WHAT'S IN MY BACKPACK 2025 �� || *junior year!*

Hi guys and welcome or welcome back to my channel! So for today's video I have a very exciting what's in my backpack haul. I previously did a back to school shopping for supplies video. You guys can go check that out on my channel as well. So just for some backstory, I'm going into my junior year which is genuinely so insane to me. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that I'm closer to graduating than I am middle school. I still feel like I'm mentally in eighth grade. For any of my juniors out there, I know we're all hearing the same things that like junior year is the worst year. So you know hopefully this will give you some motivation like start off your year right. Yeah I try to get things that I feel like are the core things that you need. I feel like a lot of the times like there's a lot of extra things that at least I used to tend to get that I did not use like the whole year. So I feel like these things that I have are like basically your staples but maybe you haven't thought of them or you know maybe you can like stick to these core things. I'm really excited and I feel like doing like these videos and kind of like getting my mindset ready for like you know a whole school year kind of helps me so hopefully this will help you too. But yeah let's just start. Before we even get to the backpack, um I got this lunch pail from Target. It was literally only three bucks and it has like compartments in it too. This is just a good staple lunch pail. It's plain black. It's not too crazy because I like having my own lunch from school or well hello. I like having my own lunch from home so I just got this. Anyways now we can actually move on to my backpack. I have basically my front pocket, my back pocket, and my emergency kit. So we're gonna start with the front. This just kind of has all my go-to's and stuff. Starting off with my keys. Going into my junior year I am finally driving now. I don't know if you guys know but I got my license this past June so I've been like slowly practicing a little bit more but I'm gonna be driving a lot more this year especially like around school and like for events and stuff. Little keychain haul if you guys are interested. So this is number one. So next in this little compartment I have this like free area right here where just like my easy access things. So I have this wet hairbrush. This is just a mini hairbrush. It's super important to brush your hair throughout the day so you don't have nappy hair. So I have this like really close to me. Then next I have some gum. This is my favorite one. This is Polarize. You guys need gum okay. You can literally just get like an eight pack and you'll be good for a while. I think my biggest pet peeve is like when people don't come prepared to school with like proper hygiene. So this is definitely a necessity. Next we're moving on to like these things right here. Like these little pockets. Starting off on this side. I just carry my lip combo right here. This is mine or this is what I'm wearing right now if you're wondering. It's this Okay then I have these like two little ones which I feel like fit perfectly for these next two. I have a mini hand sanitizer. I don't know where I got this from. I have one on my keychain but just in case you know I have this one. Then in this second little pocket we have some lead right here and then also some like eraser heads. And I like how it's like right here because then it won't fall anywhere. Like it's a pretty tight compartment. Okay so now we're moving into this compartment. I have these two papermate pencils. Love love love mechanical pencils. I used to have like the pastel mechanical pencils but I kind of wanted to go more minimalistic like clean. So I just got these black ones. I would recommend the Muji ones though but I think you either have to get those in store or on Amazon or something. Then I have a pen. I only carry one pen because I feel like I don't really use pens a lot. Like especially last year I didn't really use pens but you know just in case I have this one. This is the Pilot G207. So yeah and this one's just like fine. I think it's not the ultra fine one. Okay then I have this. This one is from Muji actually and I feel like a lot of my friends know that I have this. Like this is an essential in my backpack but it's like this multi-color pen and I really like it just because I feel like it helps me visualize things better and like separates things obviously because it's bi-color. So yeah I really like this. You can get like any kind of multi-color pen but I'm pretty sure I got this one on Amazon. Then lastly for this like pen compartment I guess I have some highlighters. These are the ones I have. These are more like pastel colors. Okay so that's all for like this front half area but now we're gonna go to this back zipper right here. To start I have actually my digital camera in here and again like this is kind of more of like a new thing that I want to put in my backpack just because my last two years I really want to make it like the most memorable so thing that's happening like at lunch or like in my leadership class or like outside of school at games or something. Next I have some transparent sticky notes and these are again like a new discovery. These are kind of cool because especially if you take like anatomy or something I'm not taking anatomy but if you are taking anatomy or like any type of class where you have to like visually draw stuff these are pretty helpful because you could just trace over it and then you can like take it home with you, copy that picture onto like a different paper that you need it for. Next I have some index cards. I don't have a full pack of them just because I don't know how much I will be needing yet but I just got like a pretty decent amount and I actually have these because I heard that you're gonna need index cards a lot your junior year. Next I actually have these I forgot I have these in my bag but these are just