Making a creamy mushroom and cheese gnocchi today. It's probably one of my favourite dishes. Very easy to make. The first step is just to pan-fry the gnocchi in some olive oil until it's golden brown. Takes about six to eight minutes. We've got some more baby stuff. This one is a bassinet and I've got some bedding to go with it. I've watched an instructions video on their website and it looks fairly straightforward and it kind of looks that way. So I'm not too alarmed about having like 10,000 pieces to assemble. I've got the storage rack with it which is an optional add-on. It looks like it just slots in. I can't see any other possibility anyway. The bassinet comes with three height adjustment options. This is the highest option or you can lower the handles on each side of the bed. Both have to be pressed to lift up the height or you can lower to lower heights. I've also got a couple of attachments on top as an option. One is this change table so it can just be clipped on and the bed turns into a change table. I'm not sure what the strap is for but this can just come off when we don't need it. And the other thing I got is a mosquito net. This seems like a very simple design. You just clip onto the bassinet and stretch it to the other side. Now I have a mosquito net for the baby. This feature is good. It's an adjustable zip so if I open it and press on this side the side rail comes off. So do the same on the other side. And now it becomes an open bed and we can link it to our adult bed if we sometimes want the baby to sleep with us. The wheels are lockable. Now it's unlocked so we can wheel fairly freely. It's a pretty portable bassinet or we can press the lock up and it locks the wheels. And the other option I thought is very great is that you can actually press this button here and lift the wheel up if I do that to all four wheels it becomes a rocking bed. I don't know how necessary that function is but it's nice to have. There is a mattress that comes with the bed and I got some baby bedding to go with it which I really hope fits because this bassinet is an unusual size. It is a bit bigger than most bassinet you can get on the market so it's kind of between a bassinet and a cot kind of size. These ones with the bear pattern on it they're apparently mattress protectors as well. It's a little bit big but I think it's okay. I think we can make this work. Yeah it's fine. I don't even know if we need another layer of bedding. I think this is a mattress protector and cover. Let's put on some new bedding. This is a pillowcase. It's a creamy white with grey acorn pattern and the matching blanket. It's double-sided. One side is grey like a very light grey and the other side is creamy white. The grey is pretty. I'll use the grey. There we go.
