[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] good morning guys so we have just woken up grabbed the first morning coffee uh actually we finished already but we've woken up today in the most peaceful setting takai thai highlands so so nice all we can hear is the sound of the birds a little bit of wind in the trees and nothing nothing else this is something that we rarely get and we're just this morning taking a few moments to appreciate it and enjoy it i feel like i'm starting like a yoga video or like a meditation video or something hear that just wildlife to get a tiny bit of peace and quiet in your day it's something that we don't do regularly it's something that we should do more of and it's something that this morning we have really really appreciated and enjoyed so make that your mission of today get two or three minutes of peace silence no phones not even a book if there's somewhere you can go where you live and it's quiet and it's peaceful try it [Music] do [Music] do [Music] okay so we've actually come down to some of the facilities here and we're about to swim did you film walking over here yeah a little bit it's so nice it's way nicer than i thought it'd be it's like it's thursday today and um the facilities were closed yesterday so we couldn't come and swim but this swimming pool is incredible it's huge it's all outdoors it's surrounded by these pine trees and you've got views of the mountains behind it's just so so nice so i think we're going to take a swim now with um just enjoy wow look at the surroundings here so nice it's so bright but it's so nice there's little like rock formations of little waterfall there's no one here like some of the it's actually a lot of it's closed at the moment but we are allowed to use the pool and there's not many people here so that's pretty cool exclusive yeah and you've got like the mountains over here this is so hot so we're like kind of running across it to take a quick shower okay the swimming pool's kind of cold but it doesn't actually matter it's very refreshing and the sun's actually gone in now it was a little bit too hot in the sun and it's quite direct sunlight here so the sun's gone behind the clouds and it's now just super nice just gonna float around for an hour or so can i actually get in now and yeah am i done taking instagram photos for you all right thanks do you want an instagram nah i'm good [Laughter] to get in the woods george you look freezing yeah just as we got just as we got in the sun went away yeah so it's a little bit cold but it's nice it's refreshing come on everyone four laps we're doing um like acro aerobics currently enjoying some mango and you might be wondering why are you back in the car where are you going well we're actually going back to manila potentially only for a few hours then then turning around and driving back to the highlands for one more night basically they've extended their stay and we actually have an event checked out our lovely cabin already got this event that we've already kind of rsvp'd to and we're going to be attending so um we're going to go there for a couple of hours and then it depends what time it finishes if it finishes like super late and later than we expect then we'll stay in manila if it's too late to drive back but if it means that we've still got a bit of an evening tonight and of course all day tomorrow because i think they're going to be checking out late tomorrow i think we're going to drive back right i'd like to i'd really like to we're having so much fun yeah and let's actually mention what the event is because i'm bloody excited we've been invited by bmw to the launch of the brand new four series super excited for this because i had the old four series in the uk in 2015 to 2017. and yeah those mangoes that we've just been eating are delicious very very addictive but we're gonna head on now with the drive we'll see you guys at the event come along with us today if you like cars i know a lot of people on this channel like cars there's a brand new model we're gonna check it out hopefully get to look at it sit in it maybe the ever controversial new front kidney grill on the force here is gonna see it in person for the first time so we're excited heading there now and then yeah potentially heading back to gaia thai highlands later on so crazy whirlwind vlog let's go [Music] okay so we just arrived at the event and we actually have valet parking today so i'm gonna give our man the key i've never had the valet i don't know me neither first time it's a good treatment here very vip it feels doesn't it it's exciting i mean i mean i kind of hope it works with bmw he's wearing a bmw uh really quick drive here actually it was only around an hour and a half maybe two hours from highland so nice and long time actually exactly at the time we were meant to arrive which is awesome and we're gonna head inside now see everybody see what the event's all about i can see some curtains it looks like it's gonna be a bit of a reveal okay let's head inside does this bring back previous career memories lucy [Music] so we've been set up here behind me here is one two two brand new bmw 4 series which i'm very excited to see unveiled this is pretty cool these aren't released yet in the philippines and we're among some of the first people to see this car being launched this is the launch of the model in manila anyway so very very cool as i said i had a previous model had a 435d convertible for those of you who know your bmws but they look so cool i can always have the headlights i don't know if you guys can see headlights slightly on just glowing through the through the cover-ups and i can see that grill as well that new design okay i'm very excited this is in my element here with the cars we've actually got a nice table they've given for us hopefully mike and nelly will join as well and maybe there's i think there's even some food going on so this will be awesome let's play a quick game take a guess what color the cars are underneath the black cloth oh i i don't know do they go for like subtle launch colors i don't know like wild like the greens one subtle and one a bit different maybe i think this one's blue blue i think yeah i think this one's white or black i don't have no idea these covers really cover them up when i used to work bmw when i have a handover for a car we'd put the cover on and then do like a big reveal when it was there like revealed their new car if they'd ordered it from the factory if you guys don't know lucy used to work for bmw in the uk yeah so i used to go to events like these not to be invited as a guest but more to get the knowledge of the cars um so i could go on to sell them and answer customers questions so now it's kind of weird for me being invited to something like this it's really cool in the in the world of bmw i guess yeah yeah really weird full circle [Music] so here we are with the brand new model 420i it's so so nice it's very similar we drove the three series of this generation very similar inside but it's got kind of a sportier feel i remember from my full series the door here is so big and it's just got a sporty sporty feel weight which is a little bit more in this model than the three series actually but very very nice car yeah yeah got all the m sport features m sport steering wheel and the m sport trim on the seats as well this little m colors as well really really nice okay so we're in the cockpit i'm trying to think back to my four series totally different to my four series but very similar to the three brand new entertainment system here this i don't know sleek design i feel like i'm doing your old job selling selling bmw doing quite a good job doing okay yeah but these seats totally hug you [Laughter] thank you very much today as well it's perfect [Music] blues [Music] okay just finishing up at the event here we actually got treated to a really nice sunset which i wasn't expecting one last look at the four series for the four of us mike and ellie here enjoying the cars as well oh they shoot you shoot you want this [Laughter] and here we are back home bittersweet because we did think we might be going back to tagaitai as we said earlier on in the vlog today didn't end up going back to to guide so what day we've been all over the place cool event so nice waking up in the peaceful nature into gaitai highlands going for a swim we didn't go back in the end we there was a chance we were gonna go back but it got a little bit late and we
