RUSHED TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ON THANKSGIVING

I [Music] [Music] good morning Happy Thanksgiving I am busy busy busy with some sweet potatoes let's start those first and then I've got stuffing to make mashed potatoes to make I think my mom has corn green bean casserole turkey is in the oven potatoes are peeled other potatoes are peeled know what I'm doing just wing it I hope that everything's done by the time people are hungry well that's hope so Nana's over there doing um oh yeah and we're watching the parade see such a sight making flower troll flowers I think it's awesome brothers here my older brother ready to mingle yes we're gonna if you if if you need a number we can get it for you just send us your email address and we'll send it to you just kidding we're not gonna do that for watching the things in a parade yeah and mold there will be a screening for us yeah there's a string above the theater guys look at dance the parade's I'm oh my goodness the kids aren't excited about the parade just yet but I'm excited too still about it and this is not like North Carolina Thanksgiving it's much colder here I walked out in the dog's water bowl was all frozen there's frost on the porch it's very chilly this is like our Christmases you're here we need to put something in your hair she won't let it stay in there Oh kisses for your Thanksgiving kiss okay nice much too rough dude Happy Thanksgiving your first Thanksgiving you didn't give birth my first Thanksgiving shirt show me show me show me we'd say Tyler's hair looks terrible we told Tyler to make my dad's face that he always makes that she did and then Alan saw and then she made it too and it was hilarious can you make the face make that silly face Thank You somebody face okay just a little update we are in the car me and Jude and I'm really waiting for John he went to sheets to get coffee I've been cooking and just prepping some stuff so everything that's left is like cooks pretty quickly everything that's left has to just go kind of quick but I'm taking a little break because my mom had to take my grandma to the emergency room she has just an issue with her it's called your epiglottis and it's like the little flap that kind of closes off your trachea or your esophagus depending on if you're eating or drinking it's to protect your lungs basically from getting food or fluid in them and so it's just not working like it used to and she's been getting fluid into her lungs and obviously they can make you really sick you can get pneumonia and you can also just you can get really sick and it's deadly for sure if it went unchecked so she this morning she was kind of having trouble walking and moving around and then she just seemed a little off she seemed kind of just out of it and I know it's probably a lot with the kids being around we were letting her rest and I'm she was sitting on the chair and I said how you doing you know earlier she said she's kind of so-so and then I said how you doing and she was gonna say so-so and I said you're not doing too good are you and she said how'd you know like I can just tell I could tell you seemed off so it's better to take her now obviously before it gets bad she doesn't have a fever or anything like that so I don't think there's an infection or anything I just think that there's something going on because she just didn't seem herself so there is one like urgent care facility open so that's where they went but they told me was like an hour and a half wait and that they might need to go to the emergency room to be seen faster so I'm not sure I told my mom to tell him that she was having a little trouble breathing and just to see if they would just see you're faster see anyway I'm waiting for John now calling for a coffee and then we have to run to the store really quickly just for a couple more things and go home and finish making the food and getting back to it so it should be interesting and then I'll go home and finish making the food and my mom hopefully will be back with my grandma in a little bit and then we can all eat together but yeah so far it's like the most different things getting that I feel like we've ever had it's weird you know I feel like Thanksgiving growing up I feel like it was always the same it was very traditional and then it's weird as you get older and things change and you start new traditions and I feel like we haven't stepped in that place of a new tradition yet I really liked last year having everyone at our home and all of John's family and I want to do that again this year but I really need to get bin to my grandparents so you know in the future that might be something that we do and that becomes our traditions right now it's just doing what's best to each year and taking as we go Judy are you okay you okay yeah need some water little girl I think the weather has got a little messed up oh all right I'm gonna go second till John to grab her water real quick but we'll see you guys in just a little bit Danielle's crushed you in the kitchen we got going here you got some some Jubilee group over here some yummy yummy in this poverty yeah I know it's in there potatoes green bean casserole new work we got to go on Danielle's got it going on no party Smiley's that videos so I watch it the other day oh we you just just those three I'm gonna creep aah pop pop pop up where is he there he is we moved here hold ever late for a minute okay am i doing taking a picture pop Pop's holding little egg moustache is pop you can the turkey look at that good job Danny good job Danny who did that did it good daddy are you ready honey come on you and me she is she sat down about two or three times now and check out Danielle's new diffuser it's Everly's first Thanksgiving and we weren't just potatoes types of forces that was probably in the background that was hilarious let's feed you honey nice to see potatoes go and get that far she was we were feeding it to her without bad she's gonna have any and I was getting all over the clothes we bought some at Walmart Minnie Mouse she loves Minnie Mouse she loved it and it's all on you now she's upset that she was it good good what's he yummy here take it back see you can have the pesky for now I think that you're good that was a yummy meal we a little bit on the shirt but not too much you Ricky do that for your birthday but you're 13 days all right when your birthday is well good job eating that yummy food buddy there we go Danielle's dreams have come true Patrick holding the girls loving these kids everybody's done and everybody check this is that for the kids they just can't stop thanking me as much as they want to still run around oh I gotta sit down me and I've gotta say that we ate too much mmm but we'd rather close the vlog out and we just want to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone you know if I had a good like Friday we hope you have a good weekend it's been lots of time with your family let them know you love them I'll talk to
