Spain With Toro Adventure | Part Two

Welcome along guys, it's day two of the Victoria Adventure. We did the trail bikes yesterday. Today me, Wambledon and Lyndon are heading up to Rhondda. It's steep there isn't it? Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Let it go, momentum and all that. You all right? Oh yeah, rocking in Rhondda, rocking in Rhondda. Take it away. It's spectacular that isn't it? It's a hell of a mountain bike. It's no wonder the Spanish are so good at racing and they've got roads like this everywhere. It's absolutely no surprise so many world champions come out of Spain. Oh look at this up here, wonder what town, look at that medieval castle up there or something. Look at the view up there. Get into your own bay. Stop for a breather. It is a bit uncanny I have to say. It's a bit uncanny. You need your glasses on. You need to put a sour face as well, he's not got much of a smile on him. Look at this, a bit of coffee. What's this place called again Lyndon? Sorry I've forgotten already. Grazalema. Grazalema, well worth a visit. I think that stress buster, that hotel we stayed at last night, out this way on, this is perfect route isn't it? You haven't seen the best route yet. Oh really? Can't wait. Right let's hit it. A nice drop of Spanish coffee, you can't beat it. How was your coffee Womble? Oh it's beautiful. I do like a strong coffee. This is all part of the National Park area then all this. Yeah, oh it's absolutely beautiful. Yeah, I'm up for a wonderful road. I don't expect anything less. Just come to expect it now haven't you? Just come to, which blokes mine, mine's the one with the chop box. You just come to expect a wonderful road after a wonderful road don't you? Come spoil. I'm going to get home and think oh god these roads are ----. A bit of supermoto here, that's what you want isn't it? Fantastic around those little lanes and apparently the roads just get better and better now and the ones up round here, quick there's a car coming, are the ones, I think they do a lot of bike launches up here. A lot of journalists do events up here. Looking forward to seeing these. Come on chaps. You know you're on a good biking road when you see lots of other bikers. You know you've got the route right. Look at this. Don't get it wrong here. You don't want to go over there do you? Look at that. Oh watch out for the coach. Look at that. I'm going to owe Bruce about 50 quid at this rate if I keep using his cash flows. Bring on the twisties. Why do I need to work? Absolutely gorgeous. So they do tight and twisty quite well these don't they? Yeah. You'd really think they wouldn't being so big and heavy 250 kilo bike. It's not your first choice to do little tight twisty roads like this you wouldn't think would you? No but it does switch direction really easy. It just it just it really just drops in doesn't it? You don't feel that weight at all do you? You want one? You want it? Yes. Yeah well for this type of thing I think it is a bloody... It's a very feasible option. Yes it's very sensible. I'd like to try like a Multistrada you know like a V-twin equivalent see if it's as flickable as these. Whether it's just that engine which makes them so flickable. Look at the view on the right there look at that. Oh I can't it puts me off my riding. Look at that view look at that look at that look that is incredible isn't it? We're going up now we're going up high. Look look at that down there oh fantastical oh look at that right down there it's like a sheer drop. Oh why don't we move to Spain? Look down there look look at that look at that get your bloody drone out. Yeah you're not allowed €6,000 fine if you get caught using your drone here. I'm not paying that. There's a little lizard just run across the road. Lyndon's run over. You can just see miles into the distance can't you? Is that the lake we were at yesterday? Is that a different lake? Look at this look at that behind what a view incredible not talking about him I'm talking about back there look at it absolutely amazing. You can see literally for hundreds of miles off to the distance. Lake another lake and that's the road we're coming down on in a moment. It's like a mountain goat isn't it? Do I look like I've got a long arm? Right let's jump back on carry on on this fantastic road. He said is that an ape on the bike? Oh the prilly prilly rider yeah he's brought Jamal away mate all style and no substance. See what road this is called in case you want to get on this one this is called the CA9104. Look at it twisted look at that down there now look at the road to the right now twisting down there look at that view that is incredible that's better than what we just had just a second ago. That is a beautiful view isn't it? Yeah I recognize that I recognize that shot before like