WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN...

What's up guys? I'm gonna hang out here a little bit and just let a few people get on here. We haven't been live on YouTube in so long and I wanted to, I'm like working on uploading our videos for today. Wait, here we go. Hello, hello, hello. I just wanna make sure I'm on the Murray's channel. I'm on the Murray's channel, right? Give me a holla to make sure I'm on the Murray's channel. I just downloaded this, the YouTube app to my phone and yeah, everybody watching, Little Baby Bomb, what's up? Okay, cool, just making sure cuz I was like, wait a second, I don't know if I was on my personal channel or not. Anyways, I am uploading, getting the video ready to go live tonight and we don't, you know, we don't have comments still on YouTube and it's so dumb. I don't know what the process is, I'm not sure where they're at with it, but I do know that we haven't been able to like hang out with you guys and chat and like, you know, talk to y'all in a while, so I wanted to... Guys, these kids are killing me. Anyway, so I want to hop on here and just like say what's up, say hey, let you guys know we got a new video going live tonight at 6. That's when we've been uploading recently, like 6 o'clock has been feeling like a good time for us. It gives us a little bit of time through the day if we need to edit anything, which like right now it's 3 o'clock and I'm just getting it all scheduled and posted, but yeah, we just haven't been able to like, we don't get to communicate with you guys and connect with you guys on a regular basis anymore because of the whole comment thing and again, I don't know what the status is on that, so I'm just like, we don't know. So it's kind of like, it is like, I didn't realize it would be as discouraging as it is, like, I didn't realize it would be as discouraging as it is, as it has been because it's like, it feels like we're just kind of like posting stuff and we can see people like it, but like that doesn't like get the, like the connection with you guys. I thought Everly was trying to make a break for it. Anyways, so yeah, so I want to hop on here because I want to chat with you about the video that's gonna go live. It's, I'm just gonna tell you, it's a Daddy-Daughter-Day video with Jude. It was our first Daddy-Daughter-Day. It was super, she was so excited. Like, I mean, it was, she'd been waiting for this day. We were supposed to go on a date in March, didn't happen, and so she was like beyond excited that we finally like made it happen. And so I want to do more Daddy-Daughter-Dates with her and with all the girls, especially this summer since they're home. It's gonna be a little easier to like take them through the days. Sorry guys, I'm back. And so I want to hear you guys' opinions and you know, since you can't comment on the video itself, what is your thoughts on like what do you guys do when you have one-on-one time with your kids? What are some dates, date ideas, something simple? Well, it can be anything, like, but I'm thinking like something simple that, you know, can be done easily but still enjoy and have fun. If you're a kid, that's perfect. Kiki's Little World because you can give your feedback too on like something you would like to do, something you might like to do with your parents, whether you do it or you wish that they would do it. So yeah, movie dates, that's great. We do, they have like the little summer movie things going on this summer locally. They're like, it's like $2.50 for the movie and like popcorn and maybe a drink or something. I don't know, it's super cheap. And you know, that was, oh I like that, picnic at the park and flying kites. That's legit. I'm gonna try to do that. Hopefully it doesn't get too hot. I mean, it's gonna get hot but let's see. I'm missing comments. Oh yeah, you guys, there's like one clip of her in the video. You just gotta watch it. It's like her whole face lights up and it's like, it's the best. So it's just really like that one moment itself is just like, oh my gosh, that was so sweet. Let's see. Ice cream dates, those are good. Definitely need to do that. Strawberry picking, that's cool. A picnic, picnics would be good. Let's see. Yeah, meals and ice cream dates, those are good because like you said, you can sit and talk. I like that. We didn't really get to do a, we did, well, we also, we did one thing and you'll see in the video and then we did go get something to eat after that. So that was nice. We got to just sit and chat. Let's see. Going for a walk and making a game with it. Nice. What kind of game do you make with it? Like what do you guys do? Movie in the park with a picnic if you have those nearby. Yeah, I think that this summer they have those like, those are more in the evenings. That would probably be more like a family ordeal that we would do. We would just like everybody go out one night to like the movies in like the downtown area or wherever they do it. Somebody had suggested, because we're trying to do like new, we want also want to do like summer activities with the family like once a week. We're gonna try to start doing, I'm trying to do it today. Ideas, sorry if someone just joined, I, if you have all, if any of you have just joined, ideas to do like one-on-one dates with your kids. Like simple ideas. That's what we're talking about. But we, we're looking for ideas to do, ooh play I Spy on the Walk. That's good. Ideas that we could do like as a family. Like new things we could