if you can see. Warm water, so plus for me. And in case
there's a power outage, there is a bucket here. Yeah, something that I have to mention is when
you come to the Philippines and you're visiting one of the provincial islands, there is a
possibility that you will have some brownouts, which is a power outage that lasts around 30
minutes to one hour, in some places even longer. I remember in Shiga, we had a half day without
electricity. So definitely make sure you have your devices charged and yeah, just something
for you to know and be aware of. This hotel does not have a generator. Usually hotels have
generators, so you don't have the inconvenience, but yeah, just a little heads up.
Okay, that was the room. Very quick tour, very simple. Yeah, and this here is a community area
we can sit down. They have some water dispensers here, so you can fill up your water bottle. This
is the entrance area. There is a rooftop up there. Unfortunately, it's closed, but I'll show you
anyway. This is the reception and the hotel is located here at the Pops district. So you have a
few small restaurants here, tour operators, so everything is in near proximity. Unfortunately,
a lot of the places are closed due to pandemic, but yeah, it is what it is, right? This is the
view of the entrance area with the lobby. When you arrive here, you have some alcohol to disinfect.
You have to scan this QR code and yeah, there's some water here, reception, and I'm going to show
you quickly the rooftop, which is accessible, but not operating. Yeah, something else that I wanted
to mention is, excuse my hair. There are no hair dryers provided here, so my hair is quite natural,
I would say. It's very humid and it gets really messy with this humidity, so let me just sort that
out quickly. So this is the rooftop area. As you see, there's a little bar here, or has been.
Something that you can do is do your morning workout here on this roof deck. So either yoga
or whatever you want with this stunning view. And as mentioned, unfortunately, not operating, but
I mean, this view is very, very nice. Look at this.
What?
Pretty good, huh? Not bad at all. On the other side, you have some mountains, which is really
nice. And I have attended a few yoga classes here at Namaste, which is a yoga studio, which is really,
really good. Highly recommend it. The classes are 500 pesos, well worth it if you just want to
escape a little bit and recenter and connect with yourself.
So yeah, that concludes my property tour of Suites by Eco Hotel here in El Nido in Palawan.
I hope you enjoyed it. I personally think it's very basic, but it's very nice. It's very clean,
the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty awesome, I must say.
And for $100, yeah, it is still on the pricier side, I would say, especially for Philippine
standards. But you mustn't forget, this is one of the prime locations that is directly located by
the beach. There are some things missing that I would love to have, but it is on the lower rate
and here in El Nido, so that's fine. It's okay. I would definitely book again, not for a longer
stay, but definitely for three nights again. That was quite good. Something that I also wanted to
mention is it is very family friendly. So you have these little areas here, you have the beach
directly here. So it's super, super nice. Everything is in proximity. You have a lot of
tricycles in the front and you have the two operators on the other side. Restaurants are
close by too. But I would definitely say book for this morning view. I can't get over this.
This is really, really nice. There's also sunset happening here, so you definitely have to check
that out. Let me know in the comments down below what you think of this property, if you would book
it, if you have stayed here, what your thoughts were. I'm definitely interested to hear your
thoughts on this. And if you enjoyed this video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe for more property

And I'll see you guys in the next video. Bye.
