of bikes around today we're actually off to an event with bmw down in batangas which should be fun i think it's like bikes and cars and that kind of thing so excited to be part of that today excited to bring you guys along 7 25 a.m it's so nice heading out on a sunday sunday morning driving is one of my favorite things to do in general but one of my favorite things to do in and around metro manila because the roads are so empty i mean actually the sx is pretty busy this morning but getting out bgc no problem at all we're just getting a little bit of fuel jose is loving the road today loving the drive take a look out here guys so nice to get these petrol stations with such nice views also no rain so far i thought there might be some rain today and this morning um according to weather forecast earlier in the week but we're good sunny a little bit cloudy over there [Music] [Music] we have arrived this venue is right on the water right on the lake we'll try and show you guys a little bit more in a second but what a nice drive what a nice way to start a sunday morning jose is parked up on the grass looking very very cool i must say we also had her cleaned him him yeah i guess jose we also had him cleaned yesterday and lucy's wearing her new address yes my new dress take a guess in the comments how much this cost me oh yeah should i tell you now comment now and then i'll tell you yeah okay how much 150 pesos wow what a deal what a bargain we're gonna walk down by the water we know a few the guys here mike nelly are also gonna be here a lot of bikes here this is a bit of a sunday morning bikers club as well it's got an array of bikes parked here and then tons more tons more over there as well wow oh wow look at that that is literally on the water morning so cool we haven't been this close to the actual lake since we did the day tour uh like two days two days ago two years ago when we actually climbed the volcano and this is the tao lake up close and a completely different angle from we've never seen it before there's some little sleepy dogs here some fishermen with their boats very cool look at that i love that it's just straight there and i wonder if the water ever comes up to here maybe yeah maybe really nice that is stunning and it's got that it's still only it's not even 8am yet so it's still got that morning kind of glow and morning mist good because if it was raining here it is kind of an outdoor kind of thing so there we go also a good time to mention i did mention in the vlog a few weeks ago that we were going to be having a motorbike for the weekend it ended up not happening ended up getting cancelled and i know some of you guys were looking forward to some motorbike vlogs that will be happening at some point soon we're not sure when but it is in the works i have to say what a nice way to spend a sunday morning very nice breakfast time thank you mike nelly have arrived as well we've got a nice little table here very something witty and something but nothing came to my head all right back in bgc nice drive back as well we had a good uh little breakfast event this morning nice to chat to some people meet some new people as well so that was really nice just had a nice long chat with nico from bmw about all our old cars and stuff if you saw a vlog the other day we put some segments in where we were driving bmw which is a lot of fun but anyway we are back in bgc thanks bmw having us this morning we've just pulled up arabica which is like quite frequent occurrence for us because i'm craving a little flat white from arabica and then do you know what it's only 11 in the morning still our chilled sunday guys can begin now let us know what you're up to this weekend if it is the weekend for you let us know would say that i would say that i love doing both i like feeling like i've accomplished something on a weekend and done something fun like the drive down there today was cool but then this afternoon definitely want to chill definitely want to watch a movie on the sofa maybe start a new series picking up a casual coffee now get into some comfier clothes i i like to try and do both maybe sundays they're more of a show day i don't know i don't know let me know in the comments very interested i don't know why i'm interested in the habits of strangers but i don't know i love i love when we ask these questions on the vlog reading through the comments i know it's just super interesting i guess you're watching my life so i like to get a little bit i feel like i'm learning stuff about you guys at the same time back home guys by the way i saw some comments or some messages or something saying i wish i wish i was in manila so i could have arabica arabica is around the world as well there's like some stores in london there's some stores in japan i think it's from japan they actually gave us an extra coffee by mistake today we did pay for it they we i think i don't know maybe we ordered three or we didn't order three but we ended up having three and then we realized oh we ordered three we paid for three right okay it's not a story to tell vlog guys lucy likes arabica so much she actually spilt it on her new dress so this is the instagram versus reality oh no i'm very much like this i always show the real me i don't ever cover anything up stains and all very true okay so we do we just we actually just went to stanz which is i think how you're meant to pronounce it not with that much of a role is it not that much of a role okay let's do a good old-fashioned grocery haul guys deals in russian state i mean i'm mainly interested in this steak that we got we bought some pork chops but then we also got these the guy who like runs the butcher rustin's actually knows us from the vlogs and he always says low and we were like dude bro geez helps out what's the best what is the best stuff that's exactly what i said to him i don't think people use the word geez here no short for giza very very uh english thing to call someone we were like what is the best steak what's your good steaks at the moment and he chose us two of his finest steaks that we're gonna cook up tonight i say we i mean it's gonna be me cause lucy doesn't really cook um i do i do most cooking around here the night off if you're new to the vlogs that is a complete lie lucy's also going to make some homemade pesto this evening if you're filming as i put it away i mean these guys kind of saw most of it i just wanted to kind of show steaks of course we got some fresh vegetables we're being healthy this is the coffee we use no this is the milk we use for our coffee and then we got some coconut water and some sparkling water some parmesan some korean dumplings because they're insane and a load of other stuff over there that we needed some oats i've added oatmeal into one of my meals for the day because we're going hard in the gym um we've actually started new regimes both of us i've started it's actually a three day three day a week workout which to me sounded way less than i was doing but i've been doing some research some reading watching some videos watching um some reviews of this particular workout i'm following which focuses purely on the big solid compound movements so bench press squats deadlifts pull-ups all these big movements that use the whole body um that's what this workout focus is around because i've been reading that that could be the best way for me progressing the gym so we're doing that we're eating more nice sunday afternoon activity never made we then as i said might have a bit of a sunday afternoon chill we've had a busy week we've had stuff going on with the condo that we haven't really vlogged um all going well we'll update you guys with all that soon i was thinking of potentially documenting a bit of a gym journey on more george on my channel let me know if that'd be interesting to any of you i don't think i would do it as much on this channel because i don't know i don't feel like everyone's into fitness it would just be like my journey because i'm seeing changes um it's happening it's happening i think it's the long hair i think my hair's growing long and my body's like okay we better give you better give you a body that goes with this hair like aquaman yeah but we are going to try and watch something on netflix afternoon maybe have a movie or a little start new shows we finished bridgeton lucy actually finished it before me but we did enjoy it we'd enjoy it we watched it directly side by side with the crown so it was kind of polar opposite in style i think my favorite part of bridgeton was when they were going really really hard with the character building um i feel like there were scenes where it was just happening so fast just going going going with the sort of storyline progression lucy's telling me i can't make these jokes on camera this is this is lucy's face with my bridgeton jokes what this is awkward isn't it oh you do wonder i don't need to say it i want to say episode 5 episode 5 is um quite a whirlwind and unexpected but anyway okay pesto makings in full swing we've got an entire blender full of basil which smells great we've got some garlic i'm gonna put some of this garlic in now i mean it says two cloves do you think that's two cloves of garlic george i don't know if it's already chopped up do it yeah that's that and we've got 150 milliliters of olive oil so much oil but amazing nice healthy extra virgin cold pressed olive oil toasting up some cashew nuts you might use pine nuts but cashew nuts are okay as well as an equivalent similar taste and that's all that was available so that's fine and then some parmesan cheese [Music] [Music] you
