Coral Tree House: A Luxurious Escape in Paternoster’s Timeless Beauty | Cottage Collection Review

[Applause] today I'd like to give you a tour of the cottage we've been staying in and this is not just a mere rental Cottage but there's more info but that I'll give to you at the end so first let's go inside so I can show you around please come in as you enter the cottage it's a wide open space and before I show you all the areas I'm going to give you a bit more info about um The Cottage this Cottage is built sustainably and as environmentally friendly as can be that's why they used for example polished concrete floors that's very nice in summer as it keeps the property cool and you don't need things like airon the South African summers are rather long and has almost perfect weather so it's lovely to have spaces like these where you can draw enjoy inside outside living um and have all the doors open up so it feels like one open space before I show you the kitchen I'm going to show you the living area and the fireplace as we move into the living area I'd like to point out the voled well half bed ceiling as well as the beans that add to the um feeling of space and airiness the whole house has been decorated with earthy tones and different textures and it's very elegant in the living area we've got a large L-shaped couch some seating and I would like to point out throughout the house there are these little windows that led in even more natural light but we'll show you a few of them we've got a TV a wood fire burner which is amazing in the winter time every night we light the fire and just sit here and go up moving into the kitchen we've got a large island in the middle of the kitchen which I actually really love it's nice to have family or friends just gather around the kitchen table while you prepare food or if you're only two people it's still very nice we've got loads of cupboard space again which is nice when you do um stay in a self ging place it's nice to have space to put all your food and you don't need to run to the um cafe or shop every second day at the back we've got a gas stove we've got an oven and again we've got the integrated um fridge and freezer which I'll just quickly open for you to see we've got a microwave and then all your usual utensils another thing on the island they actually put some plugs on the island at the side which is nice whenever you want to use like a hand blender or any other electrical Appliance it's nice to be able to use it on the island from the kitchen Arrow there's a scullery area so before you come in I want to show you the pocket door that actually closes and you can hide all your dirty dishes inside here again some storage we've got a little coffee Nook where you can make coffee and a dishwasher and then your normal bison for washing out for washing up moving from this Gallery area back into the kitchen to my left there's a small little room that can be turn well currently it's set up as a little office or study but you can actually use it for another person to sleep maybe a small kid or a family member that's here for one night we've got little table sleeper couch and then a nice window with views towards the courtyard but we'll show you this window when we um are in the courtyard moving from this space love the two large from on both sides but we'll show you that we've got aluminum glass sliding doors that open up all the way so from the kitchen area you can actually move to the outside area but I'll show you the outside area in a bit I would like to take you through to the dining area as well as the bedrooms before we see the lovely spaces outside from the kitchen and the the living space you enter the large amazing dining space we've got a large dining table with sitting for again six people and then as you can see we've got large doors opening up all the way opening up this whole space and it feels like you living inside outside um to my right we've got the courty yard to the Bri barbecue area and to my left a little splash B but before we move on to the bedrooms I'd like to show you what we did this afternoon [Music] obviously I'm not going to show you the whole massage so we'll show you afterwards how we look as you can see from my face the massage was amazing we really enjoyed our massages this afternoon what I like is the fact that guests staying at the cottage collection Cottages can book an enjoy the spa services which is at um the nearby hotel strander and I love the fact that you can request that they come to your cottage they bring their beds and their oils and you can have a massage in your own space and just relax without leaving the cottage another thing about the nearby Hotel this strant Lo that we actually like is they have a restaurant that the public and people staying at the Cottages can go to the lto restaurant we'll show you some footage of the meals we have there it's it's really a nice restaurant and it has amazing views towards the beach and the [Music] ocean let's move from the dining area into the two bedrooms at the back as you enter the bedroom area again I like the split between the living area and the kitchen area it makes the bedrooms feel a bit more private to my left is the guest bedroom as you entered you've got some cupboard spice it's actually a very large spice for a second bedroom and we've got a KingSize bed to my left we've got a large aluminium door opening up to the deck area and the splash pool outside again love the large windows that or sliding doors that can just open up and it feels like you're living outside moving from the bedroom we've got an on Suite bathroom in here we've got two vanities we've got a large mirror with LED lighting and another medicine cabinet in the corner that's nice for storing all your little bits and bulbs and then we've got obviously the toilet and a large shower another aluminium staring door that opens up to the outside shower which is nice and spacious and to my left there's a little garden as well now follow me into the main bedroom this is the main bedroom area to my right we've got loads of cupboard space and to my left with the bathroom in here we've got double vanities love Li andage products large mirror with LED lighting some storage space at the bottom and again a very large shower I love the shower niches that's built in cuz it gives you space to store all your toilet trees while you take a shower from here again another large aluminium door opening up to another outdoor shower and again we've got views towards the little Garden at the back of the house now follow me to the bedroom the main bedroom is also very spacious we've got a large king-size bed another one of the cute little windows and to my right we've got a large window that lets in natural sunlight all of the windows do have blinds that you can close and to my right the large aluminum door that opens up to the deck area outside and the barbecue and dry area it's lovely to sit in your bed and just enjoy the outside space as well outside we've got a pergula top we've got some work space and then a barbecue dry area depending on from where you are and then we've got seating outside for six people this is also the door that I showed you um when we were in the little study area when I move to the side there's a little green grass area and then this is the door that you go into the kitchen we've got the dining area and then the swimming pool area guys look at how nice it is with all the doors and windows open this Cottage is really emphasize the inside outside living now follow me to the pool area on this side we've got a little splash bow for the summer time some lounges and that is the glass store that leads to the second bedroom now let's go back to the kitchen area now that we're inside and a bit warmer let me tell you a bit more about the cottage collection not only can you rent one of these amazing Cottages but you can actually own one yourself we've studied two of them and they are really stunning there
