Our Family Couldn’t BELIEVE We Did This For Them (Emotional Surprise)

hello guys welcome back to the channel welcome to a slightly different video to usual every now and then we like to do something like this today should be quite a special video so as you know coda is a very lucky boy he has three sets of different grandparents and today we wanted to surprise each of them with a very very special gift so lucy and i have been working on this behind the scenes um it's something we've done before you might recognize it and yeah this video is going to be us surprising coders grandparents our family with something very very special so i hope you enjoy this video we've enjoyed putting it together a lot it's going to be different clips all filmed on different days because it's impossible pretty much to get everyone together in one room but we do see our family most weeks actually we arrange to go families come here we go out for lunches we go for walks et cetera sometimes you see on the vlogs sometimes you don't but we have managed to film and surprise each set of grandparents and we can't wait to show you this so we are very lucky like george said to have so many loving pairs of grandparents in the family i feel like grandparents are like i don't know i've got so many nice memories smiling you are lucky aren't you do you agree yeah hello okay he just stops i feel like um both george and i've got really nice memories with our grandparents the fact that coda is going to be able to create their memories going forward in the future it is really lovely and i think we're very lucky and to have that so we were approached by paint your life again who sponsored a video in the past and they are sponsoring today's video and they said you want to do another video and we said sounds great we've already got our photo we've already got a painting of george and i and when i was pregnant on boracay beach and we absolutely love it it's gonna be up and up on the wall in our new house so we thought let's surprise someone else let's do something a bit different so i had the idea of surprising grandparents then i was like i don't want to have to choose which pair of grandparents because that just seems savage and a bit harsh so i said how about we split this video in three and we get three identical paintings uh of course of coda i'm gonna get one of them now and show you we thought why not have three paintings of coda of course and that they can have in their houses and this is a special memory to capture this kind of baby stage of him because i'm sure i mean he's going to grow up and he's going to change he's going to look different having a piece of art that's more than just a piece of art it's a memory it's an amazing um captured moment a part of his life that they can have and treasure hopefully and for years to come and yes this did take a little bit more work on our part because they offered one painting which is amazing but we asked them for three and that is an artist sitting down and painting by hand from a photo from just looking at a photo three different paintings but amazingly paint your life agreed to our idea and we have three unique paintings of coda to share with our family so yeah lucy is getting out right now and we will show you how amazing this is they also send a video when you buy one of these they send a video of the artist like a cool time lapse of an art of the artist painting painting the painting painting the painting painting you could just say the artist's painting yeah and by the way if you want to do this yourselves just while lucy's unwrapping it there is a choice of a ton of different artists you get to choose slightly different styles you get to have a look at their sample work yeah and also different um medium mediums is that yeah so oil paintings we're painting charcoal canvas solution knows more about this color count is what it's like it's a previous painting this isn't a type of material canvas is what the material is painted onto got it okay you ready to see this it's so cute okay okay okay ready three two one how cute is that oh look at him perfectly like that is so him it's his smile his little hands his eyes his mannerism and his hair like it's so well done it doesn't look like i i feel like sometimes you get a painting that looks too much like a photo and it's like oh it's just a print this looks like a painting but it looks like koda so it's like ticked all the boxes really and that quality is good you can also choose different frames we went for all white frames what i'm really sorry i'm not saying look at the quality of that it's just unbelievable it's amazing they also have different sizes available we have for kind of a medium size the one of lucy and i that we did with them in the last video was huge and obviously gets a bit more expensive as it gets bigger but there is a choice of sizes to suit whatever it is you want to do and it the company's called paint your life and this really is like a moment you can choose upload any photo to the system and capture in a painting a moment from your life we loved it when we worked with them before and once again they've impressed us and we really hope our family love these two okay dad and claire are here now and we're gonna give them part one of this three-part gift thingy um and um yeah i can't wait to see their reaction so they're in here now we're gonna be careful not to say what it is so i'm gonna start talking now just in case i mess it up yeah we want us to be surprised they have no idea what it is no they're just around for coffee and cake yeah close your eyes that works isn't it yeah close your eyes that's good no peeking can you both put your dad put your right arm out claire put your left arm out oh it's bigger go a bit closer and then hold it better i think that works oh i can feel it okay ready three two one open your eyes oh wow it's hand painted by an artist that is so good really is like it isn't it isn't it amazing oh my god i love it it's unbelievable yeah so lifelike eyes are amazing it's so and it's huge as well right so it just looks so like it then it's literally like a photograph yeah we'll have to go to the bedroom so yeah yeah when it comes to stuff it's such a good size as well i love it okay so flipping straight to a few days later my parents my mom and dad are here now and we are gonna surprise them with their gift see their reaction hope they love it uh very excited to show them this i think they're going to find this amazing so let me kind of grab it okay [Music] close your eyes here we go the tension is mounting so in the mannerisms with his arms as well definitely young man there you go [Music] um okay so my mum and jess are here now as well um and we're about to give them the gift the final piece of the three pieces um very excited keep your eyes closed and then in a minute i want to say three to one you can open your eyes three two one open your eyes i'm an artist it's very good they've already seen it but he's got that that's what you're doing yeah thank you you're welcome you're kind of very good look at those eyes and it's closer to those eyes loosey eyes yeah although people are now saying george's eyes and my face george yeah bluish yeah yeah they are blue yeah they're literally blue yeah but it's like fists that's amazing yeah how wasn't yes [Music] you're welcome i know we're gonna
