This is the Biggest Change to My Life in 7 Years!

[Music] wow what an atrocious angle that was really sorry guys good morning welcome back to another daily juice unfortunately i am currently drinking decaffeinated coffee so we've had a nice early morning start today got my cup of coffee it matches my top perfectly look at that coordinated coffee cup let's give it a go it's actually my first try i think ever of decaf coffee let's see how it tastes [Music] i mean i don't think it tastes any different to normal nescafe instant coffee we're not huge instant coffee fans we prefer our coffee machine coffees but this is the easiest way for me to find some decaf coffee and i just wanted to do like a little like a week-long caffeine detox uh there's a lot of health benefits again will deficient stories were teaching me a load of things again the other day and i just wanted to try it because i do rely on coffee i wake up and i have a headache if i don't have coffee and i feel like that can't be healthy and i know i know coffee's healthy i know there's so many benefits of drinking coffee so it's not something i want to give up permanently but i want to see if i can challenge myself to take a week off of coffee see how i do i think maybe it could help with sleep it can help with loads of different benefits and other things um i will be back to drinking coffee again but apparently every few months it's quite a good thing to do just to take a week off caffeine so we're going to be having some caffeine free coffee we're going to have some caffeine-free tea and we'll see if i get grouchy later so good morning yeah we are out nice and early today running some errands it's actually super bright out here and it's actually so nice because there's a little patch on the balcony now let me just stand in the light quick there's a little patch here that gets some actual sunlight now which is super nice but we're just making the most of the final few i don't know weeks months i don't know we're not gonna be here for much longer um on this balcony taking in the views it's actually crazy what we can see here from the view if i just reel a few things out to you we've got so many different aspects of the view here we don't get sunrise or sunsets the sun rises this way sun sets this way but it does mean that during the times of sunrise and sunset the view is that kind of golden hour looks we get to see that we're excited for the sunrise and the new place but this is actually quite nice that i think it's good for plant growing and it's nice that there's no intense light coming into the building at all but we can honestly see so much so many significant buildings and places that we can see from here it's kind of crazy i love the mountain view we've still got a mountain view in the new place but we've also got laguna lake so i think we can see further in our new place it's a lot more vast and it's gonna be cool having like the view of the mall and stuff underneath us it's just so nice taking it all in we if you've kind of look for a while you can kind of start making up people and see them going about their lives and you can like people watch from up here and you can see people getting into their cars or there's a road here where there's a lot of tricycle drivers and you see them kind of picking people up or maybe they live there and we often see people working out on their roofs or doing tick tock dances and stuff and i really like the view here i think it's so so nice especially at night time but again excited to see the new one at nighttime we've never seen the new one at night time and there are a few things actually in this current place that started happening um as we leave for example our hot water has stopped working the hot water heater it's like warm it's like a lukewarm shower but it's not warm it doesn't feel like nice when you get out the shower like you've had a nice warm shower and a nice steam it's very um it's very much like not enjoyable to get into because it's a tiny bit cold we have told the owner and they're going to be replacing it but it's been delayed a little bit so it's been like two weeks with not hot water i mean it's a sign it's a sign that we should be leaving soon but this is one of i think the building we're in is one of the first buildings built in bgc so it is quite an old building even though it was renovated just before we moved in we had it uh fresh there there was an architect that came in and they renovated it completely so it was all fresh paint and things like that um but it's still quite an old building so i guess things things are gonna go wrong uh we're excited to be in a brand new building soon being the first people to ever live in our unit you know what it's not too bad george would not be able to drink this i don't think i don't think he'd like this but i'm okay with it it's not not too bad it's not even that bright here i swear but i'm finding it really hard to open my eyes sorry about that my eyes are probably half shut in this whole first clip oh yeah let me show you this little um plant update as well while we're out here so my little allocation i had so many comments about this guy when i mentioned it before that it completely died and a few of you had the same experience your one had died as well but it came back to life so look at how i love these shadows look how cool this looks with the leaf shadows oh there's another one as well so i was going to point this one out so we've got one tiny leave i mean you can see the size of it from my hand there but there's another one coming here so it's basically the same thing again it's gonna have like is there one coming here again and there's just one hair so it's gonna have four or five leaves again but it's just like half the size of the old one it's like a really sweet little baby version i really like it another thing you may notice i'll try and find a before photo but here