You all seem to really like to see the inside of houses. We have already made some videos, one at 1.2 million dollars, the other at 1.5 million dollars. We are going to see houses today in Hawaii Kai Kewa, then we will end up in Monoa. The first house we are going to see is located at 1 Kolo Street and is proposed by our friend from Hawaii, Bobby Fug. Let's look there. Very well, we have something there. It looks like it could be a small cabin or a studio. We will check that after seeing the main house. But we have a garage closed here. We are on about 8,500 square feet of land, and there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a bathroom. What is really great is that there is a main room downstairs. So, I'm going in that direction. I have always thought that a main room at the main level is very precious. First, because if you are a parent and you have children, they can be upstairs, you are downstairs, you are separated from them. But more importantly, if you have elderly parents who have to move in with you at some point, it is very useful. It is also useful for you if you want to get old at home. So, often, people end up selling their big house and moving into something smaller because it is no longer suitable for them physically. But it is a house that can accompany you for the rest of your life. Very cool. It reminds me of the Pili. It was built in 2004. I wonder if this is the case. I didn't even check who the builder was, but I think it was Schuller. And Schuller is now Dr. Horton. So, yes, it reminds me a bit of that. Yeah, here they are. Laundry and dry cleaning side by side. It's so good that they are not in the garage, like many houses in Hawaii generally have a washing machine and a dry cleaner in the garage. This is your bathroom for your guests. Unlike my house in Hawaii, Kai at the moment, we don't have a bathroom on the ground floor. So, if you come to my house for dinner, you have to go to my room. It's a bit annoying, but one day I'll find a way to install a bathroom there. And then our garage for two cars. Very good. Okay. And now, we're going into the kitchen. It's pretty nice too, because I have the impression that today's construction, or what everyone likes, is an open-floor plan. People want an open kitchen on the living room. They don't want separation. There is a small passage where the sink is. You could possibly knock down this wall if you wanted to really create an open space, but even if there is a separation between the living room and the dining room, it does not give a totally closed impression. And we have a pool. Hawaii Kai is one of the neighborhoods where you can often find a house with a pool. In general, if you buy a house with a pool like this, you expect it to cost about 2 million, 2.1 million, 2.2 million like this. It's good to have a coconut tree in the background here. But I have the impression that there are so many things to do in this community. It's not a beach community, but there is the marina. If you want to be close to the water, if you want to sit down and have lunch, look at the boats passing by. It's an ideal community for that. You have restaurants on the water. Coco Head, I did it last week. There are 1,048 steps or 48 steps. Completely vertical. A very difficult challenge. Beautiful view of the summit. Currently, in Hawaii Kai, there are about 44 single-family houses on the market. The days of sale on the market increase here and are around 2 million dollars. However, we see houses that remain on the market for about 30 days or more depending on their condition. In general, they start at about 100% of their price. So, it seems that people in this range of prices that sell, are in a way able to hold on to get the price they want. Uh, at the same time, there is a lot of room for negotiation at the moment given that there is more stock than what we have generally seen in recent years. It's cute. There is actually a small garden here. Uh, I know one of my uncle's aunts. They have a house with a pool here in Hawaii Kai and they have a small space like that. Instead of having a dog, they have a rabbit. Uh, but I always said that, not always. I love my house right now. There are a lot of gardens. We have owned it for about 4 years now. And I told my husband lately, wouldn't it be so good to have a single-family house again? But something with a flat garden, not many gardens, not many houses that we can afford. And I said to myself, okay, here it is, perfect. But it's 2.2 million. I like this carpet on the stairs. Everyone loves the parquet, but when you have stairs and pets, it can get a little complicated. Well, we're on the floor now. There are three rooms here. There is a full bathroom. It's a good size room. I like that. And we are in a dead end. So we don't look too much at the other houses or we don't look too much at the other houses. And we have a feeling of space because we are at the end of the dead end and we can see the street and the mountains. Well, a very doctor-like space. Orthonesque with this little fall zone here. A full bathroom here. These rooms are spacious. And we have central air conditioning and a nice dressing in this room. And we discovered. Well, first of all, there is a bell. So, someone could potentially live here. Someone probably did. Maybe you could rent it. I would say that if you rent this studio from a room with a bathroom, it will cost you between 12 and 1500 dollars, depending on the case. There is a split air conditioning here. For me, I would use it as a desk at home. I think it would be perfect for a real estate agent to do my work here and be able to go home at the end of the day. By the way, Yazoo, guess what? I discovered that this is a property of Dr. Orton Schuller built in 2004. What is good, is that as we make a lot of full videos, it's pretty cool to see how these houses or this style of construction resist over the years, and I would say that it is pretty good. Very well. So we're going to do about 20 minutes of driving through Macapu, Wimanalo and Kewa. We will see our