UNBELIEVEABLE Adventure In SAGADA! Philippines Nature Is INSANE

[Music] good morning from Sagada just come out of our little log cabin it is a beautiful day today there is no rainy season here that is for sure we have a hilarious the clear hilarious story to tell you from last night which we will tell you soon but right now we're heading to a place called yoga house for some breakfast which has been a highly recommended summit very very excited for that welcome to the vlog [Music] so loose as we're walking to breakfast do you care to tell the story from last night okay say we were 160 meters let's slow down a bit so I can say we just pick the short version cuz your stories are sometimes very long and rambly I'm just good just I'm a good storyteller description you're already too long so I've got background music now so we were lying in bed pitch-black about 10 o'clock at night so we're a bit tired from the long day of driving and stopping and pitch-black the log cabins got like little windows but it's very thin glass it's built safe very very very very safe here must say but it's like it it's still kind of scary when you're quite out in the open and it's not like a public pathway and you're lying there and you hear ER at the window and we have our Faneuil which is really loud and I said to George did you hear that and he was like did I think so we both sat up in bed and didn't see like a shadow in front of the window cuz like a curtain and the light outside so we just in the person's reflection shadow and you like okay fine so we to slide back down and then we hear it again and we're like hello and we hear like a female voice or a high-pitched voice and back up it could be the IBM B host maybe they need to tell us thing about tomorrow or I don't know it could be anything it could be I don't know anything and so we message the owner did you just knock on our door and she said no it might have been my dad because he like goes around and does some checks and I but I don't think so so we both step outside we're looking around thinking who's that George goes right the way down to the restaurant area with his phone towards pajamas so looking around find anything wrong with it annoys us we both come back inside it happens again and we're like giggling and that's any penis kit so I said right I'm gonna cut his cut out I'm gonna scare him because that might make him stop doing it so we start I stand there by the door when the pic I have all the lights up so I can see outside and he can't see and I'm looking through the crack in the car and I see a kid he's probably like this big I don't know how old that is like seven jerkin he was yeah wait years old and I see him like a creep up go to knock at the door and as he literally raised his hand to knock I open up the curtains go like on the glass my nails and go and like make a horrible like a full of scary face he absolutely freaks out and like he sprints in the other direction and I'm like okay let's go him and I texted her don't wear it's his kids and then we go back to bed so then we think that's the end of it but no we then get another knock on the door and we recognize the voice this time the guy from the Airbnb he's got the kid who did this and he's like is this the kid and he made him apologize to us and I was like I just said don't do that it's not good to do that but then he was like really sorry he was like kind of shook up a little bit I think cuz he got caught out so I like I shook his hand I said it's okay thanks for apologizing and that was that an interesting first night in Sagada [Music] right and then we'll also get the yogurt Bowl the yogurt with banana granola I think you want tea or coffee can I get the ginger tea thank you thanks so much thank you thank you a way to start the morning look at this view we've got this is unreal I love this little thing they do I know this is just so nice I think it's been a while since we had a really peaceful even like the Batangas road trip I mean the lair was quiet that was like what there's more bustle and stuff going on but this is just incredibly incredibly peaceful rule we've got a view of the alpine forest yeah I don't remember that before no it's because we didn't probably come here we've got a view down the street here and it's just clear blue skies I'm looking forward to trying this yogurt or yogurt or have you from in the world why would they fight in French in sister Garda it's very like we were very pious very very peaceful very quiet I say it says thought he was going to say we were doing a little workout last night we've got some steps outside where we're staying and we were like running up and down them doing squats doing press ups and stuff and people would sort of see us doing that and like wait for us to sort the full path into I think it's quite like a and everyone kind of keeps himself to themselves everyone's very happy and friendly they didn't like mine that we were doing that they've kind of kept their heads down get on with our day we've got very Filipino breakfast here we're back was really annoying that's not too annoying touch we've got see a nice beat up of fried eggs garlic rice a couple of bits of cucumber looks amazing smells really good good reminds me of German speech happen can be cool which is amazing funny speech about that I've never been before I don't know what the reason is for it to eat bombs we've got here see yogurt it's all made in-house granola and I think we've got banana yeah banana at the bottom it looks really good it's gonna mix up a little bit there and try there hmm that flavor it's just ridiculous I don't know what it is about it that affects yoga ever it's like a mixture of Greek yogurt and natural yogurt kind of tasty it's still quite a bit sour but it's not as sour as Greek yogurt so smooth you can't ever wait to keep it cool anyway no we can't take any focus take that we love yogurt so good this is the best yoga I've ever had genuinely true but what are the flavor it's hard to describe yogurt could it's yogurt it's just good it's just good summer in the middle and you're right it's just the right amount of sweet amazing stabbing fruit it's got a pointy end also I've been really really really good with putting weights off on this time covering up my legs and stuff and we're walking through like jungly areas and so I've not had any mosquito bites which is great until I wake up this morning I will pajamas to bed last night I was underneath the duvet on I and I'm sorry if this is extremely graphic and something information you didn't ask for so but you're getting it anyway I have two bites totally symmetrical one on each bum cheek totally how does it happen did it measure from one to the other how does it know and how did it get there more worried so the first mission of today firstly fill it with exercise second because it's a really nice add a thirdly because this thing looks really cool you want to go and see it we're trying to reach the blue soil hill the blue saw your hills so we've parked basically on Google Maps maybe you guys can help camera yes but basically we found it here on Google Maps and we are currently parked here so it kind of looks like there's a walkway up here but I don't even think it's a particularly well known path or anything by the looks but we've parked like just kind of at the side of the road on a little plain of land so we're gonna try and get up through the trees about half an hour hike we're low on water we only have what's in these and half minds gone already because it's very hot so we thought so god it would be cooler but it's 29 degrees all right let's see if we can do this we're leaving a car here and we're going off into the trees yeah he's in that direction and go for it hopefully we're gonna get some shade from the trees when we get inside because it's super hot yeah already that's not a good start there is no idea oh we made it we found already the first piece of blue soil that is really cool I don't need to go to top now okay right back [Music] crazy Oh crazy how much height we've already gained I mean just look over here scenery but to do it yourself feels a lot better it's really the air is so fresh there's a little bit more of a breeze up here now there's no one else here that were the only people on this trail we've done other tracks and hikes around the Philippines and other countries and there's usually quite a few people because they're either well-known or it's a popular thing to do I'm guessing this is because we found it on Google and like blog posts and stuff but it's so nice having this to ourselves I think the thing with this thing is that you there's a sunrise straight you could do here which we didn't use money because we were kind of tired from yesterday so still got up early but we were in bed as the Sun rose and I think what you do it's a mole for a hike Marble Hill hiked for sunrise and then after that you get lower to the blue soil and I think people get here normally about 9:00 a.m. because they see the Sun Rise and come here so maybe we're idiots for doing a midday it's so hot I was always like that means it no we're not they're so scary so that was quite alarming we got to the top of that hill there and then suddenly three huge dogs yeah came running us and barking luckily their owners were there they told them to calm down and then the path becomes very unobvious if that's a word I think so the guy pointed us this way so we're literally walking through them we through the middle of nowhere yeah must be up there yeah you don't necessarily need a guide for this apparently that's what we that's what we read online so not wow look at that though so nice up here [Music] my child I know you can't let go it's hike than we expected I don't that just shows our fitness levels midday heat is scorching 30 degrees boiling hot nicely in the open yeah here we go let's go wow it looks like ice yes same actually try this [Music] makes you feel cold so when you walk up here gets cold what true even lower in the Sun that's so weird Wow ah another natural wonder in the Philippines blue soil food a fire [Music] there
