Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what were you doing before joining Skill Horizon?
Hi, I'm Tushar. I'm from Jaipur.
I was doing a job in Sintrexa and then in Bodhii.
But I found that I'm lacking some of the skills in the sales force, particularly like LWC and integration.
So I came to know about OneShiv and Skill Horizon Venture, a joint venture.
And they were also providing new job opportunities in OneShiv.
So I grabbed this opportunity and went for this class.
Any particular session, project or moment that really helped you grow?
Yeah, so I always emphasize and focus on the little things.
They always say that be consistent in your work and do all the things which are told to us.
Like giving us the practice sheets and scenario questions, which really helped me a lot in making my foundation stronger.
And also making me ready for the interviews.
Where are you placed and now what's your current role?
Yeah, I'm currently placed in Jordia Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
And my current role is as an Associate Sales Developer.
How did Skill Horizon help you crack the interview and build confidence?
Yeah, they provided the correct materials to us.
They provided different quizzes, they provided different tests and the scenario questions.
And the daily motivate us to do more of the practice in which topics we are lacking.
And we always try to say that you are doing good because you are doing more practice on that topic.
So if you will be doing more practice on your weaker topics, you will be becoming good in that also.
Any message would you like to share with the Skill Horizon team?
Yeah, I think the team is doing a great job.
Sanjay sir has helped many of the students making them company ready.
And the skill set they provide in this classroom programs helps the student to gain more confidence.
And make them more better and individual and also working professionally.
Learn to lead tomorrow.
Today we have to learn because we are not skilled for becoming that employee that a company needs.
So we have to upskill ourselves and for that we have to learn today.
Then only we can lead tomorrow.
