Slow English Podcast a good Listener 👂 B1+

Hello and welcome back to my Slow English podcast. Today I want to talk about talking. I enjoy talking with new people. I consider myself to be a good listener. I think I prefer listening over talking, but I've not always been this way. I used to love talking a lot more than listening. But I think that teaching online, listening all the time made me a really good listener. I used to have to listen for mistakes, listen for my students to practice speaking. So, I got very used to listening instead of talking. And I've learned so much from just sitting back and listening. I end up gaining a lot more by sitting back and listening than when I'm just competing for the microphone with someone else. So, are you a good talker or even better a good listener?
