Epcot's Japan Pavilion - Trying Candy & Food From Japan - Walt Disney World 2019

Hey guys, this is Jenna and Dale with ResortTV1 and today we are at Epcot and we're in the Japan Pavilion because we're continuing on with our series where we try snacks and foods and packaged foods from all around the world showcase and today is Japan And I'm super excited because I've been waiting for this one the whole time. Yeah, she loves this one I really do because they have so much food in here that I think we're gonna have to do at least two maybe three different Vlogs with all the food in here because they have so much. Oh, wow. We're really gonna have to sacrifice. I know, right? I know I'm so excited. So, all right guys, let's go in and see what they have. I hope you guys enjoy the video Music Okay, so the candy is in the back side of the store so we're heading in that way to go check it out Let's go So excited All right. What'd you find? Okay guys, it says artificially flavored chocolate cream filled cookies Uh-huh But since it says family pack all of you come by since you're all our family and we'll share these together. Oh perfect. All right How much are those? It's a big box Eight bucks. All righty So they do have the Hello Panda little cookies with the cream inside that we got in China We did get the strawberry ones, but they also have vanilla and chocolate here in Japan Okay, so they have a lot of gummies they have kiwi gummy I've never seen that before a grape gummy candy Muscat which is a kind of grape that you make wine out of that and mostly here in Florida This is most of what the wine is made of here because it's about the only grape they can grow Yeah, very true and it's interesting. It's usually sweeter the muscat Wines here's a fruit mix apple muscat and grape. Those are candies. Oh just kidding. That's candy not gummies apple gummies What is this one? Ramune flavor gummy candy There is a peach gummy candy that does sound good this one says yuzu, but it looks like lemons Ooh, and here's a watermelon that looks good, too. I love watermelon and then we have Melon Mango Pineapple And there is leche or lechee. I'm not sure you say that fruit gummy candy assortment and then we have strawberry So I think Dale found what he wants, what's this Dale? cookies and cream covered Biscuit sticky that does look really good. Actually. They also have a chocolate cream one And a strawberry cream one. There's quite a few in there And then down here they have a lot of marshmallows So here's a strawberry marshmallow one with a hello kitty. I actually remember getting these when I was a kid So, I think this would be fun to try again, but they also have a pineapple Mango And I'm not sure this one looks like strawberry it doesn't say in English But they look like little strawberries and then this one looks like Apple What do we have over here These are awesome. They're like a little ice cream cones with something in them. They look like air flavored puffs inside a biscuit stick Interesting So here we have like a box of cookies These are called sand cookies and they have this one open so you can kind of see this one is chocolate cream White cream and this one has white cream. It's like a chocolate cookie vanilla cookie and then over here Of sand sand cookies, I think these are cookies as well we have raisin cranberry and orange So it looks like there's a bunch of a hard candy in this Little guy here. What's this? Peppermint flavor candy for four bucks. They look like ice, doesn't it? It does Very refreshing. All right. What's this? Not sure raising something red Literally look like raisins. I'm not sure. Oh man another sort of hard candy Again not sure I can't read that. Yeah, this will just be a gamble This one looks like green tea No, uh-huh Josh's Whoo, that might be interesting. Here's plum flavored milk candy. Sorry, that does not sound good Here is milk candy These are all like hard candies, what is this? I'm not sure but I think it looks like this Down here. Looks like somebody wasn't sure either. Oh my goodness Oh my word look at these little guys tiny little Tiny little things that I don't know hard candy of some sort. Oh interesting. And this is looks like rock candy. It does Check this one out mix jelly mix jelly Interesting. Melt it put it on your toast. Well, there you go Look at these they're like little what the jello mini jelly Oranges, this is a luxurious Mekin Mekin Mekin, I don't know jelly made from plenty of fresh whatever that is Oranges ingredients, it does look like oranges Here is pure sugarcane These are all so interesting to me. Oh, what's this? What is lecce? That must be or lecce lecce? I don't like I don't know likey. I don't know. Sorry guys I don't know how to say it, but I kind of want to try it. It looks like a fruit So Dale found some ginger candy. Are they like hard candies? Oh, yeah, they are. I was like, do they look like this? Here it looks like chocolate maybe Those look like a little rocks, but I think it's chocolate. No it does Again not sure what this is. Maybe a green tea So we still have a bunch to check out here And over here They have a bunch of drinks More and more Even some over here by the register So yeah, we're gonna we're gonna do a couple at least two or three of these Videos so we can try a lot of this food. I'm excited Alright, let's go. Let's go pick some yummy. You ready? Yes. All right. All right so we're back from Japan and Long flight it was a long flight. I know Tokyo Disney was amazing. Okay, just kidding. We have no filmage though Yeah, I know we lost all the the footage the footage Just kidding. We've been back from Epcot Japan Japan Pavilion in Epcot We picked a few yummy yummy treats, and I am so excited to try these. I am so excited You can tell I'm ready. I've got me too I went to the dentist today purposely to clean my teeth and taste buds to taste these Japan pieces of all right perfect, but I do have my Shelly may years on from Japan