Epcot Fun! - La Creperie de Paris Restaurant Review, Rides, Shopping & More! -Walt Disney World 2022

Hey guys, this is Jenna with ResortTV1. Today we're here at Epcot and we're already back here in France because we have a dining reservation today to a restaurant that I've never been to before. The Creperie right back here in the new area next to Remy's ride. So excited to try this out. I love crepes. We'll probably ride a ride or two as well. We have a lightning lane actually for Remy right after we eat and yeah enjoy the day here at Epcot. So hope you guys enjoy the video. So here we are at the La Creperie de Paris. I don't know if I said that right but this is where we have our reservations today. Let's check out the menu. So it looks like they have lots of different options. They have soup du jour. I love that. That's awesome. Of course they have your savory crepes and your dessert crepes. They have a prefix menu as well where you get a choice of soup or salad, one savory crepe with a glass of hard cider soda or juice, and a choice of one dessert crepe. Oh that's pretty good $34.95. Not bad for all that. All right we are in for our reservation today. As you can tell this is not a very big restaurant. Here's mom and mama mouse. We're gonna enjoy and we're near the window over here. Not a bad view. So we have a menu here, an actual menu. You don't have to get your phone out to look for the menu which is fine if you do. Same thing as we saw out there but they do show you the ciders and the wines that they have. Soft drinks, beverages. There's even add-ons. Oh you can add on ice cream. You can even add a shot onto your crepe. How about that? All right not sure what we're gonna get yet. We'll let you know. So mama mouse got the prefix menu today so you get a choice of soup or salad, one of the savory crepes, and then one dessert crepe. She decided on the salad. And did he say what kind was just a regular garden salad? Yeah it's a garden salad with a honey mustard vinaigrette. Oh honey mustard that looks really good. And that's a pretty big size salad too. Looks good we'll see what she thinks. So mama mouse was talking about her salad here and she said she probably wouldn't get it again because of the dressing. Range please. But she said other than that the salad is really good. It's very good, very fresh. All right here our crepes just came and we're so excited. They smell amazing. Wish we had a smell-o-vision for you guys. But I got the classic so it's the ham egg and cheese. Mama mouse got the same thing. Looks like she got some more cheese though. I'm jealous. Just kidding. And mom got the chicken one. That also looks good. Looks like it's got quite a bit of cheese there. Sorry guys it is very loud in here. Hopefully you can hear me. But let me show you this is the one mom got. I don't know how you say that. Yeah the cheese and mushrooms. So we're gonna dig in. We'll let you know how they are. So I have my first bite here. Let's try it out. A wheat crepe but it's really good. So I just tried a bite of mom's crepe as well and it is delicious too. The cheese is very very creamy. Almost tastes like an alfredo sauce in a crepe. But yeah really yummy. All right our dessert crepes are here and so mom and I got this one without the whipped cream. And instead of whipped cream we had them put a strawberry sauce on top. And so mom and I are going to share that. And then mama mouse got the melba. That looks good as well. So here is mom and I's. This is the Nutella with the strawberry sauce on top. That looks amazing. And then mama mouse right here she has the melba if I said that right. But it has peach mixed berries and almonds on top. Looks like strawberry or raspberry sauce too. I'm not sure. On the top. Cannot wait to dig in. They look delicious. All right we have our crepes like I said. And trying to get a bite with all the things in it. Strawberry, hazelnut. So that's not strawberry. Tastes like raspberry. Fine. But I'm pretty sure I asked for strawberry. I'll have mom try it. But it tastes like raspberry to me. It's still good. I like it. I just think I would have preferred the strawberry. All right so we are done with our lunch over at the Le Creperie de Paris. And it was delicious. Highly recommend both of the options that I got. Loved them both. The dessert one was really good too. I think it did have strawberry and raspberry in it with the hazelnut. But it was delicious. And it did come with whipped cream and not the strawberry. So that was a little different. We switched around because I can't have whipped cream. But the only thing I'm gonna say that was not the best was they were very slow. So I don't know if