Welcome to Grill and Smoke BBQ. My name is Jeffrey. Today we're going to be doing a quick and easy
cook. It's just going to be some sausage and potatoes with some veggies mixed in that we're
going to do up on the Char-Griller Premium Flat Iron 36 inch griddle. And hey, it's going to be
good. Let's do this. All right. So like I said, we're about to do a quick and easy cook. So let
me introduce you to what we're using today. We're going to be using some Heath Rowell's
garlic butter. We're going to be using some Meat Church Fajita mixed seasoning, and of course,
some Habiter's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. And the main star of the show, we're going to be using
this Andouille sausage. I actually have two packets of these. And we're going to also use
some green, not green, some red, yellow, and orange sweet bell peppers that I'm going to chop up,
and a sweet onion that I'm also going to chop up in there. And for the potatoes, I'm going to use
some red and gold potatoes that I'm going to chop up as well to have in there. Also, I would like
to send a special thank you to, I believe, I hope I'm saying this right, Kaikaiyoku for sending me
one, this nice chef's knife, which is very good. The handle has a nice weight to it. The bag size,
pretty good size to it. But the thinness of it shows how sharp this should be. I'm going to use
this to cut this sausage and my peppers and potatoes and see how good it is. But not only that,
they also sent me this knife bag. And see there, the name and logo is in black. I believe they
also have a brown one. It's pretty nice. I'm going to go in and open it up and let you see what it
looks like. Like I said, it's a nice knife bag. So pretty much, you know, put your knives in here,
cover it with that one. Same thing on this side, you cover it with this one. You can put some more
there. Probably like if you have like a stone or anything you use for sharpening your knives,
you can store it in there. And it basically just rolls back up.
We have the straps you can use to close it back.
And it also comes with a shoulder strap that you can put on there. I like it. So make sure you go
out, check out them. They're on Amazon. Go ahead and get you some from them. But at the end of the
show, I'll let you know what that knife is about. So stay tuned for that one. But let's go ahead and
get outside to cook. And actually, I'm going to let y'all see me cut up the sausage. Then we'll
get outside to the cook. Be right back with you. All right, so let's go ahead and get to cutting
this sausage. So you can see, Andouille sausage, got a nice knife. Hey, that went through like
butter. I don't think I'm going to have much problem with this. So what I'm going to do,
I'm going to keep them as slices. I'm not going to quarter it or anything.
Now that is nice. You can make them as thin or as thick as you'd like. I tend to mix it up a
little. I'll do some smaller, some bigger. As easy as that. It is real sharp, I will say.
Hey, you know, I'm not even going to wait to the end to let you know.
This knife, this knife, hey, I'll definitely be using this one again to tell you the truth.
This knife is sharper than my dowel strong knives. So I think I'll be getting some more of these.
See you out at the griddle. All right, so you can see, got a little smoke rolling off of here.
So we're going to go on and get some oil on here. Get it spread around. What we're going to do first,
we're going to go ahead and get these potatoes on. We're going to get these veggies on.
I have these three burners on medium low. I have this one off. This will be my cool zone.
I'm going to steam these a little. Take some water, take this cover, let those steam.
this is a good mix to use for some fajitas. I'm going to go ahead and get the sausage on.
Go ahead and get this all mixed together. All right, so there we have it. Cook is done. Of
course, I know the best part is to come and that's to taste it. But before I do that,
I want to say thank you to Kayoku for sending me that awesome knife and that knife roll.
Trust me, it gets you one. You will not be disappointed in it. Like I said,
you can check them out on Amazon. But for now, let's get this tasting.
So I'm going to get me a little everything. I want the sausage. I want the bell pepper.
Tell you, I don't know if it's the fiesta or that cavendish, but
I think it's a mix of both that just took me over the top. I got to get another taste. I'm sorry.
That is awesome. If you have a flat top griddle, you need to try this. If you got a smoker with
griddle in it, you need to try this. If you got to do it in your kitchen, you need to try this.
But that's all I'm going to say for now. Like I said, if you haven't subscribed to my channel,
you like what I'm doing, go ahead and hit that subscribe button. Ring that bell so you can be

Trying to grow it now. If you are already subscribed, thank you for coming back.
It's always appreciated that you keep rocking with me. Stay tuned for more to come.
I already thanked Kayoku. Thank you to Chargriller for the amazing stuff. All the
like spatulas and stuff you saw me using. The dome, it was all from Chargriller as well.
I'll sign out of that. I'm out. Peace.
