Landing at NAIA & Seeing our Manila Condo after SO LONG!

[Music] foreign okay we have just landed at Manila we've gone through immigration we've gone through passport checks the um one Health passing we had to do and Jordan is just waiting for our luggage and we are both absolutely exhausted this journey since we left our flight in England has been around 27 hours up to this no about 26 hours up to this point and then with the drive to our condo um in a second it's about 27 hours total so we are absolutely exhausted but I'm feeling all of the emotions I said this in the previous video it's such a crazy feeling being back in this airport having spent so many times here going to his airport to go to different islands in the Philippines to visit different places in Asia when we were doing our really heavy travel and then again leaving here when I was pregnant with Koda it's just like the weirdest feeling of like walking through and seeing the Jeep me and like the artwork and things that we recognize so much as you leave sort of to walk towards passport if you've been here you'll know what I mean and I almost had like I had like tears in my eyes when I was looking around and I was thinking like this it just feels so surreal to be here both of us can't believe it and we only booked the flights last week week and even although it's been a really really tough day traveling with code it's perfectly honest it hasn't been particularly easy we're now here and it's done so it's like yeah it's amazing it's super surreal we're now waiting yeah for the luggage to come through we've got the buggy and two of our bits of luggage we're just waiting for the fourth one and we bought Apple Air tags we can actually track them so we know they're in the country which is a very good start and then we've got a very good friend who's agreed to pick us up hopefully wasting outside although I don't have internet yet I need to get a globe Sim um because I don't have any Internet so there's a lot a lot of admin to sort out but very soon we'll be able to relax get back into the life here and and hopefully order some food tonight for takeaway one of our favorite sports maybe go into your apartment it's 4pm here in Manila right now and we actually flew past our condo driving and we saw the condo and we both were like oh my God oh my God it's our condo we forgot we've got like a flight path right over us it's amazing so anyway Jordan's got the other suitcase here he is the exhausted Traveler three of three how tired are you very much but we're here I know we made it we did it can't believe we're back for like crying I know I said it's weird like emotions Christmas Is Here Yeah of course Christmas is more fun than Philippines as the song goes three more so I'm supposed to find now yes ready should we go it's normally in these Vlogs we need food we need coffee all that stuff we say but right now I need a shower shower and a bed and some sleep yep and then we can get going again perfect right let's go find cat and what how cool to be here by the way you've probably said all this but honestly it feels so surreal for us it doesn't feel like a year it's only we're here but we're with Coda that it's like it's like two worlds have collided in the most beautiful way yeah it's true it's so strange we cannot get our heads around you probably think some of you watching might think oh these guys always exaggerate everything um for YouTube and stuff but genuinely just trying to put thoughts and feelings out into these Vlogs and it's so good to be here so good to be here that's so strange yeah but not strange in a bad way just strange in a mind can't deal with how quick time is passing things who was colliding it's perfect it comes out perfect it's been a year but it does not feel like a year but then it feels like longer than a year in some ways should we go [Music] [Music] oh my goodness I'm taking my shoes off in our condo I'm turning the lights on like oh my God this is the first time see oh my god I've got goosebumps our baby's still outside so let's not leave him it's still here I feel really weird I've got like Goosebumps all over oh my love is so much I've missed it so much oh it's beautiful I love it it's so nice it's pitch black as well wow the view oh my God right I need to turn some lights on because I'm being a really bad vlogger right now I remember where the switches are that's a good step it looks brand new still hello welcome to your other home welcome to your other home baby it does look brand new it's lovely so we had it cleaned before we arrived which is why we're not surprised that it looks clean but yeah we had our team come in and help us out getting it ready for us wow I feel like this is a really rubbish video because we're here again but like genuinely I've got no words and it's dark and we can't really see The View and yeah we're a bit Delirious so in the next Vlog we'll I'm gonna have my morning coffee on the balcony gonna unpack and get ready and enjoy the condo we're back as if we're happy our sofa that cushion I have left it right there it's there a few things to say the sofa feels smaller and the worktops will lower Maybe oh my God it's so beautiful I love it I can't believe I can't believe her hair I can't believe it it's so surreal um oh my God I can go to the bedroom quickly as well oh the bed's been made very nicely I must say oh my God this this is where I want to spend the rest of my days no that sounds like I'm dying I don't mean that the rest of my day literal day today what the bathroom oh my gosh this is mad no not the time this is not going in the Vlog telephone what has happened George all right did you or did you not shed it here did you see how much persuasion I needed then to share something on the Vlog guys we just had the most Panic we've ever had not nothing to do with code or anything like that just put that in before because we obviously are going to build this section up and it's fine now yeah like when I when I say we were both pacing around the entire