you say from magazines and stuff It's the best view isn't it? Incredible Amazeballs come on step it up let's go that's neutral it makes you feel a bit odd doesn't it? It's been a little bit oh god that's quite a long way down watch the road Look at that and it goes right down there as well the trail's off right down the bottom there Beautiful isn't it? Right let's stop here little lizard down here he's hiding he won't move now Keep on pedaling guys keep on pedaling You've got a long way to go. Might as well upgrade to a motorcycle one day. Just incredible views on this one can't can't take him anywhere sacrilege that bring him to a spot like this He's just stuck on stuck on Facebook. Get out live your life Press your buttons. Cruising through Spain on the twisties in the sunshine 23 degrees perfect biking weather fantastic views incredible company. Thank you. Apart from Wobble. Absolutely beautiful. So now I'm starting to wonder what we're having for lunch. What are you fancying for lunch one? Well the old paella was rather tasty yesterday wasn't it? What are you fancying today? Going something uh something Spanish? Bull burger. A burger another one of those uncooked burgers extra rare. Starts crawling around your plate like something out of Poltergeist No I'll skip on that again I'm not risking the burger again. I think I'll go I fancy something salady a Greek salad I quite fancy a bit of a Greek salad Caesar salad Caesar salad I fancy but I don't suppose I'll be able to get one of those. I don't fancy um goat's cheese. You don't fancy goat's testicles? No goat's cheese is ---- Or just a nice omelette thing I wouldn't mind either. I'm actually not hungry. This is the A2300 it's a bit of a corker this one. The faster roads nice and sweepy they just don't do straight roads So we're in the mountains the roads are just amazing maybe this is the Rhondda road look at this road it's beautiful drop it in on the left drop it in on the right oh that tightens up on the way round sir oh yeah it does so does this one tightens right up I see you you're used to the little tight tight quite open bend and then all of a sudden it goes hang on a minute we're tightening up hey it's a different road now this is the A7378 definitely another one for the sat nav it's a beautiful bit of road intermediate I'll call this one it's a bit faster still some fast corners some tight ones but beautiful bit of road sorry oh it's fine now it must have had a bit of air in it when it's Wombles had a little tumble little tumble sir yeah there's quite a bad lot of camber here I've got to try and avoid doing the same thing I'm a little bit worried gotta go fast enough just to go over it quickly there we go no bother no bother for the off-road demon Wombles had a boo-boo boo-boo strikes again you love it there I'm just glad I got off it quick enough that's like jump yeah you certainly got off it quick enough for those following at home with the sat-nav this is the A366 definitely another one to program into your sat-nav if you want to do the stress buster tour all of these roads around Ronda just seem absolutely incredible I don't think you can go wrong no matter where you go but this one is fresh tarmac beautifully and twisty but with uh deathly drops if you get it wrong not for the faint-hearted look little lizard in the road hey he's a big one it's quite a big one that one big green lizard enjoying the hot tarmac we that time's up that time's up drop it in look at these oh that's a tighty whoa flat it back look at this this is twisty as hell car coming whoa look at this oh it's not one you want to overshoot on I remember this one I remember these roads absolutely beautiful the A366 still hell of a road hell of a road it's warming up now as we come down the hill down the mountain sudden blast of heat now 25 degrees just jumped up four degrees the last 20 seconds oh absolutely beautiful you there still man he's nowhere to be seen wow what a bit of road the A366 twisty as hell beautiful absolutely beautiful where are the other guys nowhere to be seen he there yeah where that's yes carry on going I've lost Martin I don't know where he is as long as he ain't gone over the edge there he is it's not far behind you and we regroup and head for lunch we're going in here are we come with us tapas bit of tapas mate stop for a quick bite to eat a little caesar salad these men look like they're on their phone as I've just put mine down yeah I'm normally pretty good once I fall off I get my confidence back is your confidence taking a dump are you all right no I'm all right to be honest I am enjoying it yeah we're gonna ask yourself what would Clarkson do I'm absolutely knackered look at that view absolutely incredible and now I'm stuck fish farm look at the bridge look at that it's incredible