next house of about 2 million dollars in a neighborhood called Poaku. And we are now in Kewa, in a neighborhood called Pochacupu. It is a neighborhood that few people know in Kewa. You know, we are used to referring to Enchanted Lake, Kalama Tract or Coconut Grove. This neighborhood is a little smarter. It is right next to the Canyano Halley highway. The UM Castle medical center is right behind us. The Poli Highway goes through here to Kewa Town. But I don't know. I have the impression that the grounds here are a little bigger. You can generally find grounds that are between 7,000 and 8,000 square feet. It is not as crowded here. Split air conditioners in all rooms. A very nice bathroom here with a floating sink. Lighting under the floating sink as well. And then we have a room here that has an exit to the pool. When I think of a room like this, I think, for example, of the guests. You know, if I had friends or family from the continent, it would be an ideal room for them. Because they could just go out and have a little privacy if they want to be in holiday mode. The kitchen is great. And you have all the light from the outside. You can have a separate dining room. Uh, just full of little spaces to gather. I could imagine organizing a great party here. These handles on the drawers and cupboards are really solid and industrial. So nice. We visited a house in Pochacou in our video Live in Cuba. This house has just been sold. It was sold in about 11 days in the same price range. Uh, so again, it's a neighborhood where houses are not often put up for sale. And when people think of Cuba, they think of wanting to walk to the beach. So this community is not like that, but the beach is 7 or 8 minutes away. And you could really ride a bike if you wanted to. It's a little longer than the usual neighborhood of Calamatrac, Coconut Grove. There is another room here. Okay, it's perfect for an office. I could definitely, again, I could definitely work here. But we see a kind of correlation between the house that we have just seen in this price range. They all have similar attributes, don't they? A workspace, 7 to 8,000 square feet. This $ 2 million price range is where you will buy your 4 or 5-room houses. Look at this door. All the doors are unique like that. And then I love the drink stand. It's great. After about 30 minutes of driving through Pali, we are in Monoa. I have the impression that we have already been to Manoa several times for our last videos. We are at 3641 Kumuon Street. This is a house for sale by our friend Shahano with Compass. This house is for sale at 2.19 million. It includes 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. But behind us, we have a unit of housing of a room fully authorized by the law. We will not fail to verify this in a few moments. But let's go see the house. It looks a lot like the one we just came from in Kiwa. The finishes are really detailed. I wonder if it was the same promoter or if this kind of thing is just a trend. This type of robust gold-plated industrial style. Unique cupboards and you know, not typical. I forget the name of these types of cupboards. Shaker cupboards. All these different styles. Bright accents. You have your castrated lighting and it's really cool. As if it were, this house. Euh, the houses of Monoa Upper. I visited houses that are like that. So, this house is quite long. Euh, where normally we enter through the sidewalk of the house. This one, we enter through the side and it's like a surprise. The layout is really interesting. Let's go this way. Ok, so we have a small walk here to go to a bakery. So, at about 2 million, you can expect to have a bakery. Although the last house we were in, did it have one? I don't even remember. And then it looks like this outside. What is really cool about this property, is that there is a lot of intimacy. So, you have this support wall here and a lot of vegetation growing. You have a bit of the same thing on the other side. And then, behind here, you can see the back of Monoa Valley. And then, when you get a little further to the front of the house, you can see the other side of Monoa Valley, in the wooded area. But yes, intimacy here is really essential. Very well, let's go back to the house in this kind of long corridor. We have 4 rooms here in the back, which is rare to see them all aligned. So we have a bathroom over there, a room over there, another room here. And that's good because there are no houses looking inside and you don't look at anyone either. And there is a lot of vegetation all around. Like the neighbor here has banana trees that grow and form a nice grove, creating a lot of intimacy. It's a suite. It's unique because you have this portal that separates the main house from the attic. The rent for a full T2 with kitchen in Monoa costs about $2,000 at least. I would rather say $2,200. I really hoped my sister would want to buy this property because my mother moved to Vegas. My sister and her family moved to Vegas about 3 years ago and I pray every day for them to come back and I thought you should all buy something together where mom and dad could live in the back. Perfect. And then you and your two children could live in the main house. And I think it would be an ideal property for them. Oh, wow. Yeah, my mom and dad could live here. It's a great attic. And in fact, the view from this house is even better than from the main house. We can see the whole valley upside down. And then all this greenery in the background. And there is a lemon tree. It has its own laundry and drying room. It is probably one of the best residential units I have seen, simply because it is very separate from the main house, but also because it is completely legal and authorized. So, if you are interested in this house and you get a loan, you could count on a potential rental income on this part of the house to help you qualify for this house or for the entire property. So it's a huge advantage. Oh yes, once again, it is very well arranged with the washing machine and the laundry dryer at the back.
