We DON'T Want To Do This

[Music] let that pass before we start our vlog good morning guys welcome to another daily juice welcome to another day in the life video i would say because today on the commute on the morning commute right now 8 45 a.m on the way to cayson city no we're not on the way to come no we're not on the way to i should know this because i'm not driving i should know where we're going you never know but i don't i'm the navigator you are the navigator the navigator or the alligator it's the same thing i think all right today we are uh hoping to change people's opinion of something and hopefully i do not i'm being positive i'm putting all the positivity out there so that it comes back to us right so i'm trying to be super optimistic here okay and like everyone beeping they're not beeping no no i'm fine with that um basically we're getting a swab test today for the first time and everyone on social media that i've seen i mean not everyone a lot of people that i've seen talk about it say it's awful um and it's our first time doing it i've seen a few people saying it's not as bad as people say but hopefully today we're gonna um i'm hoping it's okay so we can be like it's fine it's not as bad as people think that's the plan it's like anything in life you hear the good and you hear the bad um we we wanted to avoid swap tests we haven't had one yet we haven't needed to have one yet but there's an event on sunday that we really want to go to and in order to go to it yeah swap test that's what we're doing what we're going to do yes it's part of life and we were deciding whether or not to vlog this because i mean george already said made a statement and we'll quote him he said if i guess obtained i'm not filming it and i said i'm filming mine i don't want to film it so if you don't look from this one you can film after weather i'll show you guys mine i don't mind we said should we film it or not is it like weird content like filming us getting a test but then we realized well i said to george think about it in 20 years time when we remember that time when there was a worldwide pandemic and we had to have something stuck up our noses and down our throats to go to an event so i said this is a moment in time thing we have to historically we have to document this purely as something that we can look back on in the future uh starting to show our kids so look what we have to do back in 2021 so there we go come along with us guys yeah come along with us so we're going to mandaluyong i believe um miguel head office um yeah so the event on sunday is with bmw we will bring you guys along with that that's going to be fun and exciting we basically need a swap chest to enter the venue so it's not that we needed to drive like a medical certificate to drive somewhere with checkpoints is that we need to get it we need it to get into the actual venue um so here we are getting a subtest so i have one purposely worn no eye makeup today i've got bare eyelashes and because i've heard a rumor that can make you cry or make your eyes water quite badly so i've i've come prepared i've got a fresh face ready but i know that so many people have to have these for work so honestly like the people that have to have them all the time like a huge respect to you guys if it's part of your daily life and that people that work in certain places have to get tested on a regular basis so we're like making a big song and dance about getting it once but really we're being a bit dramatic i think i mean we are vloggers so youtubers what do you expect yeah but it's a new thing for us so here we go honestly the traffic is you're thinking i'm about to say bad you're like oh no amazing so good it's taking us like 10 minutes 12 minutes to get from bgc to um on edsa uh not near the ortegas area and that would normally take like half an hour to 45 i'd say um or even longer maybe and we think it's because people on the skyway obviously everyone's using the skyway because it's so great that the traffic below is just a million times better and it's just a dream it's 9 a.m so it's rush hour time and it doesn't feel like it it was like one of our 5 a.m trips i mean i've said that and we've just come into traffic but it's still way better it's still moving so what a life-changing thing for so many people because imagine if you used to i mean our friend charlie said that she used to drive every day to qc and back for our work and it took two hours each way that's not happening anymore with this skyway that definitely will be way better so very good [Music] this place is absolutely huge and we're just following signs i can't believe how big it is i think we're just going to come straight it's like it's got its own road system inside of it it's really big it's green as well it's really nice in here really well there's so many different businesses yeah what the san miguel corporation we were laughing because don't laugh at me we were laughing because george like the guard was the guard at the gate to get in he was like where are you going sir and george is like son miguel and i was like gosh and he's and then the the guy's like sorry sir because obviously we're in the whole thing is sama girl the girl's like sorry sir he's like he's like yeah but he's like yeah but where are you going and you're like san miguel san miguel and i'm like george it's all san miguel it's like it's like walking into um it's like walking into a mall and being like hi we're here for the mall it's like obviously you're here it's so funny but anyway hopefully we'll find you i don't know if it's like a driving one or if it's that we have to go out and do something i feel like we're driving around in circles yeah did you did you see any signs for something bloggers thank you fully admit i'm the baby in this relationship lucy was not really too bothered about today i kind of was a little bit more than her but we did it let me give you if you're having this done soon or you need it done or you're apprehensive let me put your mind at rest it is fine let me put your rest at mind even more if you ever had stop talking what did you not hear what you just said has it had it knocked into your brain and you've forgotten how to speak very very possibly you just said should i be driving you just switched two words around you were like if you're my to put your rest at mind if anyone's ever had hay fever or like you're about to sneeze it's the same feeling so i was like okay i'll recognize this feeling now constant i was con i would i think the fear i had was about the unknown sensation will it hurt no it does not hurt no no there's no pain at all my nose now feels like a little bit of clear skin deep in my nose yeah yeah a bit so like you're aware that something's just been up there but i feel like i've just got a little bit of hay fever which i'm so used to in the uk yeah so to be honest it's nothing like the throat's just thrown nothing doesn't even go farther could have been there all day no problem i actually quite enjoyed it i'm joking i wouldn't say i enjoyed it also it's over in like seconds lucy was done before before like got my stuff ready um it's so so quick so guys i mean i don't want to get it done again i don't want to get done frequently like if that's all it is it's fine it's just not very pleasant but it's fine it's totally fine getting my piercings i've had done is a million times worse that actually hurts this is like nothing oh yeah when i got drinking anyway arabica we need some coffee [Music] hi how's it going thank you for a while we've got these by fit alpha yeah they've got a new product called the carney shot and then they've like branded up these water bottles they're like cartons don't drink it because it's tap water yeah look at this this is like an actual like juice carton style water bottle so satisfying to look at like it's like i don't know why why is a clear water bottle that's like smooth on the side so satisfying yeah it's nice i love it anyway we're gonna end this vlog here we're actually off to some friend place this afternoon are we vlogging that yeah all right so you guys will see what we get up to this afternoon come back tomorrow to find out actually it involves a lot of nice food so you might want to come back for that one but yeah we just wanted to kind of document this swab test today uh pretty much just look back on one of the main reasons we like vlogging is to have like a diary of our life that we can look back on i always say imagine if your parents daily vlogged or vlogged in high definition in color check out the kitchen literally i come here and i'm out of the kitchen imagine if they vlogged their lives when they were in their 20s i'd love to see vlogs of my parents going around in their 20s before they had kids before they had me what they were doing with their life what they were eating what they were thinking about vlogging is so so cool i actually did a whole
