This is the video I was very excited about and so today we are doing a
professional looking makeup which is makeup you get done by a professional.
So I did my research and figured out how celebrity makeup artists and
professional ones do their makeup. This makeup is for long way use as well.
So first is any makeup can look good if the skin looks good.
So usually doing a good enough skincare is important and by that I mean is using
a gentle toner and sunscreen. Check the back of your product to see if
the product is oil-based or water-based. Oil and water don't go together which
Before you apply your base, make sure the primer has dried on your skin
which means don't apply foundation while the primer is still kind of on the skin.
Same goes for setting spray. Apply it when it's half dry. Apply some leftover
primer on the eyes too. I use two primers at once because the
illuminator kind of feels drying on my skin
so using both works really well. So I have two foundations.
One is a foundation stick and one is a liquid foundation but if you have oily
skin and acne, the foundation stick is a really good option.
If you apply more foundation, it's more likely to crease. You can get those smile
lines as well. So first take a dense brush and take in
all the product you have in your hand like this.
Next you are going to apply only that much foundation on your whole face.
Instead of applying like a paintbrush, dab it like this.
Apply it on your neck as well. Now since my foundation is not giving so much
coverage, I'm doing spot concealing. What I do is I take a flat brush and
apply on the area I have acne and press it like this.
I have been doing spot concealing for my acne for a long time whenever I go out.
You can either buy your shade of concealer or you can make your shade by
using a concealer palette. Also you guys ask why my outros are so
long. It's because my videos are max to seven minutes long and I only get to the
point of the video so to make it eight minutes long,
which allows me to run ads in between, to blend this only blend the outer corners
of the concealer so your acne doesn't look visible and after that use a
blender. For the under eye, I'm applying it like
this. Use a color corrector if you want. Green if you have redness and orange if
you have pigmentation. So for the eyelids, it's very likely to
crease so apply the leftover product from the blender on it.
This is what my skin looks like after spot concealing and less foundation.
For applying the setting powder, I'm using a fluffy brush
and keep pressing and dabbing on the under eye. I think the under eye and
around the mouth area can change the whole look if you set it correctly.
For contour, if you have a smaller forehead and a bit flat face,
apply on the sides like this here which can make the face slimmer.
Instead of applying from the sides, it's better to apply by looking forward so it
can really tell your natural features and just contour it there. Professional
makeup enhances your features instead of changing them but at the end it depends
on how you prefer it. Now for blush, I'm using a purplish pink
shade. I really want to try the blurring under eye blush.
I tried this here with setting powder but it's better to use a finishing
powder. A budget-friendly option which really
works well is the blue heaven finishing powder.
First take the setting powder brush, mix both the powder blush
and the setting powder. This looks good but later I tried it with a finishing
powder which looked really good. For eye makeup, use a base shade.
For eye makeup, use a base shade. Next, I'm using an orangish brown shade and apply
it like this. Next, I'm using a brown shade. Apply it
on here like this and blend it all out. Gel liners last all day. This is from
Kiss Beauty. If you can't find this one, just buy
any gel liner from Nykaa. For glitter, I'm using my highlighter and then shimmer
highlighter over it. For eyeliner, do more like a soft wing.
For eyebrows, first apply some brown then brush it a bit.
Then I'm using a black gel a little bit. For highlighter, apply it in the front of
face rather than on the side. This lifts the face and you can also
have highlighter in the side and the front.
So I'm using a lavender shimmer in the inner corners.
For the contour, start from the bottom of the nose bridge and take it upwards
without taking any more product. Then use a finishing powder in the sides
like this so it makes the contour look more clean.
I'm using a lavender shimmer on the nose as well. Apply it like this so the nose
shimmers in every angle. For lip lining, I'm enhancing my cupids
bow. I have such a sharp upper curve and doing
lip lining like I do for doing makeup doesn't last all day so I'm applying it
like this. Do the lower lip like this.
For the inner sides of the lips, I'm thinking of applying
lipstick and then some shimmer. Now I'm mixing the finishing powder and
the blush together. Now let's do the hair. All you need is a
hair dryer and a hairspray. First, I'm applying it here. You can
comb it slowly to fix the hair in whatever shape you want.
Then use a dryer to dry out the hairspray.
I'm just going to fix my liner as well as the lashes a bit and this is the
final look.
