Panasonic GH5 UNBOXING & First Impressions

[Music] more exciting things to do Lucy who else's what to peaky blinders let us know below Lucy's obsessed at the moment good evening guys welcome to another juicy vlog come on Luce we got to go you know where we're going guys if you send the title of this video actually we don't know yet we're after the camera shot basically that's one that's one thinking no no no we built this up we're off to get a new vlogging camera upgrading the upgrading the setup guys yeah it's in the title the video it's only in the title of the video if they've got one in stock I can't drive that's fine I'll Drive I'm over the legal limit are you a boozy lunch have you in dry I've been out all day okay I'm this this yes best idea ever right we're off to the camera shop if they don't have one so I've haven't explained it very well we want to upgrade our blog setup we wanted this camera for a while it can do slow-mo do four can't do all this stuff it's very future proof and you guys know Matt into our camera gear so we are gonna go and get one now if they've got one in stock really nervous now come on we've solved the 70d yeah we've sold our other camera already I didn't if we round so that we definitely have a camera well we don't yeah we've got this little little it one this is our this is gonna be a bit of a camera gear heavy kind of vlog guys so like gravity's gonna keep it in our pocket at all times and if we need to vlog places where we can't take a big camera because it's a bit of a bigger set up we're gonna have like the gorilla pod and the mic on top into the carpet by doing that yeah but I can't get my shoes on any other way okay guys this is the most stressful and scary journey we're trying to get through these tiny like I don't about you guys I hate driving through like that lights really bright I hate driving through like little country lane and when it's like only you and you got your lights are shining in front of all these cars and stuff it's really scary that person staring at me ups I'm filling and and like everyone's like really getting stressed good he's gonna hit them rocks Tyler everyone stops it's basically like absolute carnage because there's loads and loads loads and loads of roads lurk so like what they're gonna tell me something I want to say is get that woman it's scary like basically this is a tiny little narrow road and everyone's trying to get around and through like the same direction supposed to be a shortcut yeah and it's like the opposite of a shortcut and you can see so you can see here so we were gonna go along here what was that that lets the wheel spin yeah I find find find I thought that was my car being ruined it's gonna be so muddy yeah well you just we're in a fog but I think you just scratch the paintwork on that little twig if I like it was kinky did it when its way to squeak I'm gonna have to check me get back out we've had to like adieu adieu to around here thinking it would be quicker but it's literally done the opposite I feel like ours has been scratched I think we're gonna get stuck in the mud and be trapped in the darkness freakin dark is no one's me then again so scary earth like Iran do not even think about it no just keep going [Music] okay so going well we've had a nice chat with the guy yeah they got one in stock I would look at some tripods now some other accessories like Spock Janet so why would you get excited do you do we ever want to use it without the ball head no we need the ball add told you this blog would be technical does pay for that that yes we got the camera guy sighting they did a good deal so much the card worth hundred twenty quid chucked in okay the worst bit is now it's nice because I'm hungry but we have to go now meet Lucy's mom and Jess for dinner so we can't actually open the camera till a bit later but don't worry well unbox it will show you guys everything we bought can't wait the last video you've seen there is heavy car frame way back out one tonight Jess who's my mom's boyfriend's sister sister Howard daughter is down and for Christmas like for a Christmas Eve time and we're here to meet them and meet her new boyfriend ignored it never gets me a vlog so sorry there a peek but here came the rates over the road baby and we're in Santa's grotto partner cool there it is guys I think you should have gone for king-sized chairs that is actually not right yawn it's a beautiful thing beautiful enjoy every bite if you're wondering what shop we went to park cameras in there just helped me brightened like when you go to some shops when you go into my no offence funny what anyone who works there but like curries or even Jessop sometimes yeah they often don't always employ experts anything speak to I think you do get some people that are really into their cameras but here like everyone yeah it was so into it and they don't write this camera yeah like the guy knew it inside out he knew all about the lens is everything everything any question we had yeah he knew the answer okay so we're gonna unbox it now we're gonna show you the other like accessories that I got oh I supposed to be heavier than that I just rugged so this is a book becoming my box cuz I get to the lenses separate we went through a like a lens which is it's not the kit lens that it comes with it's like a it's like the next one up is an upgraded version of the kit pellets so yeah technical ones watching it's a 12 to 60 mm but this camera is a Micro Four Thirds sensor yeah simplest way to explain it and the lens that you buy for this in terms of normal lenses you double the number basically so we bought what would normally be a 50 mil lens as an extra but like we have in the 70-day yeah so used to be 25 yeah it