You’re NOT Supposed to Do This on a Hardtail

He's graduated now, time to be a man. Is it a big difference for you as well, working on 450 now? Yeah, 450 to 250 is the same chassis, different engine, but one, it's a whole lot bigger engine, but the parts are a little bit different. The 450, you have access to parts that you can't legally use in the 250 class, so the suspension's different. Like, you can't just put his stuff or both on, but the components in the 450 class are different than what's allowed in the 250 class, so that is completely different. Different engine guy, different suspension guy, different team. It's a learning curve for him and for me, but it's a dirt bike, so we'll figure it out. And he's already had, what, two days on the bike? This is just the first day we're actually filming it, so what did... Well, everyone thinks, I've been reading the internet, everyone thinks that Hayden's been riding a 450 just all the time, but you guys watch the videos, we show you everything. Like, he doesn't ride 450s. This place is really, really cool. Dekra training facility. I want to ride this track. It's fast, big jumps. I think Hayden's gonna really, really let the 450 sing today. This is my, so basically, it's my third day riding this bike. It's my third time ever riding a built-out 450. I've only ever ridden, like, a completely stock, stock suspension, stock everything 450, and then now this is my third day on a full factory 450. Like, this thing is, dude, it's stupid how fast this thing is. The last two days I've been riding it, it's like, I can go, like, dude, like, three seconds faster than I usually ride on a 250. I mean, it drives so much power. It's like, you go as fast as you want to go, pretty much. It's wild, but yeah, today we're gonna do a shoot on this thing, so hopefully we get some steezy clips, but I gotta, once these shots are gonna do my moto for the day, then we'll go into some shooting. So, don't go deep. No need to jump anything. I'm gonna go break in the chassis. It's the smallest jump on the track, too, so be careful. Yeah, I know. I see, I seen, I was like, I was like, I was like, wait, where do you go? What'd you, is that the pipe? Yeah, that's brand new plastic and everything. He melted through it already. Oh, there's that. I landed right in a soft hole. You all good? Oh yeah, I'm good. I just, there's no point keep going. My visor got knocked off. Just buried it, or what? Well, I just landed, and it went into, like, a mud hole, and I just went. So, now you need Hudson to break in the track? Yeah, basically. Go faster! I saw that earlier, and I said to Hayden, hey, should I show this to Hudson? He goes, no. So, I put it back and hid it, and he found it. So, here we go. He ripped it! That was sick! Hey, he got lucky. He hit that slick spot. He could have went right over. That's hard as a rock right here. You could have went over that. Oh, look, he ripped that, dude. I ripped it. Yeah, you did. I feel getting comfortable. He's going to kill himself. He put way too much pressure on that front wheel. You got to steer with the rear when it's hard. I don't think I can hit it as fast as he does. Just roll the turn. You're trying to, like, light it up. Is that sick to the rollers? What? How do you triple that? Yeah, it looks good. You think I could hit that, though? The triple? Yeah. Yeah, just don't slide and hook at the top. It's super slick. It's just fast. It can just pull you everywhere. You kind of go as fast as you want to on this thing. It's kind of the sky's the limit. Here he comes. It almost crashes. I feel like if I rode this track every day, I could do it. It's a lot of work out here, though, because it rains. I wasn't expecting to ride this ---- 50 like that. That was good. I actually didn't get it. I quadded that. Yeah? Yeah, I followed Hayden. Really? You quadded that? Yeah, dude, it was huge. I went and shrubbed it, and I perfectly doubled it and barely made it. That's good on a stock bike. It was a stretch. Yeah. He made it look so much easier than it was. Yeah, 450. I want to hit that thing perfect and just really over the two grind. Ha, perfect.
