Hello, I'm Michael Cox. I'm from Port Jervis, New York. I'm running for Orange County Legislature, District 13 here, and I'm also, you know, here campaigning. I have a booth at the Moon Festival and I'm looking to bridge our communities together. I'm looking to heal our divides and unite us and make progress at the end of the day. Yeah, what's your thoughts about, like, people's society and, you know, what you want your society, like your legislature, want your society be in the future? So I really think it's important to have peace and tolerance, and that's the only way we can make progress and have a good tomorrow. While we may be able to have differences, I think as long as we can come to a healthy consensus at the end of our differing opinions, we could, you know, make progress. Peace and tolerance is really important, and so is acceptance. I'm for all people, people over politics, and I'm an independent thinker and I really want to serve all. It's a calling for me and I really want to help everyone here. I really think everyone deserves a seat at the table. I've been welcomed here at this Moon Festival the last two days. It's been wonderful. The people here have given me a seat, and that's what my theme is. The theme is for my campaign is everyone deserves a seat at the table. It's really been a remarkable weekend. It's my first time here ever, and it's very impressive. There's great food. The people are wonderful, happy, accepting, and I think that's a wonderful thing, and that's really my theme of my campaign is helping all, and, you know, despite our differences, anyone may have, people are first, and I think I could really do good for all.