apartment nearly crying like George was freaking out yeah George is normally the one saying it's gonna be fine and I'm the one panicking running running my hands through my hair and my fingers were shaking Lee we lost our passports for about 20 minutes we found them again they're not with us we need to sleep so badly so little update we've got here we have unpacked sorry okay Lucy is unpacked right we've been sorting out other stuff um and then Lucy Goes where's our like travel we've got like a like document thing like this um document case thing yeah at least like where's where's the Brown case basically I've unpacked every suitcase I'm a Nutter I should probably be asleep right now but I can't sleep until I've got a clean space around me let me know in the comments if you like this as well I I the thought of going to bed with suitcase is open out here I wouldn't sleep I have to have things sorted but anyway I'd finished unpacking and then I went whoa where's the brown cases where's where's the travel Document and logically I was like well we had it I know we had it in the airport I know we had it in the car park then I didn't see it all right three passports all of our new passports you know the drama about my passport I thought well it's it's it has to be somewhere between the airport car park and getting here we've asked the lobby they don't know where it is we were like where where can it possibly be we are so tired and we were looking back at Vlog Clips trying to figure it out um yeah and like yeah basically it's in cat's car and she she was like laughing her head off she was like I can imagine what you're doing right now we're like PC up and down and thanks to Carl friend yeah you may remember from the Vlog she she picked us up today which is so so kind so kind and then we leave it in her car because we're so tired and then she's out for dinner with texia going yeah where's our passports we're such an embarrassment we're embarrassing we shouldn't be doing this we need to sleep but our food's on the way and I nearly was thinking lovely angle I was thinking to myself I don't want to eat this dinner now because I feel sick to my stomach and I'm well up for it so we've ordered Din Tai Fung which is very exciting but that cat was Googling the British embassy's hotline just in case we need to like get everyone going into action to sort us out what is wrong with us um anyways so kojo update coder is asleep he's we've got a little let me quickly show you he's in here in a little trouble cop thingy we've got his white noise machine on and a little temperature Egg thing just so we can check the temperature in his room because he's not normally sleeping in aircons so we're trying to figure that out a little bit as well um we've unpacked George your one job was to detect huh oh yeah yeah that this is this is George's job doing Tech this is what he was meant to do this is what he managed to get out and not put anywhere at least I can't now I just need to eat sleep and then we'll go again tomorrow brilliant um I've made a little area for changing Coda his toys um and also the nappies and wipes and stuff because this is no longer an aesthetic apartment it's a home for a family so a little bit different to last time are we gonna steam up this camera has not been in heat for a long time this is the first time steps in the balcony is so noisy firstly you forget living in a small town like we do in England you forget how noisy and bustling a city like Manila is and especially BGC and cat was even staying in the car on the way over here that since the lockdowns and things lifted I mean last time we were here it was ecq we were in the last ecq that there was and we left during that time we're not used to seeing it it's busy there's so much more traffic than we remember so many more people everywhere but also so much more going on I'm so excited I literally when we walked out onto the balcony when I looked out of the balcony we first got in here I looked down at the water and I was like oh I just got so excited but it's just amazing there's a plane coming in right as we speak wow that was us earlier hello welcome to Manila and we have a clothes hanger and we're just trying to remember the view and things obviously it's night time right now so we're gonna show you guys in the morning when we wake up our reaction as opposed to seeing it in the daylight again because it's just the most epic view I think it's one of my favorite parts of this apartment this amazing wrap-around balcony we've got we're so lucky to have it and we're so grateful and it's very very special to be back here and yeah look at them all absolutely beautiful okay dinners arrived we've got some winged beans salmon xiaolong Bao with the usual sauces some noodles some sweet and sour chicken with this sauce and some prawn and shrimp dumplings and then three cup chicken beautiful okay guys for the first time in over a year ending the Vlog from our Manila condo what a day or nearly a couple of days by now this traveling day my food is in the microwave that's that buzzing noise you can hear in the background Lucy is eating hers we're getting Coda off to sleep his sleeping schedule we'll keep you updated on that because I know a lot of you watching we've even got new followers who have um kind of jumped on with the traveling with a baby thing we've been following people around that subject and we've also noticed some new followers if that's what you're here for what you're kind of watching we'll try and keep you updated with him adjusting to a totally different time zone and jet lag and stuff but he's doing really well so far um he's chilling with us on the bed and then we're going to try and put him down for a sleep he's had a couple of hours here already since we got in and started unpacking gonna end the Vlog we will see you tomorrow we're going to be daily vlogging our whole trip here so we are super excited to be back in the Philippines imminental it still feels surreal I think we're gonna wake up in the morning