so perfect right Tokyo. No, I love them. Yes. All right Well, let's um, let's show them what we have here So I'll let you show them this because you were super excited about that are you ready? Baki Baki Yeah, it's cookies and cream Baki, so I know they have these in you know the US in like Walmart and things now Pocky But I don't think I've ever seen this kind I actually have never had any and I think I've tried it, but it's been a long time Share the happiness. Yes, so let's keep showing them the rest of the stuff All right. I'm gonna show them these so we had to get some gummies. We did show this on the video. Yes Well, most of these we showed on the video, but we didn't show you what we were going to pick So we did pick these gummies Like I said, I wanted to pick One of the gummies and I wanted it to be different than a gummy that we have here in the States So these are the muscat gummy candies. So it's a different kind of grape Gummy and I'm excited to try this because we've had muscat wine before And then let me show you this and I'll let you show them that okay So also we had to get a type of marshmallow. There were several different flavors of marshmallows So I went with this one first of all, cuz it was super cute, right Chloe, yeah matches her. Hello kitty Yeah, I want a marshmallow. Oh, you think that's cute. She's stealing the show Yes, all right, so we had daddy So we had to get Marshmallows, so these are the strawberry marshmallows with the cute little hello kitty on here. So the marshmallows with strawberry Filling oh, right Chloe. Awesome. I know and I remember getting something like this when I was a kid With hello kitty on it from the Japan Japan pavilion. So I'm excited to try these again. Take me back to childhood Oh, yes I don't know if it was a strawberry ones that I had when I was a kid But so I want to show them the next ones one more thing And I'll let you guys pronounce this Yes Somebody will figure it out. Oh, I know. Yes. Somebody will know what this is But how fun do these look? Yeah, so the whole package not just the words. Oh, yeah. Sorry. Well, it's fine Um, so they look like little ice cream cones. I don't know Fluffiness inside. Yeah, cuz it's very light I mean, yeah a little bit of helium in here and this thing would be like a Disney balloon on a kid's tired day In the sky how like kawaii are these these are so kawaii Definitely cute Japanese. I love it. Kawaii is cute. Okay, Japanese. Oh, they're like they're cute culture. Okay so this definitely is Japan and here's the right here show, but yeah, it shows kind of what the inside of it looks like image here Yes, and then they also kind of give you a little pictures of what you're gonna try. So I think vanilla strawberry and chocolate It's alright, let's uh, let's take this for laughs. Yes, and I've got a good idea for that. Oh It's like to Tim the tool man Taylor he says theory what I've got a plan for this or whatever he said Let's power this thing up. Oh boy Mm-hmm. Oh cool. Okay, so the gummies Smell delicious. Oh my goodness. I smell over here and they're still rad I know so they're individually wrapped kind of like a like a mint, but they're they're gummies So here you go. See the yummy gummies. Yummy. Yummy Delicious, they do. I mean open the bag as a It was like I want that candle So like little Dot their lifesaver gummies with out a hole in the middle. Oh, there you go. Yeah. Yeah. So, all right They're good. Mm-hmm. Another one, please Like at first it was kind of hmm and then I was like, oh my word I think it's getting better and better And it's a very soft gummy. It's actually like when I started eating them I'm not sure if you ever kids if when you're or even adults I guess if you go to a grapevine pick one of these grapes off of the grapevine and eat it. It has like a very Juicy gummish the very soft gummy very soft. Okay. Another one, please. Mm-hmm. These are delicious. These are delicious It does not give the price oh, I think I have a receipt actually I'm just curious What we paid for these for 99 bucks. Um When you do go to the Japan Pavilion to buy any of these yummy candy Or anything they do not allow or they do not honor the Password discount. Okay, so most of the pavilions do I think China was the one that did it Correct me if I'm wrong. I forget now, but Japan did not so just so you know, so you're aware All right This one or this one. What do you think this one? I'm sorry. Stay with me. Yeah, stay with the fluffy stuff Hi, we're going with the marshmallows. I'm so excited All right, those gummies were good right I know I'm glad we picked that one I bet all the others are really good I bet too There you go, yeah Marshmallow man marshmallow, man. Here you go. So I kind of want to like bite the center so we can see okay Hmm, okay, not a lot of strawberries in the center Yeah, I ate mine Like I said, not a lot of strawberry in the center Jenna ate her it's gone It's like there's cream filled doughnuts, it's good though with barreling any cream I guess disappointing but eat it though, it's good. Mm-hmm I mean, it is good. Well, I mean the jelly It is There's a go and that's good, too I mean Those are fun. I like them and then They're only 329 so that's not bad for a bag. Let's see. They have a three at 3.1 ounces in here Mm-hmm, and they have lots of different other flavors and they had Apple they did Do you remember peach maybe maybe this is a good idea? Like if for the kids a snack around if you're going around because you can put them back in if it gets hot I don't think they're gonna melt Marshmallows get sticky. No, I'm not too sure either but these definitely. Oh man, they're all individually package. Yeah But yeah, all right pocky time pocky time And that was uh, I saw somebody on one of our videos commented On our Cracker Jack box put supposed to put your thumb in there and just rip it open Yeah, I did not do that, but I did this one work similar And then they wrapped It's an