try as a family this summer. And so that's something that came up was doing like projecting a movie on like our house or something. Like on a sheet or something like outside of our house. And that would be awesome. So we'll see if that takes place. Yeah, I miss you guys too. It's again, we are still in YouTube. No comment. I don't want to say jail, but that's what it is. It feels like a jail. It's like prison. Because we're doing the same stuff we've always been doing, but now we've lost like all connection with the outside world. So, oh yeah, why is it so quiet? It's so quiet because one, Danielle went to our friend's house with Maren, Elena, and Adeline. And that's like, Adeline is like the most crazy one of them all. She's not the loudest, but she's the most trouble of them all. Everly's here with me. She just was over here, but I think she's probably in the office getting into trouble. Are you in here getting into trouble? Nope, she's not in here getting into trouble. She's somewhere else getting into trouble. That's not good. Eggo! Did she go in the bathroom? No, I lost Everly. She was just at the front door. Everly! Eggo! I hear she's upstairs. She just said something. And so Everly's here with me. Tyler and Elaine, or Tyler and Jude, are outside playing. So Everly's the only one inside, and she was just watching TV, eating a snack, and then she just made her way. Oh no, they're all up here. That's why they all came inside and are watching TV up here. Ev, you don't have any clothes on. Hey everybody, say hi. They all want snacks. Anyways, so that's what's going on. They were just outside playing. They came in and are watching a show up here. And they're messy rooms that they're supposed to clean. Look at this mess, guys. What happened in this room? Oh no, Elena was supposed to clean this room. Elena kicked them out of the room. They were all supposed to clean it, and Elaine's like, I'm cleaning it. She's very particular about how the room is cleaned. So they cleaned another room, and then apparently Elena didn't finish that, so that's great. Yeah, camping in our backyard. We want to do that. Our backyard is like still kind of like, well, I mean it's still completely like just hard clay. So we were thinking about just doing like camping in the house, like an indoor camping. Like in like the, you know, where like where you sleep in your bed, and you just have a pillow. Just kidding. Like camping like in the living room here or something. We could do it outside. I want to do it outside. That would be like the whole family would be like in here. I would still like take the like older kids outside and do it, so I need to do that. I did buy some like s'mores things. Yeah. Huh? No, you cannot buy anything because we ain't doing that. You're not paying for anything. Watch a show on Netflix. What is a sock fight? Is it like a snowball fight? Sock fights, like you just ball up socks and throw them at each other. That would be fun. Ooh, relay race challenges. That would be fun. Tea. Take her to tea. You can have a banana. You can have a banana. Those apples are for something special. Look at this, guys. Just see our Costco video. We have lots of snacks, but we're just like in the first week of... You got to turn that down, please. Like in the first week of summer, we're still... It's like survival mode until we get used to it. I think we're getting the hang of it, but let me see. It feels good. It's a little like brown, but I think it's like just the colour of the actual apple doesn't look really bad. Maybe. We'll see. I don't know. Izzy says hi, Tyler. What's wrong? What's wrong? Oh yeah, that is bad. Don't throw it away. Just eat a banana, dude. Sorry about that, kid. Anyways, so that's what's going on around here, and we just want to get ideas for what to do with our kids. You know, not just Jude in particular, but all the kids. What kind of juice? What are you doing? Look at this. This is our whole summer so far. Kids. Eating, that's right. Have what? Oh, painting. Everyone says hi, Tyler. Look at this. This is our lives. There's some trash on the ground and recycling. All that needs to go. I guess that trash bag just needs to be put up because it's got a little bit of trash in it, but not enough. Yeah, you are trashy kids. Look at our... Hey, look at these dishes, guys. I want to show you. This is real life right now. Look at all this. See that? Hey, but you know what? The rest of the kitchen isn't too bad so that's pretty much it and then the rest of the house isn't too bad either. There's some cucumbers on the table that Ev was snacking on. Hey, y'all left Ev upstairs. You're going to go back up there, man? Anyways, so that's just our real life right now, guys. Don't even like worry about it. We're going to get the hang of it. We're going to get the hang of summer. No, we are not Pinterest perfect by any means. You know that's all. People be like, you see all these pictures on Instagram and stuff and I know, I mean you just got to know, this is what happens. People just take their mess from one room and they put it into another room and then they take the picture and then you're done. You don't see the rest of the house, you see the one room. Like I could have shown you guys. I could have been like, guys like... Here, I could have done this. I could have been hanging out here, have this bag here and be like, guys our house is like so clean right now. Like we just like, we don't have any messes. I could have moved this pan, you