that was because of... It was busy in there. It's a small restaurant though. But there was only I think four or five servers. So maybe that was why. But I don't know. Anyways it took us an hour and a half I guess for lunch. It's not horrible but we didn't order steak. So that's the only thing I would say about it. But other than that the service was amazing. They were great. Again crepes were amazing. And we did look. So there is an outdoor crepe place next to. So the restaurant's right here. And then this is a walk-up crepe place. And we were wondering if they had some of the same crepes as the restaurant. They do not. They're pretty much all different. So we do have to go to both places to try the different crepes. All right so what did you guys think? Who wants to go first? What did you think of the crepe place? I really liked it. So I had the ham and swiss crepe. And it was yeah it was very good. I did enjoy it. With the egg that was good too yeah. But their scrambled eggs are a little different than what we consider yes they're not like over easy but wellish yeah yeah exactly wellish yes there was a little yolk in there but not bad yeah my um I got the like berries and peaches yeah um it was phenomenal and absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It was so delicious. Should we get that? Get that again. And mom what did you think? Mine was very yummy too. I had the uh chicken and a weird cheese. Different cheese that you've never had before but it was very yummy. Yeah it started with a bee so I'm not sure. Yeah it's on the menu so you'll be able to check it out but uh to me it tasted like alfredo sauce. It was somewhat similar. It was creamy. Very yummy. And we shared the dessert. What did you think? That was good too. Very good. I have a bee on me. Oh no it's not a love bug. A love bug. Um so yeah we definitely recommend it. It was like I said it was a little bit slow but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter to us. But if you're in a hurry you might not want to choose this restaurant if you're trying to get around and get things done. Definitely recommend it. We'd give it two thumbs up? Three? Three. How many? I don't know. We give it all the thumbs up. I had two thumbs. Two thumbs. There we go. There we go. All right now we're gonna go ride Ratatouille. It's time for our lightning lane. Let's go check it out. Remy's Ratatouille adventure time. Love this ride so much. We've got lightning lane. Um otherwise it's a 70 minute wait right now. Kind of busy. So we're all the way up here basically about to get on the ride and she said that they are having technical issues and we're gonna have to leave the line. So they're gonna give us another lightning lane and we'll be able to come back at a different time. They just turned the lights on. Interesting. So since we can't ride Remy right now we're gonna go check out a few of the shops over here in France. Do some shopping. Love it back in here. It's so pretty but let's go into Les Halles. They also have a shop in here as well as the pastry place. Let's check out what kind of merch they have. So they do have some Eiffel Towers here and I actually have one of these. We got, I think we got the smaller one when we were in the real Paris. Um and ours lights up. This one doesn't. Doesn't say what the price is either. They're really cute. Well this is a cute shirt. I think it's um a cropped shirt again but it says La Vie en Rose or Rose however you say that. Lots of different French words. Merci. Bonjour. This is uh 39.99. So check this shirt out. That's a really really cute too. There's Minnie. Is that Minnie? I think it's Minnie or Mickey. I can't tell actually. Blowing kisses, safe trees, chic. It's probably Minnie. So 39.99 for a long sleeve tee. And then check this bag out. It looks like a beret but it's a bag. So it's like a little wristlet. That's super cute. It's uh 29.99. So here's a couple more cute shirts. It's another t-shirt here. It's got the Eiffel Tower on it and Minnie Mouse there. Looks like a postage stamp. And it is 36.99. Has little ruffles on the sleeve. Also like this one. Got Minnie and Mickey there down at the bottom. Rendezvous in Paris. Uh for 36.99. Oh my goodness check out Stitchy. He's on the Eiffel Tower. That is the cutest thing. This is Epcot World Showcase. 