used to be a 50 millimeter lens but on this is a 25 millimeter so there's so much more technical stuff but anyway oh we get ya guys down here I was wrong way oh it's like it's like an Apple box side posh okay you wanted a camera yeah yeah right box contains a camera good I would hope so how do you get into it my comes up that's Co isn't it eh five and red yeah strap nice here we go moment what's the big - wrong within oh oh my god I guy who's got one that's so chunky I've never had a Panasonic before i sham right I did like one of my first cameras but like years ago look at tiny or digital rubbishy thing yes please with that next lens the guy in the shop oh my god it's going to happen to my car the guy in the shop I literally need fringed out he had it up there the 15 or the 25 mil lens and this is a battery so I can talk it out he was issued a concrete floor and I thought oh my god not an expert yeah oh my god is so nice lenses are terrifying because oh how light delicate they are like um so no actually hardly we've got this camera this is the camera that Casey Neistat users this is the camaleón Austin uses or two favorites have their company yeah and that's not as quiet it's not really the reason we bought it well it is in a way this is we watch their videos and think how incredible they are if we can get close to that level minded we've got their lenses if we can get close to that level yeah we just basically on our quality and all the capabilities of this thing yeah we're camera nerds should we get this up there's our nice chunky lens it's nothing cold it's quite happy actually you can feel the lenses clamping the best the body like the people's yeah that's not too bad though Oh guys you don't know what this means this is like hopping on looking game seriously like this sets off competitors all here seventeen it was great but this is like a lot more quality money yeah everything's more definitely so I just want to know where the Christmas tree and shot for I was causing it was the battery always didn't come with a battery leave that today yeah charge it charge that in that use that's charge that and analyze what's that what do you really tell I love about this as well it has two SD card holders so if we tape it like to 64 gigs in which we've got then a high C port at the moment yeah yeah when one finishes like once fully going straight on to the next which is so hand and we write about and that's only one of the settings you can have it also you can also set it up so you can record onto both cards at the same time or you can record photos onto one card and videos onto another so if we're out vlogging but also taking photos for Instagram 25 past 11 now yes late guys went back to Lucy's mom after the meal Lucy's mum's house after the meal had some really makes me love because like you don't like and you're like you say it unlike guys what we were gonna do is get the body on its I and then by like the wide-angle lens but then we wouldn't have had anything fun at the b-roll and stuff so we thought let's compromise and get like the better of the two lenses and then we got so we got this lens as well which I'll quickly unbox is 25 millimeter so on most cameras that would be a 50 mil it's so fit sir so this is how we are going to get all the cinematic b-roll stuff with the blurry background the stuff we do this is the only guy there's so much going on in one video the extreme pro SDXC UHS to card 64 gig up to 300 megabytes a second so like really really really 120 pounds afraid yeah there it is really good deal so this lens here is super small its tiny small back we tried a silver one in the shop oh it's so embarrassing I say there was a silver one in the shop and I thought how could it be like having like a silver lens on a black body all that's a bit of cool so that we know which lens is on because we see it's a silver one I said the black one and the part was like obviously you wouldn't want it to be not matching and I was like yeah it was because you did that one yeah okay guys we're gonna now flip over to this camera give you some test shots less than the comments were you [Music] so this is the first clip all do already I'm looking right over there yeah we can't look in the screen this is the first clip on the gh 5 we haven't messed around with any settings ecstasy pure Auto Hania mode microphone isn't on either since yeah so this is the camera body sound so good start we just want to say what do you think it's not a really good quality is the thing for me I'm not going to even in my place you'll get scared but let's just show you George so like curse focus there like it is ridiculous on my hand maybe max is look at that like with George Brody background and my Android his hands I like not very far away from each other still folks is that Chris one I'm not the other like it is we're gonna have to start I'm gonna wear a makeup in vlogs guys today is so insane like this might not we haven't played it with any seconds yet so we might well we'll definitely do that aside I'm pretty happy with this lens it's like Y enough for a normal vlogging angle because we didn't want it to be too close we didn't want it to be like way far away and kind of fisheye pretty happy yeah I'm grounding it why don't go I think that's wide enough it's like half 1:00 in the morning guys sorry those clips were a little bit rubbish we're just getting used to the camera and stuff obviously we're just in our living room once we figure out all the settings take it outside we have so so much fun with this stuff we're gonna make some beautiful beautiful cinematography videography type shots with this it's gonna be made lucetti falling asleep so I'm gonna say goodbye to you guys now if you want a
