The Upsetting Reason We Don't See Our Vlogger Friends Anymore...

foreign [Music] [Music] good morning guys welcome to a very nice blue sky it's funny isn't it Blue Sky Sunny morning still getting used to having the invisaligns in so excuse if I sound different today but they're not hurting as much now which is good um this morning we are off bright and early doing something quite fun bit different we are off to Brighton coffee festival and [Music] bye bye I've already just started it I can't say goodbye until the end of the day mate yeah yeah and obviously you guys know George and I are huge couple of fans in general we do love a coffee several times a day and it's a festival on coffee so what more could you want we've only had one coffee this morning and we are about to do our second cup so it's perfect timing [Music] yeah all right Could you actually have it I'm not suggesting it YouTube police but could he actually have a decaf coffee technically or is there other stuff in it that you shouldn't have as a one-year-old decaf coffee is not 100 decaf right but there we caffeine naturally in some of the food heat surely yeah maybe let me know can I make Coda a flat white yes or no in the comments probably not just in my little baby Chino is probably a better idea just some flamed meals yeah um yes so that's what we're doing this morning this guy here had his master class yesterday and it went very well yeah it did it went really well you did it yeah Daddy did it uh he literally repeats everything I did I did it it's so cute yeah it went really really well and you've got some amazing feedback didn't you so yeah give George a big thumbs up on this video to tell you how much you're proud of him oh um no he's never done it yet it was so cool to see so many people so if you don't know the master class was I was giving out a 90-minute social media master class all about everything we do and how other people can do it as well had a ton of people join it and really cool just went so well it wasn't just people wanting to be like content creators about themselves it was like small businesses and stuff as well that wanted to get out there and use social media to their benefits there was a girl on there who lives in Portugal yeah and runs a small boutique business in Portugal and she's now going to take all the tips and advice on social media to make her business reach more people it's so exciting because all these things you're going to be able to see these businesses grow now and these people grow from your advice and it's like it's just really exciting yeah it's great just quickly Hove is definitely a nicer place to live than Worthing look here they've planted flowers at the roots of the trees in the street is so lovely look at these houses in these buildings this is it's really cool it's a nice place look at my hair it's crazy anyway we need coffee we're gonna go get some coffee so this is the venue beautiful venue here for the coffee Festival I've never actually been to a coffee Festival before I don't really know what to expect we have been to Mango Fest we've been to all different festivals all over the world but never have I ever been to a coffee Festival but yes guys if any of you were on the master class a huge thank you just quickly it was so so cool to be around like-minded people again to just sit in my office go on Zoom with a ton of people and talk all things social media I think I really missed that I got a lot out of it kind of energy wise being around these people who I mean it's we don't really have many vlogger friends around us anymore or many kind of social media We There are a few we do have some friends in the UK who are vloggers or they make content they make YouTube videos Instagram content but you know it's not like the old days anymore where every day we were around our friends I always remember fond fond memories of that huge vlogger Meetup in Cebu in in synolog 2019 yeah it must have been must have been 2019 and they were just I don't know everyone kind of knew each other from YouTube but some of the people had never met in real life so that was the first time we met Kim and Tom for example and just I don't know being around these like-minded people and because we're in the UK now we just we just don't see our YouTube Friends Much Anymore which is kind of sad but when we can get over especially like more babies come in Kim's about to give birth and stuff and I was gonna say it's they're the sort of friends all of them actually all of our blogger friends out there are the sort of people that you don't see for a year but then when you see them it's like nothing's changed and you might not message all the time but when you do it's really lovely even if you don't message for like months and months when you see them it's just like nothing's changed and it's just I think because you've got that connection over something that we both love and we're both so great we're also grateful to do as our jobs that friendship is like made bigger because you relate so much and you like you get it like together I don't know it's good 100 and I always say surround yourself with the people who inspire you with like-minded people it's so so important positive people people who lift you up that's my little weekend weekend little uh Spiel but anyway wow look so huh we can't say oh yeah we also of course have our invisaligns in again today so look people are queuing up everyone wants their their morning coffee fix so we've got a little cuego in here so we're just gonna let people get in wait for the doors to open and then go and check out this Festival in this really beautiful venue never been inside this church before just waiting to get in I think all right cool sort of ruined the uh Segway of the Vlog just being honest [Music] oh wow thanks so much thank you [Music] beautiful lovely thank you really nice smooth thank you that's right no we're just [Music] [Music] okay we're just trying this ice cream so much cool stuff here we've each had about four coffees each which is I know we have two a day I've already had one yeah feeling a little bit overcast right now yeah so good something loads of people we know here as well which has been nice really nice catch up with a few people meet load of new people you guys have seen me go to blend in Worthing my favorite coffee shop in Worthing it's actually Tom who owns blend who put this whole thing on so kind of a friend of mine now after having gone to blend for so many so I can't speak [Music] we are home now where's my hat oh yeah where's the cup huh we're home now from the Cod Festival had a really good time there really enjoyed that and we were speaking just before about how we never see we were saying before that we never see like online or like Creator friends but we did end up bumping into a few people in that world so that was very cool now the weather it was raining when we got home it was raining but the sun has just come out so we're thinking of doing cooking on the barbecue this afternoon we might do some burgers Coda has a habit now of always opening this because you know your toys are in there they're toys but we do worry a little bit about this he's never dropped it on his fingers and he kind of knows now to be careful of his fingers what does daddy always say fingers should go and buy some burgers should do a barbecue yeah did you have fun at the coffee Festival yeah oh do it again and show everyone your toy wow wow [Applause] wow wow [Music] so many of the conversations that Lucy and I have are based around what we're eating on that day and we've just had like we just parked the car up we just had a whole conversation saying should we actually get we've already arrived at the place we want to buy Burgers we're like do you even want a burger should we even get books should we just order a takeout tonight I don't know but we're gonna see if they have the burgers here that's all our decision because they do look super nice if they have them we'll get them if they that's made up the decision for us and we'll get something else but we've come out to what is this place called Village Larder it's like a really nice kind of country farm shop and we've seen the food in here before we've never picked any up so today that is going to change no we've never had like meat here before have we we bought some fruit or something one time um those they look good right yeah should we get some nice vintage cheddar cheese yummy [Music] he's loving this huh he's loving this right this is Lucy's homemade chili we had this last night and we're giving it to Coda tonight without like the salt and stuff that we added to it but he is absolutely loving it we just stopped in on my ground on the way home from getting the burgers which was really nice Coda was entertaining us doing this new funny walk that he's never ever done before oh and then we went and did a little mini food shop on the way back from that [Music] [Music] Burgers going on guys it's gonna be so good Lucy's made some fry homemade chips that are in the kitchen coda's in bed and this is summer nights in the UK I mean the weather gray cloudy classic British on the butt we have a Barb's going to go always smashing them down a little bit a little bit not load then I'll just pull apart but look good over here we've got some onions and some pickles got the nice buns going in toast the Buns a little bit they don't get it oh nice and then we're going to do some cheese oh it's gonna be so good I wish you guys could smell this raw beef what no loose it does smell really good what a good day what a nice little Saturday coffee saw some friends caught up with them saw some family finishing off with a little barbecue yeah yeah and my hair was just washed and it's melting for smoke yum [Music] thank you [Music] I kind of want to get the first bite on camera just to remember this moment forever looks insane can I have a bite wow that is one of the best burgers I've ever had easily try some of these chips well they taste like chip shop chips fish and chip shop chips delicious I don't know how she does it guys Lucy has done it again