unboxing of pocky Boy man, these are like little breadsticks, they are like Sparklets, so I wonder okay. So tell me I know I should know this but what is the main? Part. Oh, it looks like sesame seed. It does but I actually straight pet pretzel Oh, maybe but it's not a I don't think I think you're more correct because it has these little it probably won't zoom Oh won't zoom or focus There you can see they have Little almost like seed dots or something like a pretzel. Yeah like that or sesame seeds or yeah, we're not sure So, you know, let us know in the comments, you know, what pocky is actually what's the what's the stick part? Mmm good. Okay. It's like a cookie. I'm gonna answer my question like a cookie Yeah Actually cooking you can cream flavor. Mm-hmm comes like afterwards. Mm-hmm. I want to start smelting you in your mouth. Yes in your wallet It's buckled No, I'm so excited because they have so much so much food there or some of the other pavilions, you know They had some but not a ton to choose from Japan has a ton Those are good. Mm-hmm. Very good. Mm-hmm yummy Okay I'm back. So we are ready for No guys, yes those those dudes A lot of these have these little nice little convenient tear here spot. I'll call them Jenna pulls. Yes Get easier for you to Jenna pull spots. Uh-huh No, what's your head going around the post coming in hot So check it out. So they um, they have what I Was gonna say four of each they have four vanilla Or no, no more chocolate three vanilla and three strawberry. It's a one extra chocolate All right. So which you pick which flavor you want? chocolate Man they are like a cone Mine cute little little guy on the front there You want which color do you want Chloe? You want pink to like mommy all the colors? No, I thought they're gonna be like completely Cylinder like the same width all the way through But they are like ice cream. Mm-hmm. Check it All right, so Dale's gonna he has something he's gonna try should I just go ahead and try to eat? Yes, try it. Cheers. All right, I'm gonna suppose this is cream. Oh, no, actually it's not it. Well if it is it's hard hard cream That's a problem with lactose intolerant. You don't really know what's in these but All right, I'm excited I wanted to do what was on the picture it does tell you it doesn't contain milk So I got my Japanese samurai sword out What push he got his in half so just go all the way through That's what the inside looks like. That's kind of cool. Whoa. Oh good idea, sweetie All right. I'm gonna give it to him places. Please need to Do the other half or pits and bits and pieces? Like a wafer II Outside cookie. I'm making a mess. Oh Like a cookie outside On the inside. What do you how do you explain that? I don't know but it melts quick Mm-hmm It's a little bit more consistency than I was like thought it might because I thought it might be more air like mm-hmm Yeah, me too. I thought be more like cotton candy or something like that I'm not moosey or moosey, but it's not it's not a thick consistency, but it's more than I thought but sort of spongy It's like a sponge that melts in your mouth maybe chocolate like a You know like a white chocolate or whatever. That's regular chocolate. This is more like a white. I don't know. No, it's good It's delicious. This is good. I think it might be like a cream or Icing I don't know These are delicious you remember how much these were Here's my samurai sword 599. Mm-hmm. Don't drop it So 599 that's pretty good for all these actually that is pretty good. Mm-hmm, and they're good if you come with Ten kids. Mm-hmm. You get one per. Mm-hmm If come with just the two of you you get five per You get them all. Yes, and if it's me and Jenna, I get them all I'll get one. It's one nine per one nine per Now get the Pocky in the musket Everything we got was delicious. I'm Russell It was everything Japan came through. Mm-hmm big time. I knew it was gonna be good Um, I guess I didn't know for sure, but I assumed mm-hmm. Everything looked good. Mm-hmm. So what was your favorite? I Don't know taste like I don't know. I know I'd have to put in categories like these two the crunchy ones. Mm-hmm, which I still don't know. I'm not sure. They're both good Actually, if I would have to pick somebody give me do you want this one or do you want this one? Mm-hmm, but not not by like how many are in there. Just tell me taste what Oh text wise. I Think I would this one. It's different. Mm-hmm And it's the flavor pops a little bit more than what the cookies and cream. Yeah, it did pop but you have to there's more to one of these than the flavor and one of those I agree and We got the flavor and just the funnest of this funnest the funnest level yes, I think I would agree with you I would go with these over these even though these were delicious. Mm-hmm. I get those too. But okay So then I know your answer for this one Must get yummy. Yeah. Yes, okay I think I would go with that too just because it was really good But this was a close second because it was these are delicious. They're fun and they're fun so if you like marshmallows and You know, I'm like, I think I'm But These are these are really good Okay, so if we go to the parks and we were to walk in the park Mm-hmm until Jenna get us one of these four packs, which one would I get? It would probably depend on if I'm in the mood for a chocolate or fruity If I'm in the room for fruity, I'd probably maybe go with the gummies or the marshmallows if I was in the mood for more like a Chocolatey cookie then I go with one of these what if you're Now the moon for anything I think I would Actually get these. Mm-hmm. You'd get those again I think I would get those over all of them because just walk around the park He's easy to munch on I can put them in now. They're not gonna melt There's multiple pieces. Yep Easy to share No, I agree. I think this would be an easy one Yeah, just a snack on keeping your backpack or whatever while you're standing in line.