they're repainting this entire roof they've been doing it for weeks now and i mean it's already looking a tiny bit dirty again but it looks so much better you can see this black uh dirty bit here where these guys are they're scrubbing it now actually let me zoom in for you and show you but it was so much worse before and it was kind of a bit of an eyesore i guess when you looked out it was very much noticeable how dirty it was but look here working so hard it must they're often here in the midday sun working incredibly hard so fair play to these guys they're doing a great job but yeah they're basically scrubbing it all and then repainting it all and on car watch this morning at the car wash i think that's a ferrari very nice also wanted to quickly show you my nails i painted these the other day i had uh george is currently streaming call of duty in the other room if you hear any random blurts of anything so yeah i painted them pink and then i just freehand painted some different like shapes and things with this bluey greeny color so they're all very different and so it's a bit cool i don't know what the pattern is what you'd call that but lock down things isn't it something to do i think i've just found an angle that we've never vlogged in before this is our pillows where we sleep at night i need to do a quick job this morning i need to change my airpods bud thingies to the smaller ones because they keep falling out of my ear really enjoying using these as you guys know we got them recently from applecart ph and we use them more than we thought we would there's more uses for them we seem to be constantly reaching for them so i'm really enjoying them but yeah they're falling out my ear a little bit so they come with like a smaller version so i need to just quickly change them over so they're all good to go again ah so much better because i was just washing up with them in a minute ago and um one did nearly fall into the washing up so that's so much better they feel really very secure now i can't believe this noise cancelling is literally crazy i feel like i'm in my own brain with these in we've just pulled up outside wildflower we ordered some food lucy's gone to pick it up and i'm very excited to show you what we've got because it looks absolutely delicious we're going to find somewhere to park up and then we're heading out well we're already heading out right now on a grocery run we thought we would pick up our lunch on the way now this is a little bit a little bit of a sunday treat a little bit of sunday tree i have to say this is the new wildflower that we've actually been really liking oh yeah i've just said that we've we've treated ourselves it's a little bit of a weekend treat right let's find somewhere to park off okay so we've found a little place to pull up and guys i've got a club sandwich with chips i didn't actually know it came with chips when i first ordered this chicken bacon no i know the first time the other day i didn't realize yeah and lucy has hello this is the new cheeseburger from wildflower yum so lucy had the stupid idea to buy some new water bottles huge just spilled it all down yourself didn't you drink it it your hair it's fluffy isn't it george shampooed his hair unfortunately for everyone i'll insert a photo here you're welcome for that comment below hair or hair should i get a haircut should i keep growing my hair comment below right now in five seconds keep commenting hair or no hair i mean not no oh that's what i could do just get rid of it all don't donate it i'm covered in water didn't film anything we didn't film anything but we have just been to the supermarket we did a little grocery run should we do a little grocery haul let's do a little quick grocery haul such a bad headache yeah lucy's giving up caffeine said earlier for five days give an update so this is my update awful i'm one day in yeah 5 a.m so do you want a coffee i lose it yes i really want a coffee but i can't so it's fine what time is it like one yes and one how's it only 1 pm getting up early it's good guys i've got up at 5 00 am sorry i haven't had look at this water yeah that's your problem you made me laugh all right and you've got a big red it's understandable i'm a i'm a funny guy you're right aren't we aren't we um yeah anyway my head is pounding i have one of them headaches that feels like a when you have a hangover when you have a hangover and then you get out of bed and you realize that you've got a really bad like hangover headache and it's going and like any tiny noise sets it off and it's like it hurts to talk that's what happens when you give up caffeine yeah so hopefully in a few days never done it myself but best of luck to you oh yeah i'm gonna make a coffee i have a if you've developed an addiction to caffeine you use this detox so basically it's detoxing your dependency it's about relying on it and not needing to rely on it okay so it helps you to avoid side effects of withdrawal which is what i'm going through now headaches which is what i have now and will improve your mental clarity sleep quality and energy levels all right that's good i'm not giving up like i said earlier coffee's good for you i'm not giving it up but it gets worse before it gets better yeah i feel awful but it'll be worth it hopefully you'll be fine thanks what's in our shop you can edit the vlog surely yeah okay yeah that sounds good or not fair sleep thing this sleep deprivation thing is coming through on the vlogs my god right superior yes you don't need to like present every item it's just like a little yeah just quickly say it because it's really boring extra virgin olive oil yep some natural white beans and lentils okay unfortunately they didn't have the oats i really like porridge with whole oats but they only had the instant that's right that's still desserts the ingredients are pretty good the ingredients are just purely whole grain notes