16.99. Also have a cute Mickey shirt down here. Bonjour Paris. He's got his baguettes. He's walking through Paris. Does not have a price on it. Oh here's one. 29.99. So I was telling mom today that I needed a Paris tank top. How stinking cute is this? Except for it won't match the ears I have on today. But it's so cute. It would match these ears. They have the macaroon ears back in stock. And mom and mouse and I were talking about these and I thought about getting them but they're plastic. They're kind of heavy and then they have that like uh I don't know teeth I guess you call it to keep it on your head. And I think it would just mess up my hair. So they're cute but not practical. They do look like little macaroons. The tank top is 34.99 and I believe the ears are 29.99 because I don't see another price for them. Here is a Marie t-shirt from Paris with love. That is super cute and it's like a high low shirt. 36.99. This one's super cute. Dreaming of Paris. Epcot World Showcase with Marie on there. 32.99. I actually have a pair of ears it would be perfect for this shirt. But I don't need it. I don't need it. So as we're walking out I noticed this bag. How cute is this? It's the same little Minnie and Mickey on that shirt that we saw a little bit ago. It is 44.99 for the handbag. It's not lounge fly so it's a bit cheaper. So we're gonna head into the shop here. This one has more Remy items. So if you're looking for anything Remy that would be in this shop. So there's a little chef's set. Comes with an apron, a hat, oven mitt, cutting board, plastic knife, spoon and six food items and Remy. How much is it? 39.99. So here are the Remy ears and I haven't gotten any of these yet. They're really really cute. I like the whiskers and the nose. I believe they're 39 or 29.99. Oh my goodness why don't they make this shirt in my size because that is the cutest little shirt ever. Extra large? Is there an extra large? It's 24.99. So they have little ride vehicles. So they have the purple one here for 14.99 and then the blue one that looks more like Remy again 14.99. So they have the little Emil here and he is magnetic so you stick them to your shirt and then the little cheese is the remote and then you can drive them around your shirt which is really cute. 34.99. They don't have Remy right now they just have Emil. Some non-Remy merch over here. Chef de Cuisine Paris. Mugs. Oh this one's cute with a little spoon on on the end there. 19.99 and this one is 14.99. They have a spoon holder here. 9.99. That's not bad. Bad enough. Little egg guy 9.99. Oh and an apron for 29.99. Oh it talks about cheese. Cheese of France. That's cool. Since Remy is still currently down we're gonna make our way up to the front and go say hello to one of my favorite little dragons. Figment. Oh Figment that was too sweet of you to pick me some flowers. Gotta love me some Figment. Let's go on the ride. Doesn't look like it's a long wait. As we're standing here talking to Figment over there we noticed Winnie the Pooh trying to catch some butterflies. I mean there are quite a few butterflies in this tent over here. Winnie if you want to go over there. Oh I see some escapees too. So he's got plenty of butterflies to catch and monorail. They just... he didn't catch one. We'll help you Winnie. Getting closer to the butterflies. Figment's reception desk. I was his secretary one time. That's a pretty hard job. It's a lot of fun though. But look at all those phones. This is the first time I've been in here since they've had the meet and greets back. So they have Joy I believe. Over here. Yup there she is. And Vanellope is meeting and greeting over here. She's just out of the internet. She just got out. This is where she comes out. The link. They do have a few Figment items in here which is awesome. I love this one. The one little spark. Very very cute. It's $36.99. $36.99 and then they have a sleepy Figment. And he's so stinking cute. He is. It doesn't say. Oh $34.99. Look at that face. So cute. And they have the big feet Figment plushie. He's so cute too. This one is $29.99 so this one's a little bit cheaper. And then we have the Figment beers. I have these. These are amazing. They're comfortable too actually. And they I believe are yes $29.99. Alright so Ratatouille is back open again and it is an 85 minute wait. But we're going to go back in here and see how long the lightning lane is. Hopefully we'll get to ride it this time. So as we're walking up we heard somebody say it was down. And we literally checked the app as we were walking over from the Starbucks. And yeah it's down again. So I'm not sure we're going to get to ride this today. So we stood around in France for a little bit and it opened back up. It took I don't know 10 minutes so it wasn't bad. It's a 105 minute wait but we do have our lightning lane to use. So let's go try to get on this ride hopefully. Fingers crossed. Alright we're getting close. We got further than we did the last time we were in line. Hopefully we'll get on this time. That's it.