know put the pan down below or something and I've been like, guys this is just, we just keep our house so clean, you know and I would have moved the milk carton. I would have shown you this counter here and all this stuff. I'm like, it's just so easy to keep it clean all the time. You know what I mean? It's so clean but then I could have hidden all this stuff. That was smoothies from last night or it is that. Then y'all said I need to clean the dishes while she's gone. We'll see if it happens. We'll see if it happens but that's how people do, you know and we don't want to do that. We don't want to let you guys know that like, hey this is where all our stuff collects that we just don't know what to do with. So it just collects here because we want to get rid of it maybe but maybe we want to keep it. We don't know. We don't even know what it is. I don't know. It's been there for months but let me tell you this. It used to be like this high of stuff. So just so you know that it used to be crazier. So it's gotten better and then we usually have boxes. Look, we just got these young living boxes. Those two, they just came here yesterday and they've just been sitting right there. They've been sitting right there. So guys, you know, like we're, we just, this is what we do. This is what we do. Yeah, I think we're gonna try to get back more into vlogging. Vlogging like we like, like the new format of videos we're kind of doing but like making a little bit longer. It's just like, it's just hard. We're trying to create like content for like everything like different platforms and in a perfect world we'd be able to handle it but we just have so much going on with Young Living and with just all the different platforms and like it's just, here's the thing people. When you create content on these platforms all the platforms want it differently. It's like they want the same content but they want you to prepare it differently. Some like it like the medium. Some like it medium rare and so some like it plated, you know, differently and so I'm like we're just trying to figure it all out. You know, you think, you kind of think like people know what they're doing when they're making this stuff. We don't know what we're doing and so I hope we're not the only ones who don't know what we're doing but it's like we're just kind of learning as we go even still. So you can't comment on our videos because pretty much YouTube disabled all comments on like every channel that had kids on it and unless you have like an in at YouTube which we do not because we're not part of like an MCN which is like a network essentially in YouTube and we don't really want to be. We were once. They didn't really do much for us so you know unless you like have an in at YouTube then pretty much your comments are disabled until they figure out what they're doing. I don't even really know how that helped like there was a big pedophile thing on YouTube and it was really ridiculous and YouTube didn't really know what they were doing to fix it and they still obviously don't. It doesn't make sense to disable the comments because like people's comments are back on their channels. I'm just like are they what was the purpose of it at that point? It's like like I have friends that their channels have comments back on. I'm like okay did you disable the comments so people couldn't make comments on the because you couldn't make you know so these people couldn't make comments on your videos or so that they could go and make sure that your videos were not you know part of this whole thing. I don't know but it doesn't really make sense regardless because I guess it makes sense. I don't know it's dumb whatever so yeah so let me see what people are saying. I see I think let's see sorry I'm just reading some comments. Yeah Danielle's actually about to start. We have in the works I mean it might still be another month or so. She wants to do it like right now so we'll see. Can you turn it down a little bit please? Do you know how to turn it down? Can I help you turn it down? Let me help you turn it She wants to do more like health and wellness oil stuff so she's going to create her own like Facebook page and Instagram page. They'll be linked up so if you want whenever that goes live I'll like say hey guys go if you want to like actually follow that stuff not everybody wants to so we'll have a space for just that and you can go check that out. So when that's live we'll make sure to like plug it in a video so that you guys can like go follow her over there to like have more health wellness oil stuff. Let's see where's the comments. Yeah I know comments we miss them all. Miss all the comments. Let's see so yeah so we just need to go live more here. I think I'm just going to try to like we'll try I mean both of us but we'll just try to like pop on live as we can. We may not just like I'd like to plan it out and just be like hey we're going to be live this time of this night whatever but life gets crazy and so it doesn't always work out that way. We do that on Facebook and even that is not super consistent and so I think we'll just try to like pop on here as we can let people just come hang out when they can. We'll just do it random times random days and then if you catch it great if not hopefully you catch the next one because that's just kind of what it's going to do. So anyways I'm going to go because I'm going to try to get some of these dishes done and yeah I guess that's all that's all I'm going to say.
