Slow days in the Cotswolds, a quiet rhythm I'm learning to follow.
Welcome to blissful country living. I'm so happy you're here.
The Dalesford Farm Shop here in Cotswolds I visit quite regularly.
There's something about their fresh seasonal produce that feels so nourishing.
My Dalesford visit wouldn't be complete without a meal at their restaurant.
I always eat here. Their food is simple, fresh and absolutely lovely.
Dinner tonight came from some of those beautiful finds. Simple, wholesome and full of flavour.
I always look forward to Dalesford's groceries. Carefully chosen, full of flavour and goodness.
Just a few treats I got for the week ahead.
This morning I decided to make avocado toast using some of the fresh produce I just showed
you from Dalesford. Slow mornings like this are all about gentle, mindful preparation.
It's a moment to breathe, to be present and just take it all in.
Crochet is my choir ritual. Each stitch calms my mind and brings a sense of peace.
Here I made a little coaster, just something simple, soft and satisfying.
A warm cup of herbal tea, resting on the crochet coaster I made earlier.
Simple, soothing, exactly what the moment needs.
Time to bake my favourite focaccia. Baking focaccia is one of those grounding acts.
Kneading the dough slowly and as it bakes, the kitchen fills with that warm,
fresh smell, comforting and soft. It feels like a gentle meditation.
Thank you so much for sharing these slow, soft moments with me. If this brought you calm,
please consider subscribing and leaving a comment.
I'd love to hear your favourite part. Until next time, take gentle care.