like some mini toothpicks and this I actually got from Walmart by the way. Next I have some wired headphones because if your school has computers like sometimes my airpods don't connect so I think it's really important to just have regular wired ones. Then next I have cash. Cash is super important to carry with you in your bag. There's been so many times where I've had to like pay people back and I feel bad because I don't know I feel bad like being like oh I'll pay you back tomorrow. It's really important to have some cash on you. And then next it's actually like behind my camera. Very important to have a portable charger with you. This one's new I just got it on Amazon. It actually comes with a little pouch too so I also have that in this pocket. So that is all I have in this pocket. Also I guess we can go over like my decorations on my backpack. So number one I have this Dutch Bros pin and then I have this it's looking kind of breaking but it's just like a Hawaiian flower. Then I have this chaos wristband. I don't know if I'm gonna take it off yet or not. It's basically just like a dance convention. Then finally this is a new one but I got cutie cuffs so I put um this Baymax one. Next on the side pockets I have only two things. I have my AirPods. These should low-key be in here but I always tend to put them like right here just because they're easy access. And then on the other one is my phone and honestly I either keep it in this pocket or in obviously like my jean pocket or something but I don't put it in my backpack again because easy access right here. But next we are going into my big pocket. Number one in this back one is my computer. I'm not gonna take it out because it has my like district name on it. Then let's move on to these books. I have two folders. I have a gray one and this one was actually from last year but I'm not gonna throw it away because like look at this. It literally looks completely fine so I'm gonna reuse it obviously. But I also have this one. This one is blue. My color theme in my backpack this year is like blue, black, and gray question mark. I just want it to look more clean in my backpack. Wherever I get my school supplies they don't have the cutest like book color so I feel like I have to keep it like simple but maybe my senior year I'll go crazy. Okay then I have two books. This one I bought this year. It's just plain black. Guys why are books so expensive? There was literally one that was just like this for like almost five dollars and this one was only like 60 cents or something so like duh like I'm gonna get this one. I have other notebooks like this. I have a blue one and another black one but I don't know how many books I'll need yet so I'm only gonna carry one for right now and if I need more then obviously I have more but this is just the one I have right now. Then I also have this one. This was also from last year but I barely used like any paper so I'm obviously gonna reuse it again. Let's not be wasteful. Thank you. Those are all like my books because I don't feel like I don't need much yet since school hasn't started yet. Next I have a perfume. It's very important to carry perfume on you especially like okay unpopular opinion but like not only to smell good but like genuinely like I feel like it just makes you feel like your own person. This one is not like super you know distinct though like I feel like everybody has had this spray. This is just the one I have okay. Now we can move on to my emergency kit. This is probably my favorite part of the whole video but I got this at Target. So funny story this one's actually a tech organizer but I used it for my emergency kit. It actually has like two compartments right here so we're gonna start on this side. This is a dry shampoo. This one is from Batiste. This one's a tropical scent. I can't tell you how many times this has saved me at school. Next we have a lint roller. Also very important that I feel like I don't see too much. Yeah whenever you have like an all black fit I feel like the lint just kind of ruins it. Yeah this one's really important to have. Next I have this. This is the CeraVe moisturizing cream. I have this either for my face or my eczema and then right here I just have okay thank you but right here I just have two pads. I do have this little one right here and I was gonna put my pads in here instead because it's like more secret but it doesn't fit. So I have these star face patches. Now we move on to this pocket. This one's all like my smaller things. I just have a mini deodorant. Kind of like on the same page with like gum. You need to bring a deodorant. Okay like moving on to this pocket. I have a little Advil. These are a lifesaver okay. All of these like emergency kit essentials I have in here are like well thought out okay like these are things that I use all the time. There hasn't been a time where it was unnecessary in my bag. Next in the same compartment I have two makeup wipes. These are mainly for like after school. I feel like it's best to just take off your makeup then have it look like you're like physically like melting your makeup off. Next I have band-aids. Another very important one okay. I feel like obviously you won't need band-aids every single day. Either number one there's no like quick access to one and obviously if you're bleeding like you're gonna need it pretty pronto or the band-aids that they give you are not it okay. They don't stick like they suck. I'm just putting four right now but I feel like it's really important to carry some with you. Then next I have some hair ties. Also very very essential. Next we have some blotting sheets. These ones are obviously really good if you have oily skin. I was gonna put makeup in here but I feel like makeup kind of depends on everybody so I just have like my lip combo but you can also like bring like a little powder and stuff. Then we have this. So this is just a normal mirror. Yeah that's everything I have for today's video. Hope you guys found some useful things.