but i like tasting the whole oh i don't know there's nothing satisfying about the texture this is what they have so i'm not gonna cry about it it's all right i don't mind ginger herbal tea which main ingredient was only ingredient is ginger cayenne pepper some more oatmeal i feel like every we need to ban oat milk from this vlog because i feel like all we ever talk about these days is oat milk but we can't i want to find oatly barista can't find it anywhere i think it's from any tips let me know lazada okay i have um an oat milk decaf coffee here which is revolting is it not good didn't try mine tastes like marmite mine's actually delicious it's okay i know why because it tastes good we just like that kind of coffee not instant coffee personal preference when we have the choice when we have the choice true some deodorant but both of us wear men's deodorant yeah fun fact lucy dagostino vlogger successful vlogger verified instagram model uh online personality uses men's deodorant i love the smell of it fun fact wait i think women's perfect deodorant can sometimes smell a bit like soapy and powdery i don't know i just really like the smell of men's deodorant so i started using it i still wear women's perfume you can't really smell it that much but i really like this one then some bananas some carrots broccoli some cauliflower okay i it's from saturday so we got yeah good for another week of kind of lockdown oh and um we've had another can you can you get up is that okay oh yeah we had another delivery from the ruby pantry for these pastas and oh i didn't mean to put this one out i was actually going to talk about that it's a chocolate pasta i've never heard of it you meant to have it with like peanut butter as a sauce so it's a sweet pasta or you meant to have it with like tomato sauce and it just be a bit chocolatey i'm not sure i've never seen that i haven't seen that in england they basically sent over a ton of different um pastas and they're like a healthier kind of pasta it's semolina some of them are chickpea pasta they do like keto pasta high protein the chickpeas it's like a healthier option they sent a ton of stuff thanks to those guys it's very kind where is it um no you froze it no no i kept some out because i wanted to keep it off you don't look very hard at anything do you no i don't know these ones there's like different there's like a red bell per pesto mushroom stroganoff and chickpea uh tennessee and then also a mac and cheese without cheese in the freezer nice feedback to you guys let you know how they taste um i'm so hot this is really nice actually i might just say stay there for a while [Music] just giving the place a little freshen up i think we might watch a movie or something this afternoon ah super super tired and my headache is not getting any better but hopefully hopefully it'll get there let me know in the comments if any of you guys have tried this uh caffeine detox i'm already looking forward to my first cut back but it's going to be nice to not have to rely on it so much anymore but i'm just i'm spraying with this little linen and room spray disinfectant and there's one here called calm which is fresh lavender which i put on the bed because i love the smell of lavender for the bedroom i think it's super nice very relaxing i think it helps you sleep as well i think you can put like lavender oil on your pillow and stuff but this is the kind of equivalent of that plus it's disinfectant which is great and then we've got the um other one out there which is oh it smells incredible out here it smells so good this is divine tree of olive these are from the nook manila really nice smelling scent they also got um this little we also got this little uh reed diffuser from them as well which is a joey malone scent the wood sage and sea salt smells super nice and we've got some candles burning in here it just smells incredible this room right now just smells like a dream this is the from the summer collection namaste smells so nice it smells really clean and fresh i think my favorite kind of smells for aroma like fresh linen or i don't particularly like the sweet smell so much i much prefer the fresh and uplifting and natural kind of smells as opposed to i know like you get some candles that are like um that smell i don't like vanilla cupcake and stuff from that kind of stuff i prefer the more like fresher ones personally and it just smells incredible in here i'm just lapping it all up all the different smells so nice okay dinner time now we've just put on yesterday's vlog which was the last vlog you guys saw where we got really early 5am and went out and saw sunrise at the new condo and so many hilarious comments about my hair because i just woken up and i let all my hair out mostly positive comments actually i think some humorous comments because it does look quite funny first thing in the morning my favorite one was someone saying i resemble a caveman i rather enjoyed that anyway this is what we have for dinner just something i've rustled up yum yum yum this is actually some of the pasta that we showed you earlier with some veggies and a stroganoff sauce and what do you what the ingredients in that drawer um you know like pasta and stuff and how did you make it uh wow it just kind of kind of came together itself really yes good job it looks great as always guys i'm joking lucy made this but i am gonna i'm gonna start cooking in the new pad you know you say this but we'll see no we will we'll see do you see what it is yeah so mushroom's strong enough with some chicken and some veg delicious gin and tonic no i don't i haven't drunk we haven't dried actually we haven't drank since mike's birthday when we went out on manila bay had a tiny little glass of champagne or something like that why why yeah that was the last time we bought it was the last time it's been a while but we don't miss it we don't miss it too bad [Music] you
