days in my life: rep dinner, disney springs, bestie time + new coffee shop!

Hi guys, welcome to a new vlog. So today I'm starting the vlog on Thursday night because I have this like work event and I probably won't get any footage, but if I do like I'll post pictures. Um they'll probably be on my Instagram story too of just like the food because anyway um this rep of a medical device is like hosting this dinner and it's at this like really nice steakhouse, Chris. So I don't know. I'm really excited and I normally don't go to things like this because I don't know, but I will never say no to a steakhouse. So, I'm excited to see what it's all about. I just want to start the vlog because I'm actually like doing things this weekend. Even if I can't like film a lot, I still want to like talk about it. So, anyway, I'm going to head in now. [Music] Thank you. >> You see, look, this is her. How cute. Oh my gosh. >> So, here are some photos. This bread just melted in your mouth. And I got some wine. And then we got a salad to start. And then this is my filet minan. And this is kind of like all the sides. Those mushrooms were so good. And this is the dessert. Okay, so it's the next day and I'm just running some errands. I have to like run to the store and I'm going to get some coffee. I am so tired. I don't know why. Maybe it was the wine cuz I haven't had red wine in a long time, but it was super good. And the dinner, oh my gosh. Highly recommend Chris if you haven't been there. Oh my gosh. Would definitely go again. I was thoroughly impressed uh with that steakhouse. I wanted to give you an update on my car charm. I don't know if you guys follow me on Instagram, but my disco ball actually broke. So, I was like kind of depressed, but the string still worked. So, I put my Chick-fil-A keychain there. And it's honestly a vibe. Like, I love it. We are here at Disney Springs to go to the Edison. So, so far the weather is perfect. Okay, so it's the next day and I'm at Cycle Bar. It's like I'm doing a lot, but I can't like film a lot because of the activities. But hey, you know what? At least it's not just like me sitting and talking for like 15 minutes. I think I might film like a what's in my makeup bag to post this week cuz I don't know when I'm going to like post this video and I kind of want to like look over my notes and stuff for work. So yeah, I don't really know, but um yeah, we'll see. Anyway, class is about to start. >> 4 we go. >> Piper and I are on our midm morning walk. So hot out here. Okay, so this is my outfit for tonight. I'm just wearing my dress pants and these shoes with my favorite top. I swear this is my favorite top. And then I haven't curled my hair in forever. So I love it. I'm like back to myself. Um I feel like I'm going to be late, which freaking sucks because in my head like Winter Garden, oh I go to Hamlin, so it's like 20 minutes away, but this is like 40 minutes away. And I'm like, oh shoot, man. So I'm going to have to tell my friend like might be a little late. I totally misjudged that. But anyway, I'm going to get on the road. And yeah, I just actually filmed a what's in my makeup bag video and I like kind of rushed through it, but it's fine. I've been wanting to do that type of video. So then I have like all this mess down here. So it's great. >> Mari's here. Hi. >> This is actually really cool because you can like build your own thing and then you can write with this um crayon. >> Example a ma took me into this cute little um store is called Polka Dots and I was like, "Oh my gosh, look at the Stanley wall." We came into this little chocolate place and Mari pointed out that they have little chocolate cherries. [Music] Okay, so it's the next weekend and I knew that last weekend's vlog was not going to be enough time. So I was like, you know what? That's why I did the makeup video, like what's in my makeup bag, because I knew footage I had from last week wasn't going to cut it. And I went to go edit it yesterday evening and it came out to like 5 minutes. So, I was like, yeah, I'm not going to make this a video. I was like, why not? Cuz I like I'm already doing things in this video. It's not just like me talking like this clip is. So, I was like, "Let's go shop for my dog's birthday because her birthday is next weekend." I think it's like next Sunday. I mean, I should know that it's August 10th, but I don't know the exact like day. Yeah, it's next Sunday. I'm so excited. She's such a good dog. If you don't follow her on Instagram, it's at the Piper Palmsky. It's just exactly the way it sounds. Sometimes they have like a good selection and then sometimes they don't. So fingers crossed that they have like some good stuff. It reminds me of when we first got her. I fed her this entire like birthday cake and she got so sick from it. Like we had to take her to the vet and stuff. It was so sad. Kind of funny but sad. This weekend I have like literally just went to Cycle Bar and chilled. I didn't really do anything. I swear like when I have a busy weekend it's like jam-packed I feel like. And then when I don't have anything to do, it's like nothing. But I also wanted to talk about this bag I got. So I was at Cycle Bar. I think this was Friday and this girl had this micro little crossbody bag. It looked like a nano size from Louis Vuitton, but it was from Stony Clover. I thought it was Long Champ, but it was Stony Clover and it was like the cutest little bag. I was like, I want it. Like it was one of those impulse buys. So I text a couple of my friends. I'm like, "What do you think? This could like replace the belt bag because I do kind of want to like get rid of the belt bag. Like when I'm running errands like this, I take this bag, which is great because I love this bag, but also I like I want a more casual like theme park bag that's not really the belt bag. I have the Disney one, but I don't know. It's like if I don't have anything that matches that like coralally color, I don't want to be forced to take that one." So, I don't know. I just wanted like more options. Even though I will always be a fan of the belt bag, I love the belt bag. So, I'll still use it, but I just I don't know. I wanted an excuse to get this new bag. So, I impulse bought the bag. It was like a hundred bucks cuz the black one was actually on sale from Sakf Avenue. So, I just ordered from that website because I'm like, it's on sale and it's the exact same thing. So, the sale price. So, I'm like, heck yeah. So, I'm kind of like treating that as a birthday gift to myself or like maybe for my parents. I'm gonna wait to like open it on my birthday. So, it's like kind of fun and exciting. Um, also too, I'm debating if I want to get the new iPhone. I'm actually leaning towards no because of it's just like so ugly and I don't like the number 17. So, I know that's like not a good reason, but also too, it'll save me like money, but technically the new phones aren't that expensive for me cuz I've always asked for gift cards and then I do the um trade in like the buyback program. So, the phone only really like my phone, this one, it really only ended up being like I want to say around $400 or $500 because of like all that stuff. So, I don't know. And then if I wait a generation, then when I do the trade in, it'll be like less money, you know what I mean? That I get for this phone. So, the phone for the next generation will be like more expensive. But if they increase the prices of the 17, I'm definitely not getting it because it's ugly. I don't like that huge camera bump. And then number two, I don't like the number 17. So, I don't know. I'll have to consult my friend Kyra because she's an Apple girly, too, through and through. So, I have to ask her for her advice because I just don't know what to do. And then, and then another justification for getting the phone, I swear this is now turning into a ramble session, but another justification of why to get the phone is because I don't get like any Apple products. Like, I don't have an iPad or an Apple Watch or like I don't even have the ore ring because I can't wear that to work. So, it like defeats the whole purpose of wearing it for a long period of time. So, it like gets to know you. Yeah. Like I don't spend a whole lot of money on like other tech. So, I don't know. I'm going to have to ask Cairo and see what she says. >> The farmers market's happening, too. Thank you. [Music] >> That's probably my favorite like little truck they have. But everyone's kind of just getting set up. Okay, I definitely won't be shopping for Piper because they're closed right now. Well, that's okay. I'll vlog some more later. I feel like I just need more content for this. I'm like, okay. But I'm going to just head out because Sher wants to try this new like um coffee place.
